Built for endless adventure, the massive open world of The Witcher sets new standards in terms of size, depth, and complexity.
• Traverse a fantastical open world: explore forgotten ruins, caves, and shipwrecks, trade with merchants and dwarven smiths in cities, and hunt across the open plains, mountains, and seas.
• Deal with treasonous generals, devious witches, and corrupt royalty to provide dark and dangerous services.
• Make choices that go beyond good & evil, and face their far-reaching consequences.
Take on the most important contract of your life: to track down the child of prophecy, the key to saving or destroying this world.
• In times of war, chase down the child of prophecy, a living weapon foretold by ancient elven legends.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is nothing short of a masterpiece. From the very first step into its dark, sprawling world, I was hooked. The gameplay is fluid and engaging, with combat that feels just right—whether you're slicing through monsters with a silver sword or strategically throwing signs in the heat of battle. The leveling system is balanced and rewarding, offering just the right amount of customization without overwhelming the player.
One of the standout features for me was the dialogue. The writing is razor-sharp, laced with wit and sarcasm that fits Geralt’s character perfectly. Every conversation feels meaningful, and the choices you make actually matter—something many RPGs claim, but few deliver on. I found myself reloading saves just to see how different decisions would play out, and it never felt like a chore.
Character playstyles are diverse and well-developed. Whether you want to go full alchemy, focus on swordplay, or master the arcane signs, the game allows you to mold Geralt into your preferred version of the White Wolf. And every character—major or minor—feels fleshed out and real. The voice acting, especially Geralt’s dry delivery, is top-notch and adds an extra layer of immersion.
This game set a new standard for open-world RPGs. It’s emotionally rich, visually stunning, and narratively deep. Whether you're hunting a griffin, playing Gwent in a quiet tavern, or simply riding Roach through the misty hills of Skellige, The Witcher 3 makes every moment memorable.
In short: flawless gameplay, brilliant dialogue, and a world worth getting lost in. CD Projekt Red outdid themselves with this one.
Really tried to like it but the whole fighting system is just press x and dodge. The parry isnt worth it, the spells are not worth it since they waste your stamina and enemys dont get harder mechanically but just get damage sponges if you are somewhere that you are not supposed to be yet
begins with a wound… ends with the change it leaves in you
It is a lament—for those caught between destiny and choice, between love and duty, between truth and myth.
Every step you take doesn’t just reveal a new corner of the map—it reveals something in you. Here, choices have weight, and even the noblest intentions can lead to darkness. Geralt, with his white hair and weary gaze, is more than a monster slayer; he is a man burdened by the past, still searching for a redemption he may never find.
This world breathes. From the whispering winds of Skellige to the smoldering ashes of Velen, everything tells a story of grandeur and ruin. And you, the player, are no mere spectator—you are complicit in this world’s salvation… or its undoing.
In the end, what remains isn’t your silver sword, nor the beasts you’ve slain. What lingers is the echo of your decisions. A trail that follows you long after the credits roll.
And perhaps, that is the most beautiful curse of all.
masterfully crafted RPG that combines a rich, immersive world with deep storytelling and engaging combat. With its memorable characters, morally complex choices, and stunning visuals, it remains one of the best open-world games ever made. The Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone expansions further enrich the experience, making it a must-play for any RPG fan.
A Journey I’ll Never Forget
This was my first RPG game ever... and what a masterpiece to begin with!
I still remember playing The Witcher 3 on PlayStation 8 years ago. It was my first real experience with gaming Now after all these years and having built my first gaming PC I knew I had to return to this masterpiece as my starting point And it still feels just as fresh completing quests and exploring the world feels like I'm experiencing it for the first time all over again.
Characters & Story: 10/10
Each character feels alive like Geralt, Triss, Ciri, Dandelion, Yennefer, Keira and Shani and Regis in the expansions are all written perfectly with deep backstories
World & Exploration: 10/10
Every location has its own story and The map is massive I still haven’t explored everything because it’s just so huge and rich with lots of detail
Gameplay: 8/10
Combat is decent i feel they could done more with with horse movement and swordplay Still for a 10-year-old game man it holds up shockingly well I trust CD Projekt Red will make Witcher 4 a true masterpiece.
Side Quests: 10/10
They’re never boring or repetitive side quests are so good
Audio & Music: 10/10
The soundtrack and sound design are phenomenal 10/10 for sure its pure "eargasm"

Final Verdict:
Story: 10/10
Gameplay: 8/10 – best RPG ever, trust me
Graphics/Physics: 10/10
Music/Sound: 10/10
Overall: 9.2/10
I’m counting the days until Witcher 4—CDPR, please take my soul already.
I didn't just play The Witcher 3 I lived in it.
Great characters, good story, cool executions, really addicting and a insanely good dlc (blood and wine)
I completed everything there is possible within the Main Game and then DLC's.
A few negative things: Horse movement is absolutely diabolical, movement during the transition in-and-out of combat is also not very great, sometimes you need to jump over a fence to get to the enemy but it rolls instead because you are in combat. Some fights felt like they were made on purpose to piss players off. Despite all that, the game is more than 10 years old, so keeping that in mind, it still blows out of the water 99% of all the triple A games that come out nowadays. The quests, the story, the visuals is just out of this world.
Second chance, second love!. I'm eating my words! I played The Witcher 3 a few years ago and didn't quite grasp its magic. I remember feeling overwhelmed and unsure about investing more time. Fast forward to now, and I'm utterly consumed by its world, story, depth, storytelling, and combat. Geralt's journey is a masterclass in storytelling, with complex characters and epic battles. The combat mechanics, although challenging, are incredibly satisfying. I'm so glad I gave it another shot – The Witcher 3 is a game that truly deserves its critical acclaim. If you're on the fence, trust me, it's worth another try. 10/10 would recommend!
Another thing is the Gwent in Witcher 3: a minigame that consumed my soul! At first, I found it intriguing, but soon it became an all-out obsession. The strategy, the thrill of winning, the agony of losing... I played countless games, ignored main quests, and even skipped entire side quests just to get my Gwent fix. It's like a game within a game, and I'm both impressed and annoyed by its addictiveness. If you're a fan of card games or strategic gameplay, Gwent is a must-try. Just be warned: it might just devour your in-game hours (and your sanity)!
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt isn’t just a game—it’s a masterclass in world-building, storytelling, and immersive design. From the moment you step into the war-torn lands of the Northern Realms, it’s clear that CD Projekt Red has crafted something truly extraordinary.
The heart of this game lies in its narrative. You play as Geralt of Rivia, a gruff but deeply human monster hunter searching for his adopted daughter, Ciri. The writing is phenomenal, full of nuance, moral complexity, and unforgettable characters. Every choice feels meaningful, and the consequences ripple through the world in believable ways.
Visually, the game is stunning. Whether you're galloping through the sun-drenched fields of Velen, exploring the gothic sprawl of Novigrad, or taking in the haunting beauty of Skellige’s islands, every location feels alive and meticulously detailed. The dynamic weather and day-night cycles only deepen the sense of immersion.
Combat is fluid and rewarding, blending swordplay, alchemy, and magic. And then there’s Gwent—a mini-game so fun and addictive it could be a title of its own.
The expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, aren’t just DLC—they’re full-blown masterpieces that expand the world and deliver some of the most memorable quests in RPG history.
In short, The Witcher 3 sets the gold standard for open-world RPGs. It’s emotionally resonant, breathtakingly beautiful, and endlessly engaging. A true classic that deserves every bit of praise it’s received—and then some.
Came for the monsters, stayed for the intense card game that somehow became more important than saving the world. Also, prepare to develop very strong opinions on fictional sorceresses and their... assets.
Team Yennefer.
Great card game with an open world RPG side quest. I prefer playing Gwent with every person on the planet rather than looking for Ciri.
While the story and writting is great the gameplay is rather shallow and leaves a lot to be desired. Combat is janky as hell. Would recommend purely for the story.
I carry two swords. One of silver for creatures that roam the wild. One of steel for humans in their cities of stone.
-Geralt of Rivia
10 years ago, on this holy day, a timeless masterpiece named The Withcer 3: Wild Hunt was born.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is everything you need from an Open World Role-Playing game
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Hearts of Stone is the first DLC that added a lot of interesting things in game
the Second DLC, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine proves with so many new content and a new world how a DLC can be a whole new journey !
this is definitely one of the best game ever made in gaming history without any doubt and proudly, this is my first favourite game of all time
it really made me very happy to see that even after 10 years, this game is still alive and there are so many players playing it.
-thank you, CD PROJEKT RED for creating and developing such a masterpiece with love and faith

one of the best RPG experience..good music ,action packed overall ambience all combine feels majestic...and you can get it dirt cheap on steam sale
For a game that released in 2015 its unbelievably Perfect and Rich Story with UNIQUE Characters.
Nice Graphics too.
But one thing that is a bit of a problem is that in some cases it is slow paced to go through the story.
- The awesome action filled game play, mechanics,
- player abilities ,
- epic story, and
[*]massive, yet visually appealing open world
thats why this is the
GOAT, the GOAT...
Bought it in sale, but just couldn't get into it. The story and characters just seemed real boring. Also didn't enjoy the combat.
The Witcher 3 is a gift.
I’m at a loss for words—this game has provided me with months of entertainment and countless heartwarming moments.
Never have I played a game more beautiful, both visually and narratively.
No game has ever made me laugh and cry this much, nor inspired me to read an entire saga of books—but The Witcher 3 did.
Play it for the story. Even if you’re not a fan of the gameplay, I wholeheartedly believe it’s worth every second of your time.
I know I’ll return after reading the books and playing the first two games, and I’m certain it’ll be even more meaningful the second time around.
You know a game is GOATED when you are on your 6th playthrough and still finding things you never experienced in previous playthroughs.
This game is the highest benchmark for how quests in a game should be designed.
The atmosphere that is created by the visuals, characters and most importantly the soundtrack is unfathomable.
Can't wait for Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk Orion
Also Velen>>>>>>>>>>>
The story and music in this game is epic.
One of the must play games for those who love role playing games.
You should play it at least once because it's just so good.
A gaming website I used to use is apparently shutting down so I'm going through my old posts to see if there's anything I want to archive, below is a comment I made about this game there about 7 years ago, with an added caveat at the end:
Just finished Witcher 3 wild hunt, that was really great. Took me 130 hours over a busy month. Frustrations with combat at highest difficulty is my only complaint, specifically when the game knows you're focusing on an enemy by displaying its name and health bar, but for some reason when you attack Geralt jumps in another direction towards an enemy that could be well off-screen. Overall I understand the immense positive reception of this game, it's almost incredible how much I got from what I paid. I'm definitely buying Cyberpunk as soon as I can.
Going to finish Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine before I play anything else.
* I still to this day haven't bought Cyberpunk 2077
One of the great games. Superb graphics, story line, voice acting etc. Well worth playing.
Absolute cinema.
The graphics are amazing and the story is very engaging.
Very good story telling, and everything is worth exploring
YES THIS GAME IS GREAT 9.5/10. WHAT A GAME. Story, characters, side quests, main quests, world, combat, music and anything else i didn't mention, is AMAZING. Jeez bro imagine if every game had this much passion/content into it.
The Witcher 3 – Side Quest Simulator 3000
You start The Witcher 3 thinking, "I'll just do the main quest."
Five hours later you’re fist-fighting drunks in a Novigrad tavern, playing Gwent with a goat herder, helping a ghost find closure, and hunting a griffin because some random farmer asked nicely.
Main quest?
Forgotten.
Roach is standing on a rooftop again.
You’re busy arguing with a merchant over 2 crowns.
The world is so good, you’ll willingly get lost in it for 200 hours without realizing. Every side quest feels like an epic in itself. The characters are better written than 90% of Hollywood movies. And Geralt? He’s the tired, sarcastic dad we all secretly aspire to be.
Combat? Solid.
Story? God-tier.
Gwent? Life-consuming.
14/10 – Went looking for Ciri, ended up becoming a professional card shark and part-time monster therapist.
One of the greatest games I have ever played, even though its now a few years old.
The story and the sidequests are just addicting and especially the lighting makes the game still beautiful to look at.
Great for steamdeck playthrough. Perfect fit. Perfect russian VO.
I. A Tapestry of Tales: Narrative Mastery
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is not merely a game; it is a living chronicle where every choice reverberates through a world teetering on the edge of chaos. The story of Geralt of Rivia, a grizzled monster hunter navigating political intrigue, fractured loyalties, and existential threats, unfolds with Shakespearean gravity. The central quest to find his adoptive daughter, Ciri, intertwines with morally ambiguous subplots—such as the haunting saga of the Bloody Baron, whose tragic duality between tyranny and redemption remains one of gaming’s most profound character studies. Even minor side quests, like uncovering the secrets of a cursed village or mediating a peasant’s feud, are imbued with emotional weight, ensuring no thread in this vast tapestry feels inconsequential.
...
II. A World Alive: The Art of Immersion
From the rain-soaked alleys of Novigrad to the sun-dappled vineyards of Toussaint, The Witcher 3 crafts a realm that breathes. Its open world eschews hollow expanses for dense, purposeful design—a crumbling fortress might hide a monster’s lair, while a roadside shrine whispers forgotten lore. The game’s “sense of place” is amplified by dynamic weather, day-night cycles, and NPC routines, creating an ecosystem where even a stray wolf’s howl feels intentional. The recent next-gen update, with ray-traced lighting and DLSS 3, elevates this beauty into a painterly vision, where fog-cloaked forests and candlelit taverns become scenes from a medieval illuminated manuscript.
...
III. Combat and Alchemy: The Dance of Steel and Sorcery
Geralt’s combat is a ballet of preparation and precision. Each encounter demands strategy: oils to weaken foes, signs to control the battlefield, and dodges timed to the millisecond. While the system lacks the fluidity of pure action games, its depth lies in asymmetry—a Griffin’s aerial dive feels distinct from a Drowner’s swamp-bound ambush. Alchemy, often a tedious chore in RPGs, here becomes a ritual of survival, as brewing potions under moonlight or decocting toxins from rare herbs ties gameplay to the world’s gritty authenticity.
...
IV. The Symphony of War and Whispers
Few games marry audio and visual storytelling as seamlessly. The score, a haunting blend of Slavic folk motifs and orchestral grandeur, swells during battles and fades into melancholic lute strains in quieter moments. Voice acting, particularly Doug Cockle’s gravelly portrayal of Geralt, anchors the drama, while ambient sounds—a blacksmith’s hammer, a tavern’s drunken chorus—layer immersion like brushstrokes on a canvas.
...
Amidst the wild hunt’s shadowed cry,
A witcher walks, where ravens fly.
Through blood and wine, through love’s sharp thorn,
A tale of hearts, both forged and torn.
The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt
"The song of blood, steel and decisions, that hurt more than an edge of a blade"
My rating: 9.5/10
🧙♂️ OVERALL IMPRESSION:
So, to start, this game was lying in my library for 4 years. Then I started and could not stop until I finished EVERYTHING the game will offer you. It is one of the best RPG games - a massive world that feels welcoming and easy to understand, a great story, and a fabulous atmosphere - this is my review of Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt (+ DLCs).
🎮 GAMEPLAY:
The combat system is unique, and it took me some time to get used to it. Once you do, you are a killing machine. Don't forget about runes you can cast, potions you can drink, food you can eat, tinctures you can craft, and your deadly two swords. Crafting feels nice after understanding it. Exploration feels fluent and rewarding. You have a feeling there is so much to do in any direction you move, but it doesn't feel overwhelming, which is a big plus. The only thing I wanna mention here is a healing mechanism. If you don't have DLC, you are missing some crucial skills to get in the early game. That can cost you a lot of nerves, playing on higher difficulties.
🎨 GRAPHICS:
This game was released in 2015, and it looks way better than some modern triple-A games. Its stunning colour palette is vivid and lively. It's very well made according to the mood and atmosphere of a game. It's gloomy when you are in a dark cave killing monsters and bright when you are with your friends drinking beers in Kaer Morhen.
📖 STORY AND ATMOSPHERE:
The story unfolds after the events of "The Witcher" book series, continuing the tale from "The Witcher 2" video game. It's masterfully written, with a main questline that feels both monumental and deeply immersive. The characters are richly developed, and forming a strong emotional connection with them comes naturally and quickly. Sidequests are another thing that makes this game stand out so much. They are not repetitive and give you an incredible feeling of the fantasy world, its people, nature, creatures and atmosphere. Lastly, the music is majestic, outstanding, atmospheric and mesmerizing. Indeed, a masterpiece.
✨ YES / NO:
I wholeheartedly recommend it, but take my advice: Do not make the same mistake I did by playing the first half of the game without the "Blood and Wine" DLC. Get it because it's absolutely stunning. It also unlocks essential skills that make a significant difference in the early stages.
🗡️ ACHIEVEMENTS:
If you're an achievement hunter like me, you'll need both DLCs. All of the achievements can be unlocked in a single playthrough, but many are missable, so either prepare for a few extra runs or consult a guide.
⏱️PLAYTIME:
Main game: 78 hours (normal difficulty + side quests)
Main + DLCs: 110 hours
100% completion: 122 hours + one additional NG+ playthrough on highest difficulty
played it when it released and thought it wasnt for me. wtf was i thinking, i was missing out...
First time, playing this kind of game. Little bit of scared at first, but i really enjoy this game. Btw, Yen is so pretty :)))
After finishing every possible choices in this game, every other game seems bad compared to the witcher 3, a seriously great story rich gameplay, not just the story quests, even side quests and random quests!
Incredible game, rich story and world to explore, quite a few builds to try out, everything a RPG should have. Geralt is a good lad.
One of the greatest games of all time and one of my fav piece of fictions.
Story is top notch. Main Characters and Side Characters are really well written.
Graphics are still amazing even after a decade.
World is so big and very immersive, and it's not only just beautiful but also filled with great and a large no. of side contents with amazing witcher contracts, emotional side quests, side stories and ofc Gwent the card game.
Gameplay is very addictive, satisfying and easy to learn even though difficult to master.
And i should def say abt the 2 Legendary DLC expansions: Two of em are some of the finest extra content I've ever played especially the 2nd one: Blood and Wine it's peak.
My Rating:
10/10 - MASTERPIECE.
One of the best games/fictions out there.
One of the best rpg experiences I've ever had. I've been playing since the ps5 version and this game has really grown on me. Definitely an incredible atmosphere, characters, an amazing ost, but above all, GWENT
After hitting 100% completion in The Witcher 3, I honestly feel like I’ve finished a journey, not just a game. I’ve done every quest, explored every corner, beat both expansions, and yeah—even finished my Gwent deck. It’s wild how much this game pulled me in.
What stood out the most was the storytelling. The characters felt real—Geralt, Ciri, Yennefer, even smaller side characters had depth. Every choice I made actually mattered, and I found myself thinking about the consequences long after I’d made them. Some outcomes hit hard, in a good way.
The world is massive, but it’s also full of detail. It’s not just big for the sake of it—there’s something meaningful almost everywhere you go. I’d get sidetracked constantly, and I didn’t even mind. Riding through Skellige or watching the rain in Velen felt peaceful sometimes, like the game gave me space to just be in its world.
The expansions were another level. Hearts of Stone had one of the best villains I’ve ever seen, and Blood and Wine felt like a whole new game on its own. I took my time there just soaking it all in.
Combat took a bit to get used to, but once I got into a rhythm—mixing signs, potions, dodging right—it felt great. I wasn’t just swinging a sword, I was preparing for fights, thinking like a Witcher,
Honestly, finishing everything felt like closing a great book. It’s rare a game sticks with me like this. If anyone’s wondering whether it’s worth fully diving into The Witcher 3, I’d say absolutely. It’s more than worth your time. :)
Don't get me wrong the game is amazing. At this point I think everyone knows that. But jesus christ how many bugs there are
Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (187+ hours played)
If there’s one game that defines what an open-world RPG should be, it’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. After 187 hours, I can say with confidence—this game is a masterpiece.
✅ Pros:
Unmatched storytelling. Every quest, even side quests, feels meaningful and well-written.
A breathtaking world. From the war-torn lands of Velen to the bustling streets of Novigrad, everything is stunning and full of life.
Geralt is an amazing protagonist. A badass monster hunter with depth, wit, and choices that actually matter.
Combat is satisfying. Once you get the hang of dodging, signs, and potions, every fight feels like a strategic duel.
DLCs are better than most full games. Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine add incredible content and a perfect ending to Geralt’s story.
Gwent. What started as a simple card game in a tavern became an obsession.
❌ Cons:
Controls can feel clunky at times. Geralt has a mind of his own when trying to navigate tight spaces.
The inventory system could be better. Sorting through gear can be a bit tedious.
You might lose your real-life social life. Seriously, this game sucks you in.
After 187 hours, I still want more. The Witcher 3 is one of those rare games that delivers an unforgettable journey. If you haven't played it yet, you owe it to yourself to experience it.
⭐ 10/10 - Toss a coin to your Witcher, and another 100 hours to your playtime.
Best game I've ever played the story is Amazing.
And the graphics are so good for a game from 2015!
Looking forward to the witcher 4
Ah yes, the legendary Witcher. Slayer of monsters, master of signs, and olympic gold medalist in dodge rolling. Combat feels less like an epic duel and more like an endless interpretive dance routine. I came to hunt monsters, not audition for Cirque du Soleil.
Summary: I really don’t even think I need to write this review. Everyone knows that this game is a masterpiece, I guarantee if you’ve done any amount of gaming in the past decade you’ve almost certainly seen this game or someone has told you to play it. They’re all correct and this game is awesome. A flawed masterpiece sure, there are problems, but it’s still a masterpiece and worth everyone’s time. Therefore, the only useful thing I can think to talk about is the discussion about how this game is too difficult to get into because it’s intimidating, because I think that is a discussion worth having and I think it’s important to the health of games overall.
Review: So, on to this discussion. One thing that I’ve seen pop up on Twitter and Reddit incredibly frequently, is things like “oh what's a popular game you couldn’t get into” and inevitably two games make it to the top of the list: Red Dead Redemption 2, and The Witcher 3. There are probably others up there (Baldur’s Gate 3 will be there in a few years when it becomes socially acceptable), but the reason for them all stays the same, it was too slow and people were too bored to keep going.
I want to approach this problem from two angles, one’s going to be harsher than the other, so we’ll start with the softer one first.
The first angle is something that is somewhat about all games we play, and it’s the idea that difficulty is off putting, or that lack of accessibility is off putting. I chiefly blame Ubisoft games for this idea that games need to be not only completely accessible for all audiences, but that they need to be rewarding you with MINUTES of playing them with random things and dopamine hits, or else they’re slow and boring and not worth your time. I think that’s a terrible way to design games and also inevitably makes those games really shallow. An ocean wide but an inch deep. I don’t think there’s anything inherently wrong with these kinds of games, especially in small doses. I do however think that they’ve had a negative impact on how we as an audience view games, because we no longer have the patience to experience something slow, but richly rewarding anymore. If we don’t have instant gratification, we’re gone, and I think that’s a huge mistake. Games like The Witcher 3 are worth their time, they reward you for working your way slowly through its world with great environment and quest design and characters and stories.
This leads into my second angle, which is the problem with attention spans. Human attention spans are getting worse by the day, we have reams of evidence on this, it’s happening, and there’s no way around it. I hate to be the one giving medical advice on a fucking steam review, but I really do encourage gamers: if you can’t get into a slow paced game because your brain is so poisoned that it needs dopamine every 5 minutes, you have a PROBLEM and it needs fixing. I don’t know what avenue you need to take to do that there’s lots of potential causes but it absolutely is not good and you should handle it so you can enjoy masterpieces like this.
In short, play this fucking game. It’s great and it deserves all the time you can give it, and eventually you’ll want to give it more and more.
I really really hate autolock in game. After playing DS 1 to 3 and Elden ring autolock in Witcher is so bad. I stopped using it but still Geralt turns to nearby enemy when i just want to run past them. And casting signs..... gl. But other than that i think game is pretty solid.
why?
-masterpiece of a game: dating-hunting-singlefather simulator with slavic european mythology on top.
-WILL improve your taste in men
-WILL make you finally read books
-PROBABLY will make you a better person or otherwise (because of how much game force you to question yourself)
DONT QUIT IF IN SOME POINT IT SEEMS BORING YOU MISSING OUT A GREAT STORY
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will always be in my top 5 games to play. I am replaying it for the first time in more then 7 years, and the game looks great. It is hard to believe that this game came out in 2015! It looks and performs better then most 2025 games that are currently coming out. The story is so engaging, it keeps you coming back for more. Looking forward to playing through the DLCs this time! Getting in my refresher before The Witcher 4 comes out.
If you have never played TW3, and you are reading this in 2025 or later, I highly recommend getting this game and playing it through, you will not regret it!
After ten years of development, this game still has something to say and is equal in many areas and parameters of game development that we have seen in this genre of games in recent years, and it is one of the best games in this genre and has its own fans. I am very eager for the fourth series of this series to have fun and adventure in the world of the Witcher.

Its excellent, one of the only games where DLC works really well and deserves the extra money. Almost 10yrs later, game still runs well and looks great. Gaben should send a citation to people that haven't played this yet.
I love this game so bad!!!!!!!!! The story, characters, music, and environment are everything I've ever wanted I love u the Witcher 3 this is my favorite game ever ^_^
I played this game for the first time on my friend`s laptop, then I bought a PC and played it there, then I`ve got Steam and started it here, then I tried it on PS4... and every time it is still entertaining and feels great.
I really love the storytelling, designs, characters and atmosphere overall.
Definitely this game is GOAT.
