Great game to play while listening to a podcast or music. I wish there was a little more realism though.

Very fun and helpful for s good understanding about houses and such.

Mostly recommended this game before I got HGTV DLC, now I fully recommend it.
That DLC is kind of a must-have add on, otherwise there is no really good way to remember the Houses you have flipped.
For a true Flipping experience the Garden DLC is also quite necessary.
If the Ultimate Collection comes out that will be the one you want, so probably wait for that.

I am probably not the right person for this game, but after 8 hours of play I don't really understand it. The game is about flipping houses but it's a lot easier to just do random jobs for way more money. Buyers have random desires about the houses and you never know what investments really worth it. I especially like complains that a house doesn't have a sauna. Although it's a tiny one bedroom one bath house.
Maybe it gets better later?

I have loved House Flipper for like a year now? Anyway, I finally got House Flipper for my PC and this is probably one the best purchases I have ever made and I believe every dollar I spent was well spent. I got the game and the garden DLC, and this only has me wanting to buy more DLCs. I am not lying to anyone when I say that this game is probably my favorite game. I get a lot of satisfaction for literally eating up and leaving no crumbs when designing. I also really like that for jobs, the clients ask me to do things that I would never choose to do to the house myself- even if I don't like it I always understand the assignment and prove that. This game makes me feel like I can do anything and I like that a lot. I can change the entire layout if I want- the possibilities are literally endless.

In this game you can clean other peoples houses and build your own. The cleaning can get a bit tedious but its mostly fun and relaxing. This game also makes you feel like you should do something more productive while playing it.

I like that you get to build and decorate the way you want. My only dislike is you can't demolish the outside walls. So if you want to make your house bigger it's not easy to do if there is no place to add on.

I love this game so much! I believe this is the game I was missing in my game play. I am addicted 3 hours of game play felt like 30 mins. It is so much to do and so many different tasks.

I always thought it would be fun to flip houses but we aren't the handiest. This is a fun way to pretend.

I dont have money for all those DLCs (and also it sucks that you can't 100% the achievements without them) but I just wanna say it's a really nice game. Really cozy, it's so fun to clean, renovate and furnish houses, and I love being able to have my own house that I can customize however.

I loved this game. I swear I was like; oh I'll like test it out for a few minutes and suddendly it was like 5 in the morning.

extremely buggy and repetitive, good for killing time with mind numbing tasks but definitely only worth the money if its at a significant discount

i love this game and everything about it but i wish they would not have achievements that require you to purchase DLCs

Absolutely love this game. I have spent so much time mowing people’s lawns, they didn’t even ask me to. I’m not playing house flipper, it’s become lawnmower sim. 10/10

Really like this game. The developers did a good job on this one. My overall experience playing house flipper is mostly satisfying except for a few bugs such as raining indoors and occasional freezes. My favorite part is designing the rooms. I have every single DLCs (my favorite ones are the pets and Luxury DLC).

House Flipper (PC) – 9/10

Super chill and satisfying game. I love the Steam Workshop support—it adds tons of cool items and variety. The DLCs are great too, with voice-acted jobs and new houses that keep things fresh. Music is relaxing and perfect for zoning out.

Only downside is the graphics feel a bit outdated, but with the remastered version dropping this winter, that should be fixed. Honestly, if the new version delivers, it’ll be an easy 10/10.

Is a fun little game that I enjoy. The missions are interesting and I like the ability to buy the properties after completing them - and being able to adjust them to how you see fit. I think that the achievements can be a little difficult to complete (only a few of them) - but thankfully am not a completionist

A very relaxing and addictive "chore" simulator. There is definetaly room for improvement (ie. more customisation options/furnitures, eyedropper tool, easier alignment of things), but overall, it's a good game.

Very good game! In base game houses and jobs are not so interesting, but in Luxury DLC the houses are beautiful. For cutting grass and trees in the garden also Garden DLC is useful and if you want to build a new house form a scratch, you need Farm DLC, where you get House Building tool.

After 1888 hours of play, I would like to rate the game. I currently have all dlc additions. I also own House
flipper 2. I continue to go back and play House flipper 1. I did not appreciate House flipper 2 because it changed too dramatically. The Original House flipper is simple to navigate and relaxing. My dream dlc would be let me have the ability to simply put a basement in my builds.

I thought this would be fun and relaxing but I've encountered a glitch that makes the game unable to save and posts that go years back mentioning the issue and there's no known solution for it

This game makes me feel like playing this game while I should be doing more productive stuff irl is actually fine. Everything is fine. I do this now. I paint walls to baby blue. I do chores. I'm okay. It's all good

This game genuinely changed me, before i installed this game i was bored around, with the genuine fun this game brought to me, it makes we want to pursue in interior design. The way that almost everything works the way it should is awesome, even the workshop, has such cool creations on it that are so easy to put into the game with the click of 2 buttons, this game is genuinely awesome.

House Flipper is the kind of simulator for those who enjoy building and repairing. It's mostly good, with some aspects being really annoying.

STORY: Your job is to fix houses up and make repairs accordingly. You earn money for your work, and move to the next house.

GAMEPLAY: There's a lot to do in this game. You will clean the houses up, make repairs, paint the walls or paneling, install flooring, knock down walls or build them up, and buy furniture. Occasionally, a house is owned by a couple. The man wants the room done in one way, while the woman wants it done in another. You are given the choice to do whichever you like.

Fortunately, the game is generous in helping with these tasks. The items to purchase for each area are listed in the Tasks submenu. The game will have a display of what needs to be done. For instance, a percentage amount of trash to be picked up will show. It will also show when everything is done to 100%. However, you can leave a project at any time you desire. You won't be paid as much for it though. You will do all of this in a first person mode; there's no option to see a character you're playing.

PROS: This game is really for those who enjoy building and making things better. When you are finished, you are treated to a slideshow with your accomplishments. Money is not much of a problem, since the game is eager to pay you well for your services.

CONS: House Flipper's biggest flaw is trying to find every bit of trash, weeds, and dirt for every area. There appears to be some bugs associated with this. It's terrible that you picked up 99% of all trash, and you can't find that one thing to make it 100%. No matter how much you run around looking for it, it's just not there.

The other thing is buying furniture. You are meant to furnish the houses with wall art, chairs, sofas, cabinets, stoves, refridgerators, tables, chairs, windows, toilets, showers, sinks, beds, nightstands, and dressers. Sometimes you're trying hard to make all the items fit into the rooms. There were times that I simply placed the necessary items anywhere instead of squeezing it in some place to make it look presentable.

OVERALL: House Flipper isn't a bad game, nor is it a great one. It's the kind of game to enjoy casually. There's no bad guys, no zombies, no aliens, no monsters, and no bosses to beat. It's simplicity is good for the player who wants something different.

Lots of fun, easy to spend hours playing and not even notice it.

I like the game very much, i was so exited when i bought it. but there is an issue. for many players and me the grass can really take a good weight on a performance, especially on the farm dlc houses. it would be nice that in the setting u can disable the grass or their waving animation. It would be an amazing thing for so many of us that dont have a very good pc.

Nice simulator game. Cleaning, building, assembling, designing. Gives skill points at good intervals to keep tasks from getting monotonous.

I thought it was just another sim. I saw it on a youtube channel and I wanted to try it. Hours later I was doing many houses and it even inspired me to decorate my apt and paint the walls with more lively colors. I never knew a game could inspire me to change things at home for the better. I guess we can learn new things.

It's a fun game to just unwind and relax. I really enjoy being able to remodel a house fully. I do think it would be neat to have a full building aspect to the game.

Playing a game where you clean and fix houses, while completely ignoring my own dirty home is amazing

I LOVE this game. I am not a huge gamer but ever since I saw a play through of this game I have wanted it and I can say it exceeds expectations. I have always wanted to do home renovations and seeing where the economy is going I know I probably won't be able to do that in real life so it's super fun to be able to do it in game. Overall 10/10!

This game is really soothing, especially for anxiety and ADHD. I love everything about it. I just wish there were more things like a chainsaw, other cleaning methods that can be used in the game. As the gardening pack doesn't have as much as i thought it would. But its still a cool game overall.

House Flipper is a solid experience and worth the price on sale or off for anyone who loves cleaning up, furnishing rooms, or just enjoying a relaxing time. Between running jobs all around town cleaning and fixing up trashed homes to buying whole houses and flipping them for profits, you'll find plenty to do even before the assorted DLC, though I highly recommend getting at least the garden DLC to decorate the outside of your lots as well!

You can easily get hundreds of hours of gameplay from this without even replaying missions or repurchasing previously sold homes, and it's a perfect fit for watching shows or movies on another screen or nearby TV to help the time pass quicker.

The sequel does provide much needed quality-of-life improvements (an eyedropper tool for colors and whole pieces of furniture, more building customization) but it currently lacks some valuable features from this game such as the aforementioned outdoor decorating content. Both games have their own superior features so choose at your discretion, or just buy both!

i love it so much but sometimes it doesn't let me place items or lights in places i want even if there's nothing there blocking its way..

This is my third or fourth time playing House Flipper. It's a nice quiet game that you can really get zoned into. Additions to the furniture, decor and paint/flooring options have definitely improved from when I first started playing a few years ago.

This game is actually really fun. I have enjoyed playing and it is very relaxing and can be addicting. If you are a person who loves architecture, interior design, cleaning, and organizing. This game is definitely for you. It is a great replacement for the Home Renovator game. I have had a couple game crashes while playing that caused me to restart the game, but overall great game.

This game allow me to live vicariously through the life of someone who can actually afford a house. In fact, they can afford multiple.

The base game is brilliant on it's own. The DLC takes things to a new level, as it should! Honestly worth the investment. Would be a great learning tool for kids to try out designing, building and home maintenance.

Really good game! There are plenty of jobs to do to ensure money and heaps of properties to buy and sell once renovated, I love that you can do everything at your own pace. I highly recommend this game as I downloaded it a day or two ago and have already spent 13 hours playing the game.

If you like the house building part of The Sims, or of you were the weird kid who played on your dad's AutoCad software offline while your mom used the landline, this game is for you. The main jobs are lenient on completion percentage; and the flipping & selling portion of the game is seemingly limitless. I lost an entire day to this fake job. I'm serious, I average about 6 hours working on one house, it's insane. I wasn't mentally prepared for the random jumpscare, and frankly the entire atmosphere is very isolating and you constantly feel like you're being watched, but it's still worth it. Makes flipping houses seem like a fun job. I know it's a lie, but it's a beautiful one.

House Flipper is hands down one of my favorite games, well deserving of all the praise it receives. The blend of renovation, design, and management gets you hooked from the moment you pick up that hammer and lay down that last tile. It allows you to unleash your inner designer and landscaper, with every DLC expanding the experience by adding new content and improvements.

**It's also incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, pulling me out of those long workday slumps. In fact, this game got me through the COVID lockdown. What the developers have created here is truly amazing, and I am happy to be a supporter for them. I'm super eager to add House Flipper 2 and the long awaited Forgery Craft to my library.

if you love fun simulation games, highly recommend this one. its almost always on sale (a huge plus) and its just overall just a fun game. the fps is so smooth, and the gameplay is like how it would be irl kinda.

Easily my favourite game. Highly recommend. Great graphics, controls, and the dlcs are so affordable when on sale. Switched from the sims 4 to this and haven't regretted once.

House Flipper (2018)

Wonderful game where you get to buy run down houses and you get to renovate it anyway you like. You can choose to renovate a house to live up to certain client's expectations to sell a house for more money. There are plenty of different houses to buy and renovate. There are some classic houses like Walter White from Breaking Bad's house, the Room from Silent Hill 4 and the Kami House from Dragonball Z. If you are looking for a fun, relaxing game just to pass the time, this is a great game to get. You buy houses and you renovate them. Easy.

Never used to have an EULA when I first bought it, now the devs want me to agree to give up my ownership of a game I paid for so it can be "licensed" instead ie converted to a long term rental. The greed in this action is so beyond anything reasonable its unbelievable. Not worth the price tag to not even get to own the game Im paying for.

For anyone still interested just be sure not to ever look at repack sites for a copy of House Flipper and all its DLC. This may not be legal in your region and its so easy to do, just downloading the repack and installing with the click of a few buttons, you could do it by accident.

House Flipper is a nice, turn-off-brain, distraction and while it is very rough around the edges, it is pretty fun.
