I've never been introduced to minecraft, poor and unwilling to pay for a game during it's early release I came across, Creativerse. I've put in over 400 hours, for sure i must like the game!
There's fall damage.
There's a lot of jumping needed due to it being Minecraft-like in being built from layered blocks, so going up a hill requires several+ jumps.
There's a bug that seems to be all the way from before this game version was even released here that makes you suddenly jump super-high and fall to receive damage.
If every dozen or so jumps you're getting damaged due to your jump causing you to get fall damage...yeah. Maybe it's a bug that is somehow selective for some reason. I'd imagine that if there are players playing this game, they must be able to actually do that. But it's a bug that shouldn't be there at all. And it is for so many years.
It is like Minecraft really. I love it just as much, but maybe a bit more cause I have so many great memories played in this game. The only thing I am furious about is that you can, apparently, no longer play privately with your friends... WHICH SUCKSS!!! DO SOMETHING about it!!
games sorta boring
I played this waaaaaay back when it was free. It was an amazing experience, I'm guessing only because it was free.
Now I sign on years later and figure, sure I'll give it another chance. Downloaded the game the night before just as an afterthought so it would be ready to play when I can snag a few minutes. Go to load up a world and NOPE, need another 2gb download just to install the map I'll playing on. DOWNLOAD!? Wouldn't a map be created in game? I dunno I guess. Stopped the game and uninstalled due to poor planning on the devs part. If you want to sell a game now, how about you put all the downloads up front.
Creativerse is awesome so much to do.
I used to play this game with my friends but you can't play anymore without your friend going online. It was fun until they changed how the server works. you can play it solo but it's not that fun compare to playing this game with someone. (OG player here) only recommend if everyone is active.

Like minecraft, but better graphics.
I got this game when it was free, and if it was still free, then I would recommend it for play. It runs good, it is fun to play, and you are free to create whatever you wish! My only problem is that the most I would pay to play this game would be 5 bucks, not 20 bucks. At that point, it would be better to just save up an extra 10 to buy Minecraft.

Didn't realise if I didn't move my worlds over when they changed format that I would lose them. That was bad. Now I find the worlds I did move are very laggy. Some of the blueprints people have made were very beautiful. especially the giant flowers. Not so many being made now . I don;t know why they changed the game but it wasn't for the better

really sucks that they changed their os from being available on mac as well. i had 80 hours on the game and now nothing. Literally the worst thing they did by far
How to play with friend. I can't join world friend.
In the past, if I just said the name of the world, my friends could join my world. But now, it seems like my friends can't see my world at all. I don't know how to make my friends play with me.
best game ever. it is just like minecraft
they need to work on the multiplayer joining aspect every time i try to join it just minimizes the game
You should've stayed free. Your game definitely is NOT good enough to be pay to play, lmao.
Wanted to play a game one more time after long time. But i couldnt play becouse map wouldnt start for me....
