I wish they'd added specific levels or a way to play with a specific bro, because for a game with like 3 buttons, there's a shocking amount of cool techs, tricks and things to learn about each of the bros. And there's like 50 bros.
This game is a blast to play multiplayer co-op and just see everything on screen exploding. A lot of my mileage from this game though is from playing arcade/campaign solo and tactically advancing and skirmishing my way through every level, and it's shocking how well the game works in both approaches.
Great game, super fun and replayable and great with friends
arcade mode with a friend is very fun . It leads to very funny scenarios . and you can do a dap up that breaks the sound barrier
Screaming BROFORCE!!! everytime I finished a level let my landlord to kick me out. Despite that, it is a fun, a bit buggy, multiplayer game.
I enjoy the references and comedic factor, but man does this gameplay get old quick.

I played this with my sister, and we had so much fun. It’s easily one of my favorite games ever. The simple rules make it super easy to jump in, the humor was great, and the destructible environments are fantastic. The number of playable characters is insane - we both had our favorites, and switching between them kept the gameplay fresh.

This game was awesome!! I haven't played a 2d platform shooter like it! Me and my dad just finished the campaign and absolutely loved this game, the kind of game where you can just blow anything and everything up. I would so recommend this for other people, especially since you can play this with FOUR people, and online and versus! Also the storyline is hilarious and amazing. I am totally telling all my friends to get this!

You’re part of Broforce, an elite team of bros (yes, bros) modeled after every action hero you’ve ever loved. Your mission? Free the world from terrorists, aliens, and occasionally Satan. The plot exists solely as a backdrop for your campaign of destruction, but let’s be real: no one’s here for Shakespearean drama.
Gameplay: 9/10
Broforce is a 2D side-scrolling action game where every second is an explosion waiting to happen. You play as parodies of action legends like Rambro, the Brominator, and Brobocop, each with unique abilities that keep the gameplay fresh.
The levels are destructible playgrounds of chaos. Shoot walls, blow up bridges, and accidentally kill your teammates because you didn’t realize that barrel was explosive. It’s all part of the fun. The co-op mode is where the game truly shines—four players on one screen means four times the explosions, four times the friendly fire, and zero sense of control.
Art and Sound: 8/10
The pixel art is charmingly retro, and the environments are packed with little details that somehow survive all the carnage. The soundtrack is a mix of heroic anthems and adrenaline-pumping tunes that perfectly match the game’s absurd energy. Quick, fun, exciting, arcade feel. fun and amazing in co-op. to turn off camera shake, change it to 0%, then press escape immediately/last setting you will change. if you go back into the options menu you have to do this again.

Good story and good time with friends
This game is ridiculously fun, don't hesitate - buy it.
Decent if you want to play singleplayer, but recently i had horrible experiences playing co-op. First of all, I had desync issues, enemies that are dead yet show up as being alive walking in place, but more importantly I tried playing with a friend that was playing on mouse and keyboard and yet the controls were showing as he was playing on controller, which he was not. If I want to chat it should not add a new player, even if i was playing on the controller and i chatted using keyboard and mouse like most of us do.
The game is good single player, the humour is decent although it wears fast but new characters make it enjoyable, and it is an interesting and fun concept, especially since you don't experience online issues in singleplayer
This game is great fun for a pick up and drop game when I have 20 or 30 minutes for mindless grind. I think it's tremendously clever!

There are few games that I have such a love/hate relationship with. This is one of them.
One moment I'm having fun wiping out bad guys in various ways and laughing at the havoc I'm causing, then the next I'm sighing an rolling my eyes at the 40th cheap death in a row.
The game is definitely fun time, but it can also be an extremely frustrating time.
The randomness that can, and will, frequently occur is funny at first but becomes tiresome later.
One random element that can lead to this is the fact players have no control over which "bro" they play without mods. So consider looking into that if that's an issue.
Also it is a shame that this game has had its final update consider there is a pretty bad bug where exiting a mech or tank near a checkpoint flag can teleport the player to a random spot on the level, or out of the level.
Despite the complaints I still give this game a recommend due to the fact that when things are going well it is a blast. Just be prepared to go from enjoyment to frustration from time-to-time.
Funny. Good with friends and solo. Just enough, not too much, not too little. Really nice final boss.

I first encountered this game on Miniclip in the form of a browser-based demo. I don't know if it used Flash specifically, but it was like a Flash game.
This version is enhanced from that one. I may have found the pixel violence and gore hilarious rather than cool.
PROS:
Killing enemies and destroying terrain is awesome
There's a lot of variety in the playable characters, from one that functions like the Ice Climbers in Smash Bros. to melee characters to guns to rocket launchers to flamethrowers to dynamite and more
CONS:
I often have to repeat sections due to carelessness leading to running out of lives (and all of your playable characters die in a single hit, though some enemies take multiple hits)
Overall, this game is worth getting.
This game puts you right into the fun zone, it's funny, action packed, offers multiple ways to learn new Bros. It's just plain fun. Highly recommend.

One of the most fun games ever for a millenial. Finished it with my wife first, then several times with my son. And since he didn't know any referenced characters he asked to watch the movies with them. Thank you, devs, for the cultural education of my son!

TLDR; PC + TV + Big Picture mode + Gamepad + Broforce = endless fun
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the ultimate kid pacifier during the family gatherings. A week ago, my sister in law visited us with her family. It was near impossible to shut or keep the kids in line. I have already installed few fighting and racing games on my PC to keep them quiet but they didn't satisfy the kids. Then we tried Broforce, that did it! It's simple, smooth, fast and fun. When the kids stuck in early SP campaign, I let them play online coop with a random dude online, they finished the game with no problems. In some point, I and my brother in law connected 2 extra gamepads to join the game, it was a hell of a lot of fun! Also, native Linux version rocks!

Just about to play through it for the second time.
Explosions, mayhem, flexing your oiled biceps. A total throwback to the time when bros were real bros and you could bro all day with your bros, no judgment. Just maximum bro-force. The pixel-art perfectly takes you back in time too.
Throw yourself back in time with Rambros grenades, while gazing down Dirty Brorys masculine jawline, and flexing with a crowd of bros. Just get it. Bro.

so fun with coop, it has this patriotic vibe from helldivers but more intense. great game to play for 4-5 hours with your friend.
My son and I just beat Broforce, an action packed side scrolling, run + gun game where the fun is the 10s of silly characters and everything is always exploding. This was something we picked up on a whim and it was super fun. It’s both not easy but also not overly punishing. We died a lot. But there’s checkpoints, and you learn the tricks, and it’s just a ton of fun. Everything explodes. You will die in a hundred different ways. You spawn as new characters with different weapons, so every restart, every play is pretty different. It’s purposefully over the top and the characters are based on old movie characters with adapted names, like Indiana Brones, Brobocop, Mr. Anderbro, Brominator and tens more. It was such a blast. Strong recommend, adults and or kids (if you’re okay with shooting violence). It’s good stuff.
