It will be fun they said (i decided we play this game). games really fun amazing game for a few friends but why do the leeches hiss at you? furry satan jumps out and im screaming like a kettle. friends ditched me, ran in circles for about an hour or two on each level just to die. 10/10 would cry in a bush and behind a box again.

Eh game with alright multiplayer but good God, the voice acting in Story Mode is terribly flat.

Got all the way to chapter 6, but by chapter 3 it was evident this game's idea of compelling gameplay is to have you look for X number of Y pointless thing three or four times per level, occasionally dodging poorly implemented asset flip monster models for WAY too long. the maps are twisted and tangled but not in a particularly engaging way; because it's always dark, you can't easily form a mental mind map of the area you're walking in, so running around aimlessly often results in the same progress as taking the time to explore passageways.

there is no story. the game will insist that a story exists, but i tuned out after the fifteenth note left by joan, telling us that she's decided to destroy another important tool or gate or item and spread it into a thousand pieces, dotted across the uninteresting map with reckless abandon.

right now, three of the four people in our party are sat at the spawn point in chapter 6 (the last slog this game forces you to sit through), and we're just watching the latest monster, a giant creature dressed in a gas mask with a pickaxe for an arm, get aggroed by one of us, yell, and chase us. he never actually catches us because there's an invisible line he refuses to cross. he's shrieked 20 times so far because im stood in his path, but he's hopeless to do anything to kill us. the last member of the party has been running around the winding mine for 35 minutes looking for the fourth and final crank to get us to the final cutscene. i'm told something interesting happens, but i just don't care. none of us do.

it was good for a laugh, but our party definitely brought life to the game through our jokes and commentary on the game. if you have friends you can do that with, then you'll have fun playing this game. you could say the same about thousands of games on steam though.

if the game is on sale, go for it. play the first two chapters and rest assured you've gotten the experience you came for.

Played this with 3 friends (none of us played in VR) - first 3 levels were fun and spooky, puzzles were relatively entertaining but by the 4th level the game was becoming much more tedious, just a lot of repetitive fetch quests going on. By the 5th level the tedium continued and most of us became pretty fed up with all of the fetch quests (which were basically the sole objectives at this stage).

The monsters weren't very innovative, they just attack you once and then lose all interest. The lore could have been better, but just becomes convoluted and by the end of the 5th chapter I just did not care anymore lol

TLDR: Too many fetch quests, story was boring

I really enjoyed this game, it was very intense whilst playing. The music is very creepy and the monsters are horrifying. It is great to play with family or friends, I can't imagine how much harder it must be playing solo.

This game is great fun keeps you on your toes all the time as you dont know where or when the monster will get you. Even more fun with friends. This game gets better as the levels go on 6 Chapters in total but wow so worth it loved it.

Amazing game. But before you buy it, order 10 new pairs of pants -> you'll be changing them quite often

Labyrinthine is chaotic co-op horror at its best. There’s nothing quite like running through dark mazes, screaming with your friends while some nightmare creature chases you down. 10/10 would get jump-scared again.

What really got me though? Those little ghost signs in the forest maps. You know they’re coming, they always pop up in your face… and still, every single time, I jumped like an idiot. Honestly, scarier than most of the monsters.

I ended up going way too deep—hit level 1500, collected every cosmetic (even the absurdly rare ones that nearly broke me). At that point, I’d seen it all.
If you don’t have friends to play with (same), you’ll need to find people through the developers’ Discord. There’s no built-in matchmaking or public lobbies, so you’ll have to host your own games and gather a group.
Still, if you’ve got people to play with (or the energy to find some), this game delivers some unforgettable horror chaos.

Story is kind of mid and the online aspect of this game is totally dead, there is like 1 lobby at most. Don't spend the money or buy when it's discounted.

This game is seriously a gem. Our gaming group picked it up on a horror game sale a couple of years ago, and it has brought us hundreds of hours of enjoyment. It has a main campaign as well as procedural generated maps (case files). Both the campaign and case files are playable solo or in a group. The core game is built for 4 players, but recent updates allow more than 4 into a lobby. The campaign is fun and creepy, and the case files offer pretty much unlimited replayability. A lot of the fun in this game comes from the case files, where you run labyrinths with your friends while looking for cosmetics and and trying to not get eaten, stabbed, chopped, or otherwise maimed by various monsters. You can tell the developers really care about the game. 10/10

Top horror with a variety of locations and random generation of levels (story levels do not count for the real game is revealed only in Case Files). Sometimes there are interesting puzzles on which you will have to sweat if you have not more than 80 iq. So what can you do in this game? You can run through the maze from monsters and you can not run through the maze from monsters.

Топовый хоррор с разнообразием локаций и рандомной генерацией уровней(сюжетные уровни не в счет по настоящему игра раскрывается только в Case Files). Иногда встречаются интересные пазлы на которых прийдется попотеть если у вас не больше 80 iq. Так чем же можно заняться в этой игре? Тут можно бегать по лабиринту от монстриков а можно не бегать по лабиринту от монстриков.

Solid game, little lack luster on the story part, game too dependent on reading too understand the majority of what is happening. Still enjoyable and definitely worth the price. 6/10

It's fun! but also could use a little bit of work, some of the areas are super easy but drag on. While other levels are an absolute blast.

Really looking forward to finishing this with my friends.

The games utilizes you not knowing whats going on really well. Just enjoy it.

This game is suited for solo play and playing with friends. It is really a unique experience and a great concept for a horror game.

It is nice to unlock monsters by facing each 10 times to unlock them. You can also unlock maps which you can use in custom case crafting by finding and escaping a maze with the blueprint.

Event themed cosmetics are also a bonus in my books.
