Little Kitty, Big City

This game reminds me why I love video games every time I play it. The cozy atmosphere, the adorable graphics, cute story and characters, Easter eggs and everything in between; Little Kitty, Big City is the epitome of games to get lost in and immerse yourself in a tiny world of cuteness. I am so glad that this game was recommended to me, I cannot recommend it more. Regardless of who you are and what games you typically gravitate towards, this game will have a special little place in everyone's hearts.

Relatively short, but fun and cute game. There are many tasks/quests to complete and hats to collect, plus a bunch of achievements, many of which can be accomplished through normal gameplay (and a few that require a bit of exploration). The city is just big enough to make exploration fun, but not so big as to be overwhelming or a chore.
Would definitely recommend!

Fun bonus: You can also trip people and steal their phones.

This game is cozy and a lots of fun!! It is low pressure with lots of cute quests and characters. I enjoyed 100% this game and interacting with all the characters/environment to see all the shenanigans kitty gets into. :)

Really cute game. I basically 100%'d it, and I only played for 5 hours at a relatively standard pace, not trying to rush it.
Just because of the aesthetic, the team, and the cozy indie feel it gave me, it was worth it. I think it could've had a little more going on to justify the cost, or just generally was a lower cost. Otherwise, I loved it and it was a fun little game to play :) Check it out if you like Metroidvania-style gameplay with the mechanics of Stray.

I will never not love this game, it is so relaxing and cute and is genuinely so fun and re-playable for me. I enjoy how you can take it at your own pace and just explore. It's a very relaxing time killer and has helped me get through some tough exams. I love you kitty cat :,))

very silly game, but, I really wish there could be more areas, and even new cities with new cats to play as. overall, 10/10.

I bought this game because I was looking for a first game to play with my 3 year old daughter and she loved it! We're doing short 15-20 min sessions every couple of days and she mastered the controls just recently, now she's exploring the city on her own. Highly recommend!

It's a cute game that reminds me of playing Spiro mixed with Untitled Goose. I not quite finished but getting close so it's on the short side. It's a fairly chill game to relax with for a while. I do think a year or two down the road I would replay it.

A very cute game that I'd recommend getting on sale. Easily be binge-able in a sitting or two depending on how much you putter around and explore. If wanting all the achievements, the only real grind is recycling 100 cans. I only got to around 40 while playing the game naturally. Grinding out the other 60 is made easier if you find the machine that spits out a ton of cans and reloading.

i 100%'d the entire game in barely over 5 hours and it is genuinely one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences i have ever had

this game was genuinely so good. i think it was probably my favorite game from 2024. the animations are so cute and the exploration is so fun! i had such a great time with this one! i hope to see more indie devs do this kinda stuff in the future!

It will never get high ratings like the game Stray ...but it will keep you busy til they come up with a second stray game ...

First thing: the kitty never comes to any harm, so this is relaxing and low stakes, and who can resist playing as a kitty who can lie down in the road and meow for attention from adoring passers-by? I found the quests fun and as an inexperienced gamer I enjoyed the ability to go back and pursue objectives I didn't notice earlier in the game.

I've absolutely enjoyed playing this game so much. I played with a controller and this game was so adorable and it helped me get use to using an xbox remote again. I've been playing so many games on the computer it just felt weird for me to use a controller. That goes to show the controls for this game flows nicely. The graphics are very cute and the cat is very cute as well of course.
Absolutely loved the ducky quest line and little extras!
Most of my play-time is honestly due to me spamming photos of the cat in the various hats!!

I loved this game so much. It is very short but it doesn't detract from how cute and how fun it is to play. I loved the puzzle solving elements and I also love how cute the cat is (it looks exactly like my cat!!) Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick fun game that will just make you happy

it's a fun game to play with my little niece, but has WAAAAAY too long and WAAAAAY to nonsensical dialog >.<
even when skipping it by rapidly pressing the A-button, it takes 30s or so until one of the dialogs is finally finished 🤯

Cute game and pretty intuitive. I finished the main story line in 4 hours, but you can continue playing after that to 100% it.

It's very cute and it's a fun little game. I took it easy and it took me just over 7 hours. I also don't see much replayability in this game. I still highly recommend it though. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy your day as a little kitty in a big city <3

Very cute game with lots of humor. There's a few quests that end up being a little glitchy, but overall, a pretty good time to be had.

A short but amazingly fun little game about a cat that falls from his home window and needs to find his way back up. Lots of hats to collect and achievements that are too cute to pass up. I love causing mayhem as a kitty meow so I enjoyed this game to 100% completion. I loved it!

Best game i have played i'm more of a dog person but this game is too good for me to care when i played it at my families house i fell in love so today i decided to buy it and it was an awesome choice! I love shooting goals and collecting hats i definitely recommend this game even at full price because that's how i bought it and i am very happy! So save up your money and buy it! Perfect if you need a wide exploring map! Also i hate the old lady that brings me out of her store so make sure to wreak havoc in her store for me and for fun!

Love, love, love this game. Would definitely like to see a DLC or sequel. I really enjoyed being able to explore and climb and do all sorts of mischievous cat things. I found myself being a completionist on this game and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There are some achievements that are secret, I wish there was some way to know about these without just reading up on them. if you love cats, if you love casual games, and if you love exploring and completing tasks, I think you'll love this game. I certainly did!

Haven't finish the game yet but I'm half way through 100%ing it and its been fun, very laid back and calming. Consistently encourages vast exploration and greatly rewards your efforts!
Can be a tiny bit buggy at times but nothing so far has effected my play-through and it can be extremely goofy as well. Overall solid experience!

Super engaging - you can interact with so many things. But you don't HAVE to do every little thing to progress or enjoy the game. Puzzles are fun and not overly complicated.

I thought this game was super cute, and as the game states, I agree that using a controller is best. I enjoy how much there is to do, and being able to continue in a "free-play" like setting after you've made it back to the Kitty's home apartment that way you can 100% the game if you wish without having to postpone getting home in order to make sure you didn't miss something. I look forward to uncovering the remainder of the achievements in this game. Perfect for cozy gamers like myself, 11/10 would recommend.

An excellent cosy game with a lot of hidden gems. Very entertaining and light hearted, really enjoyed collecting and unlocking all the different hats. The graphics are very cute and the thought put into this is great.

Some of the achievements are a little bugged- I had to restart the rubber duck achievement, and other achievements can be a little grindy.

I love this game so much! Cuteness overload! The one thing I wish is that there was more content. Hopefully there's a sequel in the works!

Love the exploration, the whole game is little-brother mode; you can't die or get hurt. 100% adorable.

It's cute, but it's short. This is a conditional recommendation: get it on sale for 15$ or less. You can beat the main mission in about 2 hours, but there's probably about 6 hours of achievement-hunting.

This is probably what people who were excited about Stray were expecting. It's a cute cat doing cute cat things, without any robots or alien bug things to get in your way. The controls are even more janky, and the graphical fidelity is obviously lower, but it's still fun to just run around knocking over vases and pissing off humans. Or just take a nap in a warm spot on the ground and snap some pictures. Or help random animals with simple fetch quests for a cosmetic reward. It's simple, it's short, it's cute, just like the namesake kitty.

5/7; I probably shouldn't rate it this high, but the cat is too adorable! (Especially during the chameleon hide-and-seek quest!)
