Very op because it's given at the very beginning. Like why did they give us a vault 13 canteen at the beginning of the game it's way too good? WAY too powerful early on just because of that.

Basically just free starter stuff. Though it is overpowered in the start of the game, so if you don't like that, you will need to get a mod to balance it out.

You might want to store the item this add-on gives you if you want to see the more harsh side of the Mojave wasteland especially if it's your first run of the FNV.
Because with the guns and armors given at the very start of the game you're literally cheating and have already skipped the find-gun-that-does-do-damage-and-armor-that-does-block-damage part of the game.
