An artstyle that still holds up fantastically, the gameplay is still simple and easy to understand aswell as having alot of moments to show off its humour even during the dark moments which makes this game still so enjoyable even after all these years as it's basically one of its kind.
This is a fun game for all ages.

I found this one to be a bit bigger then the rest, or at least that's how it felt.
The new voice actor I probably will never get used to.
I think my game got bugged, the main characters name was Mason instead of Putt putt. For some reason in the intro some guy kept asking what the numbers mean.

It's time to talk about "Putt Putt Saves the Circus," and let me tell ya, brother, this game is more entertaining than watchin' a donkey tryin' to do a moonsault!
Listen up, all you little jabronis out there! Putt Putt is like the Stone Cold Steve Austin of the car world – revving his engines and showin' no fear! This little car has got more guts than a chili cook-off in Texas, and he's takin' on the circus like it's a steel cage match against a bunch of clowns! I mean, who needs ropes when you've got circus animals runnin' wild like they're in the Royal Rumble?
Now, let's talk about the graphics, my dudes. It's like watchin' South Park characters hit the squared circle – simple, colorful, and full of attitude! Putt Putt's facial expressions are funnier than a monkey flingin' poop, and the way he talks to all the kooky characters in the game is like watchin' The Rock layin' the smackdown on his opponents.
And don't even get me started on the challenges, folks! It's like tryin' to navigate a ladder match while jugglin' pies and avoidin' banana peels. From helpin' a stranded elephant to makin' sure a tiger doesn't turn Putt Putt into a hood ornament, every twist and turn is more unpredictable than a surprise run-in by a masked luchador!
But let's not forget the music, my dudes. It's like if Metallica teamed up with a kazoo orchestra – you'll be headbangin' and tappin' your toes faster than a speed demon racin' down the highway!
So, in conclusion, "Putt Putt Saves the Circus" is like a double-feature of WrestleMania and South Park, smacked together and served up hotter than The Undertaker's pyro. Whether you're a car-lovin' warrior or just a fan of laughin' till your sides hurt, this game is gonna body slam you with joy! Ooooh yeah, what a rush!

Putt-Putt Joins the Circus is a family friendly point & click adventure game for children that I decided to play while drinking maybe too alcohol. While Putt-Putt is going to see a circus, which is in fact not too far just cross country, he gets roped into helping in get ready cause the owner sooo bad at his job that a child could do better. It was smooth sailing till I overlooked a path and got lost and confused for a bit, but no help required this time. Fun looking circus, feel like most of thier problems could have been solved with better communication skills, or like not taking each others stuff. Overall, drunk me had fun.

Great problem solving skills for young kids. Very easy for small kids to play. Simple enough game play for them to complete it.

Kids just don't know how miserable their lives are now adays without putt-putt. They watch bluey or whatever but don't play putt-putt and pajama sam... shame.
Had a lot of fun, especially while cleaning the pipes of miss whatever. Would recommend playing with friends, it will make their day! 10/10

There are 3 different mini-games (2 are optional) and a bunch of different songs with lyrics!
The voice acting, artwork, and music are all on point!
10/10. Heavy dose of Nostalgia, just as fun as remembered. It's worth the full price, get the whole pack! If it's on sale get a set for everyone!

Putt-Putt® Joins the Circus is a decent game for kids. It will take you an hour to beat the game but for younger kids I could see it taking two to three depending on how how much they like to click things. Its nice and colorful, the music is serviceable and gets that circus theme down. The game is wholesome and is good family entertainment. Whether I recommend this game really comes down to your age. If its for someone who is 11 or younger then sure I'd give it a buy especially if they like clicking on things. For everyone else if you have an hour to kill then sure, just buy it on sale.

TLDR: Cartoony DOS collection of activities aimed at you with a faux-circus. Pixelation, fetch quests and guesswork in where to click at times.
Putt Putt joins the circus is voice acted and features plenty of animations around the game to interact with. The interactivity does not feature puzzles but there is a logical sequence to follow for progress and there is sometimes no inherent feedback on whats required. There are multiple items and a non blind run is somewhere around an hour. Guides are often required for games of this era and subgenre. Altogether it may or may not fit with a very small niche of young gamers but it is not quite worth keeping on display in permanent library and is best kept archived. The thematic itself was harmless and not very educational in and of itself. Good manners and an upbeat can do attitude is that of the car. You get plenty a chance to talk to an anthropomorphic animal that talks. Do a few errands and explore the hub-shaped environments like the typical game from this dev. Has some annoying backtracking and guesswork. Progress is obtained in this series by items that unlock more things to access. Usually through fetch quest type actions and the occasional kleptomanic random collecting.
when i was a small child this game was one of my first pc games along side Pyjama Sam: no need to hide when its dark. the silly little details are just as i remember, such as a possum hanging down a branch punching a punching ball having it explode in his face the him climbing back up or matching the animal tail/leg with the head. the game is just as great as i remember and is full of charm the whole way through. my final score for this game is a FULL: 10/10 it might be a childrens game but even if you buy this on your steam account its still as fun as a twenty year old plus adult. with charms that lasts the ages. i can say without hesitation. this is a HUGE recommendation. WOWIE ZOWIE!!!
Yep, it's a circus and yep, I enjoy playing this game still like 17 years later. Changing Putt-Putt's car color was the best part, and I don't care who says otherwise. Green Putt-Putt? Yep, sign me up.
During the late 90’s/early 2000’s Humongous Entertainment released an absolutely fantastic stream of “edutainment” point and click adventures for children. These titles focus on a range of light academics including basic geography, basic to upper elementary level mathematics, logical thinking, critical thinking and puzzle solving, topped off with reinforcement of good manners and polite social etiquette. At the lower end of the age spectrum, they may require some adult supervision and supportive guidance, but there is no better series of games for a child’s first venture into PC gaming.
Putt-Putt Joins the Circus didn’t really stick in my memory like the other titles. Much like Putt-Putt Enters the Race, I was beginning to grow out of these games and I think that is mostly to blame. The Circus is certainly not the best title in the series but it’s definitely better than the Race.
This is probably the best Putt-Putt game along with Saves the Zoo. It has a bigger and more fun cast of characters than most of the Putt-Putt games and there's a bit more problem solving. It's still a very easy 45 minute game for children, but in terms of reliving your early youth, this is one of the ones to pick up.
this game is so damn cool. its more hardcore than cod or anything on the line. nearly pissed myself a couple of times playing this and have joy puked 5 times on record. 6/5 stars for the 10/10 magical purple convertible
