Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is the ultimate pack that includes all content (excluding Fighting Chance costumes, brand collaboration costumes and Capcom Pro Tour DLC) from both the original release and Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. It also includes each character, stage and costume that released after Arcade Edition. That means 40 characters, 34 stages and over 200 costumes!
V-Trigger 1 and 2
Release powerful techniques and exclusive moves by activating V-Trigger 1 or 2 with the character of your choice! Do huge bursts of damage or make that much needed comeback win by pressing hard punch and hard kick simultaneously while your V-Gauge is fully stocked.
V-Skill 1 and 2
Fundamentals win matches and V-Skills are the building blocks of victory. Each V-Skill grants your character a unique move and/or ability that will help fill up your V-Gauge.
V-Reversal
Put a stop to your opponent’s offense by utilizing V-Reversal. V-Reversal costs one V-Gauge stock, but is very much worth it as it can potentially give you breathing room to create your own offensive.
Special Attacks and EX Special Attacks
A staple of Street Fighter, Special Attacks are the key to a solid strategy in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition. Use various Special Attacks to zone out opponents, impose your will, and build up your Critical Gauge for even more damage. EX Special Attacks are more powerful versions of Special Attacks at the cost of one Critical Gauge bar.
Critical Art
The most highly damaging attack in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is called the Critical Art. A Critical Art can be performed as long as the Critical Gauge is fully stocked.

Good classic fighting game
I like to buy "feature complete" games.
If that means always being one Street Fighter game behind everybody else, I don't mind.
Cant even play this game.
Can accept EULA aggrements, Linked my Steam with capcom did nothing.
Pressing every key on my keyboard but cant accept Eula.
Should not happen with game like this.

Its not a very good video game. Install fightcade and play the objectively better game 3rd strike for free instead.
Don't bother picking it up, it's dead online. SF6 is out now and has players. However, I did quite like the gameplay and it was very different from MKX or Tekken.

Solid entry in the SF series, now that it's had some time to mature. Big roster, great combos and fight mechanics, and fairly decent online play with a good internet connection. Single player arcade mode is great, and I like that you can choose to play character story lines of previous versions of characters SF. The general story of SF V and it's cut scenes are however... pretty juvenile and ridiculous and left a lot to be desired. Overall I'm happy with it and would recommend if you enjoy 2.5D fighting games.
Good old street fighter stuff, can't go wrong
this game is very suitable for begginer and very interesting for a solo player but something that i dont like about this game it is when i want matching in rank match i need waiting too long and honestly im never play ranked or online match since i buying this game. i dont know maybe its about setting or something else.thats its and i also recommended this game to everyone and who want play with me just add friend btw im from malaysia

better than sf6 currently sf6 added to many new chars and not enough of the og cast. no sakura, nash, kage, or G so ill stick to sf5

I know this game is still very split to this very day especially back when it first came out and it was very lacking. But I feel it's very great game now and worthy successor to ultra street fighter 4 :)

If you like fighting games you should buy champion edition. It is not the best fighting game but in its current state it's a good one and champion edition has a complete game with 4 years worth of dlc for a quarter the price of a new game.

Most street fighters play the same, that's just the truth, but at least this one has a lot of characters and is finished.
Also, the skins are funny.
If you don't know how to play street fighter, google the Ken flowchart, you'll do fine.
People still be fighting in the streets after 5 main title games! With this franchise running for this long you would think that their newest game would be the peck master piece to represent what the franchise is all about. Well street fighter 5 has probably had the worst run from all the games and had to build it self to a Mediocre title. The launch of this game only had 16 playable characters for a street fighter game at this point is really low. To get the other 30 playable characters you must shovel about $60 in season passes just to get them. Very money hungary tactics from Capcom. Who ever was in charge of character design ruined every character and turned them into big feet rescue ranger making alot of character just look off and unpleasant to the eyes to look at. Combos in this game boil down to who can use the pay to win characters to spam moves in a corner for an oblivion. The story is a joke. Capcom has put alot of money and effort to try to make this game as tournament worthy and really focus on those PS4 tournament so for those people should be happy with what they get. My favorite character that I can stand to use in this game is G. He is a tall president like Abraham Lincoln with a Gold touch. He got smooth moves. To be honest I don't recommend this title to hard core Street Fighter fans. You can get more out of ST4 or any ST Alpha. Maybe we will get a 6 Street Fighter that puts more effort in fun game vs power Hungary money grabs. 5/10

Have you ever feel tired or even so bored right after binging a series or some movie sequels, because it got less interesting and not as good as the first seasons or the first movie?
Well, that is not how I felt on this one. Because Street Fighter V is still the coolest after all this years!

I like the way they made those skins / costumes for the fighters with additional stuff of each by their own eras. From the earliest SF-1 until the latest with several of the designer's own creativities.
Some of the fighters also got slightly older or mature looks. And beginning to show more realistically detail as a person or humanoid, rather than the previous cel shading galore cartoony design from USF-IV.
For me, this is a big improvement and I liked it. A lot!

But, unfortunately it has some downsides. The fight felt a bit rushed in the making and I did not felt much of pizzazz as they gave from all of the previous series. The story mode is a bit less cooler than the USF-IV with cinematic anime style. Nope, this time SFV only use disappointing bad drawings and some voice overs with sound effects. Just like a radio drama back then in the 1940s.
Soulcalibur VI also went this way and the responds from the fans weren't so good about that. Because we already loved the storytelling with cinematic 3D models or even anime-like style. Perhaps their budget was limited at that time. Or rushing things too much it ended up bad.
Except for the General Story of SFV. It's far much better with additional data size of 8.34 GB. Greater than the standard story mode for each characters continuation I already criticize above.
Well, just like people. Some games are good, while others are bad.
Nobody's / nothing's ever flawlessly perfect. Even games included.
Still, it's fun to play with the gamer buddies and besties who have the same likings or taste when it comes to Street Fighter series or any other fighting games.
Whether it's 2D or 3D style, we can always play together sharing some quality time with the fighters that we adore or like so much since the very beginning we knew them.
And though it has flaws, SFV still delivers their upmost best to stay in the competition track; or should we say the ring of fighting games competition more appropriately, against all of the other famous fighting games series.
But against all odds; Street Fighter V can still delivers and pack quite some unique signature combos. Facing many challenges for now, later; and the upcoming future.
Stand still as one of the originals and still going on strong, no matter what.

This game is great I really love it 10 times better than SF6 and you can still find opponents online I am still working on it and try to get to Ultra Platinum which is pretty hard but honestly this game is dope I would recommend it over 6
