Empathy – приключенческая игра от первого лица, в которой игрокам предстоит исследовать целый мир и узнать его историю. Мир, в котором они окажутся, состоит из воспоминаний и чувств исчезнувших людей, и эти воспоминания помогут восстановить то, что было разрушено, спасти этот мир и остановить надвигающийся апокалипсис. Инновационная механика повествования будет подталкивать игроков к исследованию странного мира, в котором они оказались, и помогут восстановить историю его разрушения.

I really liked this game. It reminded me of Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, which I don't even know how many times I've replayed over the years now. Empathy was similar in many ways, in gameplay as well as in the method in which the story is delivered. Thanks for this, and please make more games!
Dunno why I bought this. Hopefully 'cuz it was really cheap (part of a bundle of seven games that cost me ten bux and eleven cents), and I saw the words "story-driven adventure" in the blurb.
Navigate and interact using the keyboard/mouse? Are you ***** kidding me? Go to your local community college, attend an introductory computer science course, and learn to make your game controller-compliant!
Kinduva not horrible start, but having to do the frequency/amplitude/phase mini-game over and over and over again really became annoying very quickly (especially 'cuz it's pointless and stupid), and the lack of any kind of global map or compass (and no, that "meter" doesn't count) made wandering around non-descript, samey-looking park pathways (yah, I got as far as Atlas Park, and that's as far as I will EVER bother with this piece of junk game) completely exasperating.
AND, the little bits and pieces that I DID find - random memories of random people that I neither know nor care who they are, or why I'm seeing these "flashbacks" or whatever they are - are totally pointless. Am I supposed to remember, or care, about any of these little vignettes?
I would not recommend this pile of crap to anybody, even if it's free ...
Loads of atmosphere, absorbing story, puzzles which are somewhat puzzling but not too much (that's good, by the way - I've already got a job). All in all, excellent.
