Game crashes at launch, consistently. Never happened before but now, it is unplayable.

not only this was kinda my childhood game it's insanely fun to play and as you progress you can try and post on steam more and more crazy mech that could blow someone mind or maybe crash their pc who knowns

I dont like the new changes with epicgames. I dont want to have to link accounts and install yet another game launcher just to play with my friend. Totally contempt with playing alone but, theres not much reason anymore. We had a good thing going.

Maybe im overreacting but oh well. Maybe i got mad too fast and theres a solution. I dunno.

This is a great game and fun too.

The game was awesome before they have added EPIC Online Services Dependencies and ruined the multiplayer functionalities.
Now there is no way to invite friends to play together, as the invite is not sent/visible.

I would not recommend this game in this state if you want to play multiplayer.
Also given that they have killed multiplayer in this game, just so they can force us to buy and play the limited and paywalled Terratech Worlds, I am not going to buy that one.

Shame.

Such a good little game, not as popular as it should be honestly. Loading my tech up with rockets was SO much fun, and I shot myself into the sky! Definitely recommend it.

Good graphics, good and fun gameplay. But invaders are annoying as heck. If there was a way to turn them off, would be better. Also, this game has the classic Unity graphic setting window, which should not be a thing for Unity games.

if you like a very simplistic game where you can build basically anything you can think of and gather resources while fighting off mini bosses then this is a good choice for you. Just don't look at the community builds they will make you feel very ashamed lol.

There is no other game like it, it is one of the most fun games I've ever played. Nothing really beats blowing stuff up, taking the pieces, and then making yourself bigger. Also watching the money counter go up while observing your fields of ore extractors, is very satisfying.

pretty... pretty good game in my opinion, don't rush story-line and honestly dont get crazy or over-powered mods in your first playthrough. The game needs multiplayer too though which kinda sucks because this game would be amazing with multiplayer

great fricking game, just a bit buggy at times.

Can be infuriating when you're attacked while building a new Tech, but other than those occurrences, the game's extremely fun.
Build vehicles, see how well they run, fix them, share them, enjoy what other people's creativity managed to create, take hints, build the ultimate warmachine.
What's not to love?

TerraTech is a great world in which you can build new Tech vehicles after gaining experience with different factions and obtain new skills and licenses. You can build quick small vehicles up to behemoths. You can equip them with new weapons, tires, deck protection, propulsion systems, find new minerals to mine, and much more.

having a lot of fun in this game. way better then the console version.

Very fun game and don't get discouraged and quit if you die because it's part of the learning process of getting better

i get kicked out of every multiplayer game. I wanted a game to interact with others, and not solo play.

if you dont mind bad graphics but rather good gameplay, then this game is really good in my opinion

VERY addictive and fun/silly game. Very unique too, and the resource collection feels really good. Only thing is, I recommend learning different features of the game like flying in creative mode cuz campaign is ruthless. My planes died so much while I was learning to fly and build them.

Also, Geocorp superiority.

fun game, though the community block update a few years ago corrupted my almost 99% completed campaign. aside from that and a few orther major bugs (which is to be expected as the game is still marked "unstable" by the devs every update) for the rest its a pretty fun game, doesnt require a degree in rocket science to build something (like a game like stormworks: build and rescue does) and the campaign is lots of fun, really reccomend it




















also its commander shephard's favourite game on steam so that means you should spend your life savings on it :P

I have played this game so much and enjoy it to this day. I strongly recommend playing it, it at least forces you to come up with creative vehicles in order to solve puzzles. The couple negative things I have to mention despite it being such a great game are as follows:
Techs can de-spawn if you are too far from them, made me stop playing my current run.
The game feels very open world but empty unless you are capable of making your own fun.
The constant feel that you can never set up a base that's permanent due to how crappy the battery system is unless spammed.
Other than the aforementioned things I do strongly recommend at least giving this game a test run as I have had fun with it for years on and off and is a fun singleplayer experience.

after playing through the game what, six times? I'm enjoying it more and more, its easily one of the most customizable.. I dunno what it is! you can go easy mode by making massive Techs to obliterate easily, or small, nimble mechs capable of ripping the parts off one by one! Story, while fairly short, is jam packed with missions, each with good variety. My Only issue is the power creep, a few hours in, if you'd like, you can easily obliterate from a distance, I just wish the ai had a farther range, because the power creep wont be as significant, as you can just get a few free shots in from afar in most scenarios

Terratech has a whole lot of content in it's building system and missions, the two aspects of this game. Ever since I bought this game around 6~ years ago, I loved it every second and made 4 saves of it. It has a great and simplistic building system, and has a lot of missions for you to do in the Campaign mode. However, I did notice one flaw in this game. After about a hour into your save- your basically unstoppable. You will have gathered so many weapons and blocks at that point that no tech will be able to actually oppose you. This makes the game really easy, but notheless I still really liked it from start to finish.

Game is very easy. It doesn't require much thinking. Once you play enough you get to a point where you basically become a god. You've got basically infinite blocks. It's like playing creative even though it's not. And if you don't have the block you can just buy it. This game was one of my first games and it'll always be a great game to me. I highly recommend you try it out.

This game is fantastic, but I cannot recommend it in good faith. Incredibly simple with its times of difficulty, while always offering elements of creativity. However, I have not gotten the opportunity to max out all corporations before my save file begins encountering major issues. Crashing, Quests bugging, Techs despawning, and at worst save corruption.

This game has lots of replayability and you can realy let out your creativity! also the people in their discord are very kind

I quite enjoy this game and I find it is a rare gem that perfectly balances ease of entry with a deep depth of strategy and creativity in a way that allows both players like me with thousands of hours in games known for complexity like kerbal space program and players like my dad who have rarely touched video games since the Nintendo Entertainment System was new to seamlessly pick it up and enjoy it together

rotating something couldnt be made any more difficult for a game about building stuff.

i like the part where i need to build and carefully put the blocks on the correct place

Fun game to play, rather play this after a 8-hour shift than sweaty fps game.
Very good game with only a few issues with gameplay.

3 Issues:
Cannot make your own turrets.
Friendly AI has issues with pathfinding.
Gets a little laggy.

It's super exciting creating new different type of techs and has a very adventure based gameplay based on what tech you build.

it is a fun and interesting game that can either be a industrial type play through or a a completely combat oreinted play

Amazing game which allows tons of customizations for different vehicles. Game loop gets kinda repetitive at the end with one shotting most things, however the different corps helps with changing the enemy types and collected different building blocks to create different vehicles.

planes are a kinda hard to control at first but in general the game is great!

this game is like getting jorked from behind at a walmart parking lot, you dont know why its happening or whats going on but damn does it feel good

The campaighn is preaty fun and the building is not to hard very fun game to play
