Amazing faction, decent tanks, god like infantry that in my experience hit just about every shot, BAR is AMAZING, jackson tank destroyer is op no diff, and lastly riflemen head on beat every single main line infantry in the game by far. I don't like how people dont enjoy the usf, the usf is a mobile and aggressive hard pushing faction, ive beaten so many okw players and ostheer players just from sheer infantry and ATS alone, no tanks required, the only way you can really win as usf is to be as aggressive as possible, don't stop pushing, and please for the love of god if you see a volksen with an stg upgrade, please get weapon rack. And the tanks aren't bad at all like pair a jackson with a sherman and you can kill a king tiger, use the sherman to flank its side armor and use the jackson on its frontal and you're good to go, the KT is too slow to run away so snaring its engine makes it impossible to escape the sherman and jackson! In order to play these guys please stop going with only rears and stop going with build orders, every other faction practically needs a build order but not the usf, you could do a build order like
lets say 3 riflemen, ambulance, captain, captain upgrade, major, jackson for example, but lets say once you hit the mark of 3 riflemen you see hmg spam and you dont have grenades, you can instantly make a mortar, no buildings required, you see tanks and are at the ambulance part? skip the ambulance and go for the at! all you need to do is learn how to play these guys, because just like every other faction if you don't learn how to play them you're screwed.

Amazing faction to play in Company of Heroes 2 if you're a fan of the game. But please, BUY ON SALE!!!!!!!!!!!
Broken.
At First the US forces were fun to play and were versatile and change with the battle but ever since a few updates back they changed them and wrecked a key part in what made them fun and their style of play.
They were never op in a single style of combat yeah the could dig in but the defense's are laughable compared to the other nations in this game, Britain is like a burrowed tick when it comes to defense USSR its like hitting a brick wall, Germans eh it can be a bit of a mess (NOT The Oberkommando West though they are NOT meant to hold ground they Were meant to take it and push you back).
They changed what the US can build UNLESS you get the $$$ for commanders.
HECK the Pershing you CANNOT GET UNLESS you buy the commander, and its the only real tank that the US gets in this game that can attack and survive, the other tanks are a joke 2 to 3 hits by ANY other tank and they die might as well use the M5 Stuarts instead of the Sherman, troop heal and recovery was.... O.K. when they came out but after they changed something in the damage setting the US medical truck goes Pop with standard Rifle rounds quicker then you could say POP.
The foxhole is a damned joke in this game, the US AT guns are a joke the rangers and Airborne are jokes they dont stand a chance if places against any other nations "Elite troops", US infantry Anti-Tank weapons are LAUGHABLE at best the rate of fire is a joke your team will be dead before they shoot a 3rd round.
The Airborne is a joke because YOU CAN TELL they were made to reinforce while in Enemy areas, with the play being like that of COH 1, I mean the brits get it but the US don't.......
There is so much wrong with this pack AFTER they updated it, that the campaign REALLY suffers near unplayable, hence the Broken at the start.
Don't buy unless you want to play with friends a lot and have them carry you but through matches.
And if you do get it might as well spend the $$$ and get the good US commanders too.
COH2 I found pretty fast paced and I played COH a long time ago... Its still addictive even though I would like it to tone down a notch lol...
Its an Alright Faction just its keeps getting these dumb add-ons making it to one of the more micro managing factions so the summary is you
-cant build your base whichs is good and sometimes but in order to unlock to the various tech trees you have to unlock the unit first (Captain, Corporal and the other guy) they cost fuel too, you also have to upgrade one of them to be able to unlock the third (once u spawn one it'll only have 2 out of 4 units available the armor ls locked behind that upgrade costing you more fuel)
- YOU CANT UPGRADE YOUR INFANTRY OUTSIDE THE BASE (for those who came over from COH1) otherside from the higher ranked inf, engineers, and paratroopers, basically the backbone of ur inf have to retreat back and grab whatever you need which is bad in larger maps but once you get them ranked up and know how to manage them they'll be a force to be feared.
-The armor is dulled down and not that good aside from the Easy 8, Calliope, and Pershing (All locked behind various commanders) the Sherman is alright, the Jackson has great range, and the AA truck is great mobile suppression, but other than that you'll be using infantry more.
Perks to it are great early game push, tough infantry if you can manage them properly, and great supporting vehicles. It is a bit of a learning curve and alright faction with great infantry and support vehicles but not so great frontline tanks.
Is it a good army? I think it is a solid addition.
Is it ok to sell armies independently at a price higher than the base game? Absolutely not.
Purchase only during sales.
Can't believe these guys disrespected my combat engineers like that. Knowing damn well not a single one of them has the balls to go out there and clear minefields. We operate as our own mechanized patrol in some of the most dangerous areas away from support. The disrespect in the description alone deserves a back hand to whatever clown gave you that information. Also, why wasn't it part of the game initially?
13 dollars to play as the United States.
Doesn't unlock the main campaign - that's extra, big boy.
Garbage game. Try again for CoH 3.

The best strategy game series that exists today. The graphics and detailing are flawless and stunning. It's so much fun to play with friends!
I played back 12 or 13 years ago and it was easier to play, graphics were better, getting help on how to play was as easy as looking at the instructions in the game case. You've made this a piece of shit.
Solid faction addition, more so because it meets my style of play. Flexible while maintaining a 'bend, but don't break' mentality. I do wish they'd add a Commander with the Super Pershing though. Also a meta faction. You will see it played plenty in next month's world championship.
Garbage faction. Probably the weakest of them all, even the soviets.
I've had cases where Riflemen lose 2v1 squad fights just because they're that bad, they don't even get decent base items.
Some of the units are broken after patches and it is multiplayer only. By the way, there is another DLC to play US forces in single-player.
i think that i would love it but every time i try and play the campaign it tells me i need to purchase it. i have bought it and it is in my library? if anyone have suggestions foe me?
i bought the bundle and 7 of my 8 dlc will not work. it keeps asking me if i want to buy them. i can play coh2 and Ardenies forest which i bought. but then it says they are in my library when i look at them in the store. tells me i own 8 of 8 . but only coh2 shows up. when you start the game it gives you coh2 and the forest i bought that was extra. but none of my dlc are there. i have bought like 12 games the past week and this is not good and hope it is fixed. if the are and i can play them i am sure to give a fair review. ty
Playing with friends can make it amusing but the game itself is'n good.
It has broken(or none existent) "AI" spamming units above cap, microtransactions and a general feeling that little though or care was put into the game.
Only greed. And sure greed can lead to great and sometimes even good things.
But sadly this game ain't any of them.
I play this game in 19 march 2019 with my game after we bought company of heroes 2 master collection but we already have standard game and we want expansion content so me and my friend bought master collection and when we start the game with all dlc it start loading on first loading screen we can hear all sound but we cant see any moving image and it stuck and we uninstall the game and download it again it did not work so we use only standard game it did not work but it have sega image and sound and it stuck on the second loading screen but we can only hear sound please fix this problem
