Out of all the racing games I've played, nothing has compared to this. It's made all the better with the ability to add custom music and the community made maps. I'll never tire of this game. The number of house I have in this game prove it

I would describe this game as a Rocket League car with Sonic the Hedgehog platformer design.

This is a temporary negative review, until I figure out what the f the game wants from me. If someone can give me some hints, I welcome them. It's a lot of fun in VR and has great music and atmosphere, feel like I'm in CYBERSPACE BUT WITH CARS

Until I run out of road. I think I can BARELY see where it continues again, but cannot land on it, because all of a sudden I can't fly and the steering becomes random and I start rotating and crash. It's really frustrating and offputting.

If I jump, I immediately start floating away from the road due to the confusing physics of the game. Jumping is necessary, so the game is kinda unplayable, a driving game where it is impossible to stay on the road. If you are steering while you jump, the car rotates immediately because they are the same control. I’m tried remapping controls but it didn’t help. I’m refunding this.

Sector 9 sucked. Pretty fun game otherwise so far.

I am going to have to get more people I know to play this game because it was a genuine one of a kind experience.

Never played a game quite like Distance. It's got that F-Zero speed factor. There is a little bit of a learning curve with some maneuvers that are hard to get right but once you understand how it works you develop the muscle memory and it becomes more natural.

It's trippy as hell and I was already hanging with Lucy when I booted it up. Psychonauts will like this game. It'll be a good mushroom game too

The fly mechanics are really unique and interesting, and it is relatively cheap, but the gameplay gets a bit repetitive after 3-5 hours

The best hotwheels game ever, goated soundtrack. Campaign is short but that's because it's a fast paced racer. After you beat it in the first hour, you can go back to improve your PBs in the time trial, that's where the meat and bones of the game is.
This blows Trackmania platforming out of the water in the feeling of speed.
Shadow of The Beast is the level in the second campaign that teaches you how to flip, the true gamer filter.

The only thing I can say is wow. A true masterpiece of a game. Unique mechanics, amazing music, diverse environments, amazing story and to add all to that a co-op mechanic to play with a friend.
This game was one hell of a ride from start to finish, one of the most unique games I ever played. Playing with a controller with vibrations on every step is a truly amazing experience. Masterpiece at its finest and a staple for other games to follow, an inspiration and masterclass of engineering and game development.

Used to work completely fine and had a blast playing it, but now it keeps spazzing out each time I open the game and crashes every time I open it on my Legion. If there is a workaround for this I would love to know

If you are looking for some Hot Wheels Accelerator game this is the closes thing to it. i have been playing this game casual from time to time when i get bored from other games and to be fair it never disappoints, from all amazing track(easy and hard) to all of the workshop track there is hours upon hours of fun. I recommend the game and 100%

Gameplay: Isn't very long—about 4 hours—but there's much more to explore in arcade mode or by downloading other maps. You can also create your own map in the editor.

Soundtrack: It's lit! Amazing job.

Effects: I really like the option lights can beat to sound.

Graphics: In some places and maps, if you look closely, it's not the best graphic quality. BUT this game proves that a game doesn't need high-end graphics—just a great designer. The color balance, environment, futuristic cityscapes, and abstract look of the maps give off an amazing vibe and look absolutely sick. Big +

Mechanics: It's so satisfying to see the car split exactly where you hit it, , also that the car rubs against the ground while splited. (depends how)

Controls: I haven't tried it in VR yet, but on PC, it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it.

If you need something to feed your ADHD or your creative soul, this game is definitely for you.
