No uplay
Not good game , with bugs
Not the most tactical r6 but it was ok
I mean, I quite like it to be honest, but that doesn't mean that it's all that good. I just have the soft spot for that weird pre-MW modern military shooters
And this game is weird all right.
It has all bells and whistles of big brain tactical shooters - "planning" phase, painstakingly choosing equipment for everyone, slow pace, squad commands and several ways to breach every door. The joke is that all of it is completely unnecessary because Lockdown is the dumbest shooter ever made. Like, it's an inch shy of just shooting at stationary targets for six hours. And if you try be fancy and give your guys orders to breach every door (for roleplay reasons, I guess) - they will throw the grenade right at their own feet one time out of five. They're just special like that. Seriously, just do everything yourself - it's way more reliable that way.

This game is the exact brainless mush that goes well with listening the podcast or something, when you need to busy your hands with something and Call of Duty campaign is a tad too involved. And it did this specific thing kinda well.
But oh boy do I feel for the proper R6 fans, its mixed rating on Steam is more than earned. I can't imagine what a letdown it was.
