Great game! I fully recommend it to anyone interested in learning electrical engineering or pursuing it as a hobby. However, there’s one issue: in the workstation jobs, all the components in the electronic circuits are labeled as 'capacitors,' even though most of them are actually resistors, fuses, or connectors. Other than that, 8/10.
They need to work on the wiki. But this is a good game!
Maybe make a "USA" option or something, so everything is with american wall outlets?
Just an idea!
very fun simulator one of the best ive played. achievements are pretty easy for a laid back completion all except the retro feeling achievement since im not that great at tetris it was hard.
apparently changing a light bulb isn't the same thing as changing a light bulb?? My first mission had me changing a light bulb, which I did, only for the game to refuse that as the correct solution. I am beyond sick of companies putting out games that are NOT FINISHED, while still charging whatever they want. How do you care so little that the FIRST MISSION being broken slips past EVERYONE in development??? I won't ever know what's beyond the first mission because you lost me at not understanding how to change a light bulb. Maybe focus less on porting it to VR and focus more on finishing your product.
I pray the entire gaming industry crashes at this point and you all go bankrupt. This is sickening.
Эта игра очень даже весёлая и интересная, кажется что будет не интересно. Но это так затягивает что я чуть ли не готов был у себя в дома в ИРЛ менять розетки и настраивать жилки 😂😂🤣

Its good that such game exists. It could teach you something about electrician work.
At least how does socket looks at the inside and that you should always turn off the fuse. How does circuit breakers work.
Game become reperative very quickly. And i dont mind it until i can learn how to accomplish routine task quicker and quicker as my skill grows. But some elements of the game has very awful UX/UI and they ruin that perfect possible flow. I hate very much several dicisions.
1) why do you need to black out screen every time you inspect a light bulb or socket? Am i teleported to another location? Did my character take a nap? Did he blink? It just a flow killer. Watching this animation every time. Remove it please. Leave like really quick zoom in and zoom out.
2) You guys have so much free buttons on the keyboard but instead of using them you make us HOLD DOWN MOUSE FOR SOME TIME AND THEN CHOSE ONE OF 4 OPTIONS IN RADIAL MENU?!!! Man, just bind on the keyboard, common. Its not serious. Its not like Dishonored where you have weapons, abilities, gadgets and the heart. 4 options. You don't need radial menu via LONG PRESS here. Please remove it. Its a flow killer. Time consuming. Dont give anything. Just bans ability to be quick when you learn the keys.
3) Using ESC for exiting zoom ins is understandable. Industry standart. But every time you press ESC you should raise your hand from the WASD position. Flow killer. Time consuming. Let us rebind that on another button, please.
4) Workbench. Why do you need to put Replace and Inspect options inside dropdown menu. There only two buttons. And a lot of space on the screen. Why make us do extra click every single time? Just put in one row: component name, Replace button, Inspect button. Thats all. No need for extra click.
5) For those components that have one click Inspection: why do you need to give us zoom in on that component if i cant do anything there. Just update status on the list. Flow killer.
6) Going back to regular tasks. Item bar. Why on the earth it three items long? Why do you push players for constantly jumping back and forth to inventory and back? What stopped you from giving us classic 9 item bar?
I cant understand how this makes gameplay better.
That is what i hate about this game.
Now to the good part.
Educational as i said.
Everything works good. Haven't noticed a single bug yet.
This is probably the first simulator i've ever bought.
I have electrician degree from colledge but there were a lot of complicated information that wasn't relevant to any real life usage. I didn't even know how to connect a socket. Now i know i believe. So that game gave me more than my 4 year education i think.
I play second evening. I done last tutorial today. And I am started to think that unique content is about to end but hope not.
I've had experience with PC Building Simulator so this game wasn't that hard for me. But some stuffs are definitely confusing (Not the fixing stuffs in the workshop.)
3.9/5 ⚡
The best simulator I've played so far
The game is on sale right now for INR 133/- with smart devices DLC, i urge you to buy.
In this game we get to take on various jobs, learn the trade, and build our career as a professional electrician. From small household fixes to complex wiring challenges, the game offers an immersive experience that combines learning, problem-solving, and creativity.
I enjoyed repairing things and being an electrician in this game. Although i don't get the Math of it, since many times i am getting paid less to repair than the cost of replacement parts. Maybe i am missing something. I spent a lot of time on the workbench repairing over 20 items(controller , console, table fan, toaster and so on) so far using screwdriver, multi-meter for checking , rust remover liquid and soldering iron so far. The most current job i did was for a goth obsessed vampires fan and it involved removing all the lamps since they preferred dark and had a coffin for bed. I dreaded they'd come and bite once lights are off... Then there was a garage where i had to figure out how to do the job in darkness since turning mains off turned off all lights.
Key Features of the game are :
>Realistic Electrical Work: Repair outlets, fix switches, install lighting, troubleshoot electrical systems, and more.
>Career Mode: Start small with basic tasks and gradually take on bigger, more challenging projects as your skills improve.
>Free Play Mode: Test your creativity and experiment with wiring and electrical setups without the pressure of deadlines.
>Diverse Jobs: Work on various tasks, from replacing light bulbs and installing sockets to rewiring entire rooms.
>Tools of the Trade: Use realistic tools like screwdrivers, voltage testers, and pliers to complete your jobs.
>Upgrade Your Workshop: Expand and customize your workspace as you grow your business.
>Relaxing Gameplay: Enjoy the calm, methodical process of solving electrical puzzles and creating safe, functional systems.
Whether we are fixing a broken outlet or wiring a new building, Electrician Simulator offers a rewarding and educational experience perfect for everyone who loves hands-on problem-solving and simulation games.
Tavsiye ederim.
Fun and educational, i however have a couple point i would like to mention:
-Single switch in "broken" state are not realistic, if the two cables are inverted, the switch should still work, even if it looks dirty. I would suggest just unplugging one cable to make it "broken", as it is misleading, singles switches are just closing a loop.
-In the workbench mode, most components are called capacitors, where in reality some are not (resistors, and fuses are called capacitor incorrectly).
-The pricing of some workbench electronic components seems off, piezo speaker costing 12$ vs regular speaker costing 3$ for example.
-Fixing electronic in the workbench is fun, but becomes quickly tedious when each board have 20+ components in which 5+ are faulty (when the board is faulty). This is more personal, but i would feel like boards should be testable as a whole, and if broken, most of the time it should be 1 or 2 component, and cases where 5+ component are fried would be more rare (and warrant a full replacement instead of doing all by hand).
Additionally, faulty components could (sometimes) be noticeable by eye (swollen capacitors, burn marks/corrosion on chips, etc).
-Another personal feeling is that the game lacks a bit of meta/QoL progression, the benefits granted by the "juice" tree in the marketting tab (i might misremember the name, but the tab where orders can be replayed for points) could reward some perks that could help on both the electricity tasks or the workbench tasks, like discounts, highlight for faulty parts, faster menu navigation etc.
This is purely for feedback purpose and i think the game is still interesting as it is, and hope my criticism can be helpful.
It's a great game to pass time , especially if you like thinking of solutions to relax. If you are one of those players that only get stimulated by watching a level bar go up don't play this. You'll probably max out everything in the first 10 hours especially if you have real life practice (I have real life practice and knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits which makes the learning process almost non existing - except from picking up game controls which can be done in the first 5 minutes [maybe more if you aren't an experienced gamer])
For entertainment purposes only, and based on Polish electrical engineering. While you can learn rudimentary ideas and safety procedures (always turn off the breaker first), it's best to go elsewhere to learn the actual skills you need to become a real electrician.
Unlike the real life, in this Electrician Simulator there's no NPC, that's means nothing got in your way while you're working the electricity in their houses.
What i like the most is fixing electronics like hairdryer, Console controller, Toaster, etc.
Blend of realism and fun, offering a unique experience that balances learning and entertainment.

The concept of the game is good. It could be more interesting in VR. However, as an electrician, I have some reservations or suggestions. The game does not check how many devices you turn on with one switch. It also does not check whether you are connecting togehter the socket circuit and the light circuit. And what is completely wrong, it does not check whether you are installing cables in the wall or not! As for the repair mode, it is not bad, but I do not like that some parts must be desoldered on both sides, which is not done in real repairs and the cables are only unsoldered on the necessary side. Also, the prices of some spare parts are overpriced. For example, a capacitor and a diode for 2-4€ is pure nonsense when most of them cost 0.30 - 0.6€. The rest of the things and principles in the game are OK and you can learn the basics of installation and repair. I had fun playin this game and recommend it.
It's just not fun or satisfying. I have no knowledge of being an electrician but I find the game quite boring and repetitive.
There is no content to look forward to.
- It's very tedious to add/remove the screws and the solder. Add upgrades for these! Add auto swap of tools in the workbench. Add auto buy of soldering iron and rust remover.
- Lack in content. Although there are different parts you can repair with, there's nothing really much to do. Nothing to improve your current state.
Got a mission to change a light bulb (my 1st ever mission). Changed the bulb with the exact same type and it would not tick the "Change bulb" box, despite the new bulb working just fine when the power is turned back on which resulted in a penalty
Accept a job.
Go to suggested items tab and buy all the items the game says i will need.
Go on a job.
Not even close to having enough items to complete the job.
Bought this game to help sharpen electronics repair skills. So far, not too bad. However resistors, transistors, and transformers are not capacitors. Not everything you see on a circuit board are just capacitors. Some of these components are correctly labeled, but I advise the developers to please add a bit more authenticity when describing circuit board components as they all serve a specific function and purpose. That being said, this simulator is very much for beginners so do not take all information at face value. Do your own research and consult a professional before attempting any electronic repairs.
It was fun right up to the point when they switched to the wifi stuff. Kinda dont want to be an IT tech. It would be fun if it was just wiring houses and buildings but programming nodes is just greek to me. Not one extension cord in the game either, instead they want you to break safety code and string power bars together. Lol.
Struja = job = gud pay = me happy
Actually a fun little game, and quite addictive. It still needs work, since resistors, transistors and capacitors are ALL called capacitors in the game. I love the festive theming in the garage at the moment too, I do love seasonal details, along with the themed jobs!
I got this with the Smart Devices DLC during the Winter Sale and I think it's a bargain for the price. I haven't obtained all the certificates yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing how difficult some of the later jobs will be.
Recommended if you don't take it too seriously. Good fun!
i found the game to be pretty fun, personally i wouldn't pay full price. i managed to get the game on a 85% discount, i would try to get it on a 60%+ discount tho
I wanted to like it, but by the time I realized all the banded resistors were labelled as capacitors, I realized the minute technical nerding and passion I was expecting just wasn't there.
amazing details and great for a first time complicated game.
As an electrician myself, I find this a great game, to get the rest of the family to do kind of work we do, without risking there lives in the process, its not exact by a long shot , no building codes / restrictions and all that jazz but it gives them a hint, and getting them to go through the game and sorting problems for themselves is all the more fun :-)
Really looked forward to this game. I find it quite boring actually. Very repetitive, takes ages to load, clunky UI.
i went to kitchen started to run wires from switch to lamps,i connected everything and then swithced on lamps, they didnt turn on,then i went to pc and started to play electrician simulator , very realistic 10/10
Residual current breakers are not main fuses. Single phase breakers should not be protected by 3 phase residual current breakers if possible in according to our NEN1010:2015. Also the RCD test button can not be pushed. Journeyman uses uninsulated screwdriver. Breakers are not locked out and tagged out in the first mission which is an OSHA violation. Switches are installed upside down and they don't work when wired in reverse polarity. Also new switching material still uses screws instead of spring clamps anno 2024. Switchplate covers are installed with screws but the switch itself magically anchors itself to the wall. Also no water level was used to install said switch.
Devs pls fix it's literally unplayable right now.
2/10 realism. 8/10 gameplay, still would recommend.
Fun game, don't think a single job i worked on would be up to code, but none the less fun.
Simple to learn what and how to do,
A good game if you want to watch something on a secound screen but not need/want to pay full attention to either.
Peak
I was looking forward to this game, but found myself dissapointed.
- No PE or N bus on the distribution board
- RSD function not simulated.
- Flipping wires in light switch makes it completely non functional instead of inverted.
- No neutral needed for light fixture.
- No commissioning inspection after installation. although they would be impossible to do without the RSD functionality and with the lack of a PE bus.
I'm sure there are more problems in the game but I don't feel like wasting more of my time.
good game.
Good game overall, but dang could it have been done better. I think it gives a good amount of giving experience in being an electrician, but it's missions, it doesn't indicate exactly the outlets your working on, the bulbs, the this/that. To give an example, the job it sends me on says the person is having an issue with their light in the bathroom again. Ok cool, simple bulb replacement it sounds like. You get there, go back to the bathroom and find a lamp, for some reason, in the bathroom even though you fixed the light in the bathroom. Anyways, when you're changing the lightbulb it says your supposed to replace the bulb with a UV bulb, but guess what, all the bulbs in the store available for purchase are labeled by their model name basically. They don't say UV, not even in the description, and I bought 10 of each of those available.
To summarize, get to the job, no idea where to go, despite it saying 4 different things to fix, then your supposed to use a bulb that the game doesn't even tell you which one to use. Basically, it's an easily fixable problem, but the developers I guess just left it like that. Like, let's be honest, as an electrician, the person hiring you is going to indicate where they think the problem is. In the game your often given vague instructions. There's nothing wrong with figuring out a bit, but it does really anger you after a bit. I'm going to keep the game, but just want people to know it will annoy you. If the game devs just give a bit of instruction, just a little bit, this would be 100% better
Really strange game tbh. Gets kinda boring over time? The most interesting thing there that isnt that much repetive are the workbench jobs tho they aren't always profitable ;/// I haven't played this game that much and I hope its more than just changing lightbulbs, fixing sockets, and turning the phases on and off. Will update if I get to see more action
cant even play without it bugging out
AUCH I forgot to turn off the fuse again :D
I rather get zapped in-game that IRL.
I am not an electrician, but displaying a resistor as a capacitor in the device disassembly is BAD. The game has it's humor and generally I like it! Just fix the resistors.
The best one so far: the dude who fixes the electricity for others doesn't have the light in his office :P
really insightful game fun to play safely too without having to actually get shocked
Really good simulator and i would think it would be cool if they added a DLC / options where there was different countries standards like their wires and outlets ect. I'm from Australia and everything is a bit different but still pretty cool that the games this good. hopefully that could be added in the future.
w gaem
Tip: Turn off the fuse no shit sherlock
i got electrocuted 10 times in the last five minutes great game
Great game, but as an electrician, I think it is kind of unfair that its stuck to the UK/ (EU?) style of Switches & receptacles.
As a Canadian Electrician, would love to see the option to switch between different systems depending on location/ country.
Otherwise, great game and great practice for irl! Really enjoy the workbench jobs. I'm even considering getting a solder iron for electronic repairs for myself irl!
Not bad for the sale price. Repairing devices is not that benefitable IMO. BTW every passive element is called "Capacitor" despite a clear look as a resistor, quartz resonator, etc. :)
useful and interesting, nice graphics, convenient control
The answer is yes and no, the game is for sure fun and enjoyable for maybe a few hours, once you've completed all 4 certificates you've learned all the games mechanics. After which you then use the same 4 mechanics over and over again just in longer levels, this makes the game a bit tedious. I would never recommend to buy this game at full price, wait for a sale.
