I want to destroy my pc and my kitchen

I keep giving this game a tries multiple times but no matter how many times I tried the finger physics can sometime glitching out causing it to fly outside the map and fail instantly so no thank you!

I have finally 100% the game after all this time. I can say this game is worth a laugh but not full price. Get it on discount during one of the seasonal events. It makes a great gag gift for a friend.

i have no clue how many of the models are original but they work well together and brewing a cup of tea is actually quite challenging

Like most others, i came here back in 2014 after having just played through surgeon simulator and as you can guess from my playtime the novelty wears off rather quick unfortunately.

but hey, if you see it on sale, there are worse places to spend those 50 cents

One of the first games I got on Steam, and I replayed it recently for achievements, to be ultimately disappointed. It's a cute game and is obviously designed to be difficult, but it's also buggy and clunky on top of being difficult. Game crashes often, and your arm can randomly break completely at the slightest tap, forcing you to restart.
Also hate that they put in a "play the game 500 times" achievement, as I can't name a single game, even one I enjoy a lot, that I've ever opened and played over 500 times.

A new take on the concept of having your arms remove by my uncle Craig. My downstairs-dingaling has grown 3 inches as advertised, well worth the £13 I paid for the game. As such, I have bought 4 more copies also, each better than the last.

A nice little game ,not too much to do, besides learning the *great* controls.

The achievments are not too hard ,that's always a plus in these types of games.

If you're looking to challenge yourself for a short while ,then this might be for you.

Ampu-Tea is a game was inspired by Surgeon Simulator. Yes, its that hard aswell, but surgeon simulator more player friendly, more playable and include more content.

There is one goal in Ampu-Tea: yes, to make a cup of tea. Sounds easy right? yes it is IRL. If it would be this hard to create a cup of tea irl then the brittish empire would have never interested in colonizing/conquerion indian ocean region including India.

The engine is bad, buggy and some of the achievements are annoying. Also, its way too expensive for the content and gameplay it offers, i believe review would be still negative if it would be 0,99 tho.

11 steam achievements and most of them annoying. i mean, most of them awarded for creating a cup of tea, some of the awarded to trying to create but in wrong order, but the point of the start the game 500 times is just stupid. Its still not a hard game to perfect it, but definetly not a fun game.

It just feels like Surgeon Simulator's rejected brother, it fails just miserably at trying to be one of these simulation games. Where should I start? These are some of the worst controls I've ever experienced in a game. I'm not even kidding when I say I've spent about 15 minutes trying to grab a cup to even start the tea making process. Yeah, I know for sure that this is the humorous nature of the game, but it shouldn't be this difficult, and hell, it just becomes annoying and not even slightly challenging. I couldn't feel anything else but disappointment while playing this, it's just not what I was expecting. Graphically, it does look bad too, even on the highest settings. Also, all the meme references shoved in your face feel downright unfunny. Thank god I bought this on sales, and as much as I hate to compare things, you should go for Surgeon Sim if you're looking for a better game overall. Ampu-Tea is a 2/10 for me.

Another of these oh-so-amusing inverted physics games in the same vein as Surgeon Simulator, and, just like that game, it has neither the wit nor the charm to keep you interested once the Trading Cards have dropped.

If you like this sort of thing, the pinnacle is undoubtedly 'Octodad: Dadliest Catch'. This is a poor substitute.

⊖ Amputees struggling in rehabilitation may not be the most tasteful punchline a game could be based off of. More importantly however, the game controls awfully. One might say it was meant to be this way, however games like Octodad and Surgeon Simulator show you can successfully have good meme controls. Movement in Ampu-Tea however, is sluggish and often unresponsive. Reeling in fingers to grip is so slow that your fingers will push the item out of grasp. Items will also stick to the hand. Physics move the room about even if you're afk. Sometimes you're notified when you fail immediately, sometimes it waits to notify you at the very end.

✎ The nail in the coffin that keeps this from being the average quick n easy achievement game is the ludicrous achievement requesting you open the program 400 times. I wouldn't recommend this.

If you get this game in a bundle, or on sale for $1 or less, consider it worthwhile. You'll get an hour or two of fun out of it and it's even more fun if you get someone else to play and watch them make the same hillarious mistakes you did. Ampu-Tea is easier to get into than Surgeon Simulator and appeals to a different audience, this is definitely a more casual version of the precise control genre--in some ways it almost feels like a short parody of Surgeon Simulator.

Your goal is to make a cup of tea to order, as it appears on a randomly generated instruction card. Sometimes you will also need to add sugar, a certain amount of water or milk will be needed, and other times you will need to avoid certain ingredients.

Some of the achievements are fun to get as well. I enjoyed clearing everything off and flipping over the table the most. The launch the game 500 times achievement is definitely meant as a joke.

The music is okay, there is only one short track to speak of. Sound effects get the job done but aren't memorable in any way. I didn't experience any bugs or stability issues and was glad to find that all features of the game and achievements worked fine.

This game will make you rage anytime, its not easy to make a mug tea with robot arm simulator, but its tricky to get better a tea with not usually you make everyday. Here the step by step to make a good tea for this game.

1. Take the mug from rack mug with arm robot simulator (carefull, handle with care or you broke it)
2. Put that mug to box of tea bags (not vice-versa)
3. Spread some sugar ( 2 cube is better)
4. Move the box teabag with all those thing up (carefull don't drop any of them) to hot water dispenser
5. Pouring the hot water gently
6. Move again that box and all the things to jug milk (same as no. 4)
7. Pour the milk as you want (hmm... milk tea is good)
8. Voilaa... you make a better mug tea in this game with arm simulator. ohh, you can add extra sugar cube for complete better serve achieve.

Remember clean the table after you done make tea, if you rage playing this game, slam the table and you done it with press F10 button. Enjoy your tea, cheerss.....

Nothing beats a well served tea.

I can proudly say, I perfected serving teas, even made a living out of it. Sadly I'd suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome, which ended my career but still, it was a wonderful time and I've a lot of nice memories, which sometimes shed tears in my eyes, all these people who were sooo happy about my well served teas.

Those were simpler times.

Now after I got my arm amputated, I can serve tea again, it's a bit clumsy compared to before but at least I can server tea again, without pain in my hand

I was looking forward to a fun spinoff of Surgeon Simulator. Unfortunately, this was not it. The hand mechanics are terrible. The objects are nearly impossible to grasp, and the dropping seemed really poor too (for example, I was finally able to grab a teabag and had it perfectly hovered over my cup. When I went to drop the bag, the hand decided to fling it instead of just letting go of it).

Until the devs clean up the mechanics, I'm going to have to give this a thumbs-down.

"Yeah, I know that the whole amputee thing really sucks, so to cheer you up, we decided that you should make all of the cups of tea. All of them. By yourself. With this new arm thing that you haven't even gotten used to and will probably break randomly from light stress. And we'll put all of the cups of tea on a shelf that you'll probably accidentally push over even when the table has more than enough space."

Also, that "500 plays" achievement thing is just too much. I mean, 100 is too much, but 500? Come on, this game isn't that good and you know it! In addition, it doesn't run offline.

All in all, not worth $5. Get it on sale, or in a bundle.

I'm not stirring it but the games quite sweet, though it might not be your bag if you get the lump easy or have a lack of patience, it takes a lot of time to make the perfect brew, but i won't keep milking it just get it if you like tea, i got it as i like tea and i also like ham, but Ampu-ham game where you make a sandwich to go with your Ampu-tea isn't out yet so I got this.

It's a bit of fun ..like my review. recommended.
