Played the demo and enjoyed it enough to buy the full game for $0.74 instead of the $10 it used to be over a decade ago. It definitely plays like a 2013 game and the full game seems to be a bit better in the graphics department than the demo. The game gets better as you progress but it's quite repetitive and this makes it difficult to continue playing after you complete levels. It has its moments but there's not a whole lot to keep you going and I will say it's worth the money if you have patience for these types of games.
This is a great co-op game with a lot of fun achievements and weapons to master.
Couch-Coop-Olayers here...
First two levels where fun. After that it went repetetive and felt like L4D2 on wish.com.
Endboss was pretty disappointing too.
3/10
You jam a chainsaw through a monsters torso and make it run until said monster is a pile of mush. 10/10
Excellent missions and gameplay, too bad this game is little known.
Underrated
Top!
The game is like castle crashers but unnecessarily hard and the final boss was way too drawn out.
"An Underrated Gem That Still Holds Up!"
Final Exam is one of those hidden gems that never gets old. The fast-paced action, satisfying combat, and co-op experience make it an absolute blast to play, even years after its release. The game perfectly blends side-scrolling beat 'em up mechanics with explosive gunplay, offering a unique and refreshing take on the genre.
The level design is engaging, the enemies are fun to fight, and the upgrade system keeps things interesting. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, Final Exam delivers a thrilling and chaotic experience that still feels fresh today. If you love action-packed games with a nostalgic arcade feel, this one is a must-play!
10/10 – Still fun, still badass!
Nostalgia :D
You know how most co-op games are like that mate who always suggests going to the same pub every single weekend? Boring, predictable, zombies everywhere. But This game? It's like that wild friend who suddenly decides we're going salsa dancing in lederhosen - completely unexpected!
These slime monsters are more original than my Uncle Mile's excuses for missing family reunions. They're not your standard brain-munching zombies, oh no. They're these gloriously weird blob-things that look like what would happen if a jellyfish had a midlife crisis and decided to start weightlifting.
The combat starts off slower than my gran getting up from her armchair after a Sunday roast, but thenit transforms! It's like watching a caterpillar become a butterfly, if that butterfly was hardcore and had a black belt in kung fu. You unlock skills faster than I can down a pint, and suddenly you're not just shuffling about - you're a proper gaming ninja!
The levels? They're longer and more complicated than my tax returns. And trust me, That's saying something. They're so intricate, you'd think they were designed by a cartographer with ADHD and a caffeine addiction.
But here's the thing, four-player co-op is like trying to organize a hen party in a phone booth. Chaotic. Hilarious. Slightly dangerous.
It's like the gaming equivalent of a perfectly mixed cocktail - a bit mental, slightly unpredictable, but bloody brilliant when it all comes together.
very fun and mysterious game i rate it 4 stars
good fun for co-op. not very replayable
chill sLASH
cute lil 2d cartoony brawler shank meets left 4 dead
It only has 8 levels, but it is fun. I like it specially for $2.24 i got 4 copies. Pretty fukin fun, try it out.
A sad attempt at 'ObsCure 3' with all of its identity removed and replaced with what was popular at the time. Castle Crashers meets Left 4 Dead, escort missions galore. The game plays fine, Sometimes Cassie's abilities wouldnt work but theres much better representation of the side scroller beat em up and survival horror. Honestly skip this one
A pretty fun game, I love playing it on my oled steam deck, but I can’t max out the settings. Whenever I do it says to restart and it never shows my gfx settings maxed. I wish steam would fix that. This game is great fun for the price
