Best steam deck compatible call of duty
I've tried to play alot of the other titles and this one I'll give a 10/10 for the cod franchise, it has it all great guns, those old either /dark matter camos, (whatever u call them) and if the Game doesn't have what you want, go to the workshop and subscribe to some mods. you can get all types of perks, goble gums, guns, pack-a-punch u name it, they even have mods/subscriptions (all you gotta do is go to the workshop and subscribe and it'll download, if not go in the properties of the game) they even have their own maps fan made but some are crazy good. Also different guns not in game. Buy it full price buy it on sale the mods are free!! ALL YOU NEED IS SOME SPACE! Countless hrs of replayable fun. you can even change the game so it runs like mw3, or bo2 ect.(LOOK FOR THE MOD) I've had alot of fun just soloing maps.
The mods I use are zombie specific, not ment for multi-player. multi-player is still alive but u got hackerz if you don't have a group it's not fun, but the zombie experience is, the best of the entire series bc of its content in my opinion, past and present. (bo6 just dropped and it's horrible unfortunately, I was hoping a throwback to this game but no, sk this game takes the cake, mostly because you can ot play bo6 without an internet connection, like at all. So disappointed in the franchise... how did you turn a console game into cod mobile?!? And you still can't make it run on anything other than windows. )

i've always watched yaw in high school playing customs maps on bo3. Once i got my gaming pc and got bo3 i was able to play some maps i found interesting to play on or from the videos i watched them play on. highly recommended getting bo3 for the custom zombies maps.
you should only buy this for zombies or the campaign, as multiplayer is basically dead. still, zombies is really fun on this one!
its a ok game if you want to play online but the zombies is great but the price could be lowered tbh, the best cod bo is propably the 1 or the 2, so before you buy this game check the other ones
I had this game for at least 2 years it had worked perfectly fine, then one day it stopped working completely every time i open the game it immediantly crashes I have uninstalled and reinstalled numorus times verified the files, checked compatabilty, had even removed the antivirus software i had to see if that was the problem, and nothing none of it has worked. I love this game and would rate it 9/10 zombies amazing, multiplayer amazing, campaign was ok but even then not horrible. Just would love if this game worked.
So many maps in the steam workshop, this game now has endless play time. Amazing, Truly it is. Tried to get board of this game but, so far no luck. Buy it and try it, if it is not for you then get a refund. You have no clue what you're missing out on. I am not a Call Of Duty fan at all, I only bought this for the amazing zombie mode.
No game has ever made me ascend into a realm not known to man before. This game has surpassed that expectation and made me ascend into the realm of the GODS..... I have not once in my life ever smiled since the death of my parents, however after playing 54 hours on record of this game I have started feeling like myself again... I wanted to let everyone know that this game may be a relic of a bygone era, HOWEVER..... NOTHING will ever compare to the feeling of being forced to call a random teammate whom i have never met before in my life, daddy, just so he will revive me and after I refuse, he throws the game after 79 rounds of zombies...... Do recommend!
Had it originally on console, got it on pc just for the zombies, always been a fan of zombies, not too complicated but feels as if it is getting there, unlike the simple originals
modded zombies are still great, PLEASE use the T7 patch found on github (quick google search) to save yourself from menu frame lag and being able to play securely with your friends

I bought this for the Zombies and literally nothing else. They might as well have just made Zombies its own game.
When you install this game there is a 50/50 chance your game will not work. Everytime you get into a match zombies or multiplayer and i think campaign it says connection interupted after 2-3 minutes into a game
I love how they brought back the OG maps and combined a few of the games together..Saves space on the SSD..And i love all the custom zombie map options there are!
bug causes the game not to launch in literally any way AT ALL, devs dont gaf and and it's a waste of the $30 i spent on it
campaign is dookie but multiplayer is fun, if you can find a server, mainly because when i search for a online public lobby, i cant find anything on it, only zombies is consistintley secure for online,
Multiplayer is amazing, has great movement and the guns feel super satisfying to use. the zombies experiance is flawless and in my opinion is the best we have ever recived and even though tghe campaign is lacking a little bit, the other modes in the game deffinetly carry this game to a top tier rating and one of my favuret gaming experiances to this day

Thoroughly enjoyed the campaign, and with the introduction of modded zombies, and the ability to play maps form past zombies games, Black Ops 3 Zombies is by far the most zombies, Zombies game to have released
game is one of da goats and is even better with mods, it makes it a whole different game.
20/10 game. Worth every dollar. Sadly we'll never get a round base zombie experience this good again. After you play all the regular maps, you can play the countless handcrafted maps that blow Treyarch's out the water. Also the graphics hold up, even in todays standard. :)
It's a alright game, the zombies mode was fun, multiplayer was really great and very fun especially with the different operators, but the campaign is ass. The main fun of it is being able to download custom zombie maps through workshop and also being able to play the WaW and BO1 maps on Black Ops 3's Zombies. It really sucks that they only remastered one Black Ops 2 map. But i somewhat understand. Overall its a 7/10. Im mainly a Multiplayer and Campaign guy so Black Ops 3 was a very mid game for me all because of Campaign. I'd recommend it still if your a multiplayer or zombies guy.
The most expensive game I've purchased and its NOT WORKING!!! I purchased this Awesome game for co-op, but i can't change the network Nat Type setting to Open, so my friend's Lobby says "not joinable".
this game is full of hackers but donwload patch 2.0 by serious and i havent encouted hackers i dont think its that bad with hacking but yk i would get it if your wanting to resit b03 zombies makes me cream even multiplayer is pretty popular still
If the game didn't mess with audio and mic settings every time we play it'd be great. Main menu is lagy, they could of done a better job with their coding.

2 things I need to say:
-this is one of the best call of duties but only if it's on steam and it's because of the workshop
-you need a lot of storage because the maps can take a lot of storage
It's almost 2025 & this game is still the best black ops zombies we got. The modding community is still active and it provides so much extra content thats just fun.
easiest COD to mod, lots of options and very cool maps that i believe should be made into real maps that release on future call of duties, still cant believe people can make better maps than the devs.. 11/10 still
The only reason I recommend Black Ops 3 in general is because zombies is still one of the best of the best in the COD series! I played a little bit of it on PS4/PS5 but I think it's much better to play on PC since zombie mods are amazing and you get so much out of the experience. Plus since online is free on PC you don't gotta worry about that, I know it's nothing new to say but I thought I just say that anyway.
Multiplayer is fun as well but I mainly play it just for zombies and I enjoy playing it with my friends. Still highly recommend it only if you buy it on sale, it's NOT worth $60 9 years later, get with the times Activision.

Campaign is meh and not as good as previous black ops
Multiplayer doesn't work unless you want some russian guy to have all your bank information
But the zombies mode to this game is really good and worth it just for the one mode because its really fun and there are SO MANY MODS that can turn your game into an endlessly replayable masterpiece

I do not recommend anyone gets this version of the game at this time. I spent 60 bucks for this, and later discovered a Trojan on my PC that was not there before. Steam is also refusing to refund this game because this was discovered past the 2 hour playtime mark. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME UNTIL STEAM FIXES THEIR SERVERS! YOU WILL BE HACKED AND STEAM WON'T DO SQUAT TO HELP YOU!

very good experience if you're looking for a great zombies game this is the one for you! seeing as there's 15 different maps to choose from, i would say all of them but it would take too much of my time. well i could list a couple things about this game, but i have to stop typing this so i can get back to playing the game, im wasting too much of my time, whether i could be doing right now is boss fights.

Campaign: 3/10 - Generally boring with some wack new mechanics. The first mission was cool though.
Multiplayer: 6/10 - It's fine, but not great by COD standards (And servers are pretty dead nowadays)
Zombies: 9/10 - Best zombies IMO, the only bad thing is that Shadows of Evil and some Chronicles maps need 4 players to do the EE
Overall: 6/10, but for sure pick up if it's on sale and you like zombies
I play mostly zombies and because of the steam workshop accessibility mods are incredibly easy to install and use. Genuinely unlimited content for this game due to the community.

If you're playing this in 2024, then you're playing it for zombies. If you buy this game and all the DLC, its got 14 maps, ranging from dead simple to pretty darn complicated, but honestly, figuring the maps out has not been terribly difficult. Even maps like shadows of evil are pretty simple once you get the gist of them. I'vee been having a blast, even on solo. I wish I had a few friends who were more interested, but hey, what can you do.
The only down side to me is the price... 100 bucks for a 10 year old game with it's DLC's? I got them all together on sale for 40 which is more reasonable but... I mean sheesh Treyarch. It's 10 years old. Make it cheap and new players will falll in love with zombies again
Solid campaign, crazy zombies, and fast-paced multiplayer. The futuristic setting and movement system take some getting used to, but it’s a fun, chaotic ride overall. Zombies mode alone makes it worth it.
Really good but the story can be pretty confusing even for someone like me who played this game for hundreds of hours on the Xbox One. The abilities are very nice especially the control abilities which can essentially turn entire armies of enemies to your side.
