It actually uses logic to solve puzzles, unlike many other adventure games.
An amazing classic horror game that you should absolutely play if old retro horror games fancy you. You might find yourself saying ''what the fuck?'' most of the time, but it will be entertaining. Some puzzles might make you want to quit and uninstall but you have to take your time and literally click and interact with EVERYTHING. The stages and story will build up to an ending that I wish was more in depth, it felt kind of rushed but I still absolutely loved this game. I might be biased because I have a soft spot for these crusty old games. Really entertaining, disturbing, funny, scary, frustrating, gross, fun.
Some difficult pixel hunting but doable, very good story and vibe 9/10
By today's standards im not sure if frightening is the best way to describe this game, maybe unsettling and intriguing would be better terms. still great tho.
A quirky flash to the 90s. Definitely more fun with friends (and maybe a little less difficult with multiple brains working together)... Would play again in another 10 years.

Irrational and thoroughly absorbing PnC ...
Was too damned scared to play this game when I was small and am really happy I backed out after the first level. I would have had some horrible nightmares and would have probably been a bit traumatized... or maybe not.
Either way, I came back to it now and finished the game. I can say it has been an enjoyable experience and terrifying at the same time, but I highly recommend you to play Sanitarium if you are a fan of adventure point 'n click games as well as horror stories. It scores really high in both categories, I will even call it a masterpiece.
A cult classic! Sanitarium might be too long (that Aztec part can go fuck itself) but if you enjoy 90's point & clickers, this might be just the right stuff for you.
Felt like a fever dream and made me go insane (even more than I already was).
I have played many PnC games and this is probably my favourite. Its a masterpiece.
This is toxic yaoi the likes of which the world has never seen.....
