evil evil game i like it, good nostalgia also
Highly Recommend! Grab LUCIUS while it's on sale!

[th]STORY[/th]
[th]The story of LUCIUS is dark and twisted, centering around a boy destined for something sinister. You play as Lucius, and the plot slowly unravels as you carry out devilish tasks. The narrative grips you as you delve deeper into your character’s actions, and it’s reminiscent of classic horror films with a fresh, disturbing take. If you're a fan of psychological thrillers or horror-themed games, you'll definitely appreciate the eerie atmosphere and story progression.[/th]

GRAPHICS
While not the most cutting-edge, the graphics hold up surprisingly well! For a game of its age, the visuals maintain a creepy aesthetic with shadowy environments and unsettling NPC designs. The atmosphere it creates really amplifies the experience—dark, moody, and just enough detail to make things immersive without needing ultra-realistic textures. The lighting effects, especially during some of the more intense moments, are great for setting the tone.
CONTROLS
This is where things got a bit tricky for me—it's not playable on a gamepad, which was disappointing. Just a heads-up for fellow gamepad fans: you'll need to stick to the keyboard and mouse!
GAMEPLAY
The gameplay is slow-paced but rewarding. It’s packed with challenging puzzles that will test your patience and logic. If you’re into solving puzzles without guides, LUCIUS is going to be a lot of fun (and maybe a bit maddening). Some parts had me pulling my hair out, but that just made solving them even more satisfying. Be sure to listen closely to dialogues and use the music box—it helps track down important items when you’re stuck! The game will also stretch your playtime if you're hunting for achievements, which adds even more fun to the experience.

BUGS
I did encounter a few bugs, but nothing game-breaking. In fact, some were just downright hilarious—especially with NPC interactions. Think of them more as "quirks" that add to the entertainment rather than ruining the immersion. The occasional wonky chore animations made me laugh instead of getting frustrated. So if you're someone who finds amusement in these little oddities, it might even enhance the experience for you.

If you are pure evil, you need this game.
love the game but needs a fix update chapter 5 consistantly crashes after gathering items did the devs just give up on it
Played it for an hour or so, but did not like the controls with a gamepad and the pace was too slow for my taste.
great game, lots of fun and very nostalgic
This game blacks out my PC making it un-usable which makes me have to unplug PC and restart PC to get it back working right again. I downloaded this game twice and had to uninstall it twice where others from steam do not behave this way.
It says when attempting to play game HDMI isn't recognized
The game is lame, but still manages to be atleast somewhat enjoyable in certain ways. Deaths are cool and some of the cutscenes are hilarious. Gameplay is nothing special, mostly just moving from A to B collecting stuff you can use in later chapters only (I expected more freedom and multiple ways in performing kills in my own ways, turns out there is only one solid way, big disappointment) and wandering around to figure out what you're supposed to do since the game doesn't do a good job at explaining most of the time, I personally had to use a guide a couple of times. If you have the ability to enjoy bad movies and/or are able to make your own fun, this game might be worth looking at. Totally worth a try if you manage to get it at sale (snatched it for about 1€) and you got a few hours to spare.
You play as a child of the devil. What more can i say about that?!?
BEST satanic game out there!
lmao satan
it's a good jank game.
This was a very good game. I very much like the different powers and how they are used, I enjoyed watching the mental decline of all party's, and I loved how creative some of the puzzles got. That last bit was a bit confusing but we cool.
The only two draw backs to this game would be that the tutorials are vague at times. like how it doesn't tell you that you need to move your mouse up and down while holding left/right mouse to pull and push items. Furthermore there are a few bugs but they can be fixed with a quick internet search
All in all tho, this was an AWESOME game. 100% recommend and is worth the ten bucks. Edit: OH and something real neat I noticed while playing is when your dad visits you, you can shine a light at his face and see his true shadow with the horns.
This game would probably be fun, if the save function was working properly. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it- reinstalling, verifying files, messing with permissions, etc- but no matter what, it gives me an error message every time it tries to save. Unfortunately there's no save files uploaded online that I can find, so I can't continue that way, either. :/
LUCIFER WAS INNOCENT
- Tirth Raj ParsanaIt's a fun game on paper and when it works, but some of the puzzles are misleading, the physics are janky, some of the puzzles are bugged, and the book doesn't give a good description on what to do next. I know its a puzzle game, but some of the requirements wanted you to go across the mansion for one item. My game was bugged on one of the tutorials and I had to look up a guide to continue my playthrough.
I finished all of the Lucius games recently.
If you want an interesting story about the son of devil, than play this or the demake version (or both), than Lucius 3.
If you want to be a child serial killer, play Lucius 2.
If you want both, no luck for you.
All of the games have bugs, except Demake, but all of them are something you can use to it.
If you have the patience for that, you will have an unique experience.
About games:
- Lucius: It is a 3D "point and click"-like game wich focuses on storytelling, gore and wandering around and in the manor. It uses slowmos very badly, even ruined the tense of the last chapter for me. Try to talk to everybody in every chapter for more infos and hints.
- Lucius demake: First demake I ever played. Much easier to find items. The last chapter is teasing and besides that I like it much better than the original. Also it has the best OST from all of them.
- Lucius 2: It is now a challenging game, where you have many ways to harvest souls. It is very well made that way (besides bugs of course). In exchange, it has the worst storytelling and character development, but in Lucius 3 they reflected to it very well.
- Lucius 3: The 3D "point and click"-like gameplay returns with open world and again it´s rather focuses on gore and storytelling. Back to the roots, but better.
Even it is not a finished game as intended, it´s story is phenomenal. My jaw dropped in front the genuie of the writer(s?).
It is my favourite from all, because after those mixed stuff the other games gave me, I have finally seen the true Lucius I ever wanted to see.
If I can say that, the first Lucius game is like a movie, the second and demake is like a game and the third is a series that didn´t finished, but closed properly (as possible).
The strongest part of all games are Lucius itself and his strange character development. He never talks (khm...), he just kill poeple, but the small things, like the way he does the murders or how he reacts to certain situations build his style, but you never really know what he really feels or think. That´s his true power, beside being a kid.
In Lucius 3 he is very strong, but he still use that power to outsmart others like in the first game, while in Lucius 2 he is rather aggressive and the gameplay is about that too.
Focus on Lucius itself,
Don´t care about bugs, get used to them,
Have patience to find what you need
And you will have a very great experience you will never forget.
bugged , unfinished game ....
.
its cool
This is a short puzzle game inspired by Omen. The controls are a bit clunky, but you get used to them as you go. I enjoyed the puzzles & creative deaths. I feel like it's worth playing at least once as the experience was fun. I'll probably revisit it later down the line when I get the itch. I'm not a fan of 2 achievements which requires me to play 20 hours & 40 hours, though. I beat the game in like 7 hours & have no interest in replaying for that long.
cant finish the game to due to bugged candles in chapter 10
This game is almost good, but the jank and abstruseness and continuity problems really hamper the experience. And the ending sequence is very poorly done.
Bro is chasing me with a fire extinguisher while I have the power of satan
If you like sadistic murder comited by a 7 year old boy then this is your game.
This game is every bit as bad as you've heard. Just stay away. I only completed it for completion's sake.
buggy as hell, but still fun.
Early childhood education is this important.
패륜 시뮬레이터.
very good game. loved seeing susan get railed by tom! 10/10
This game has a really cool concept on paper and i tried so hard to like this game, but this game is really unoptimized for modern computers and is just a janky buggy mess of a game, the story is about a boy named Lucius who is the son of Satan and must kill his entire family, the game feels so choppy and always runs at 26.1 FPS even with vsync disabled, the game just feels so boring to me, you are better off saving your money for a different game.
they see me rollin
It's like if Hitman was the devil's son and was pretty linear on how to kill people, but regardless, it's kinda fun, especially when it is on sale for around $2 USD. Just make sure to fix the frames and you are golden.
