it's quite fun, but i don't like how it just
ends
it felt like a story climax was approaching and then the credits started rolling and i was so confused because i was like "there should be at least 5 more missions to wrap up this plot"
that aside, it's still great and all the locations are very different and there are a lot of secrets to discover
i think my problem is that i didn't feel ready to run out of missions, heh

We need more levels or DLC.

This game is very therapeutic but also high anxiety at times. I recommend it- especially if you want to relax and rot away hours cleaning up blood & finding clues. The story line makes you feel things and the soundtrack slaps. Don't forget that Dexter is a good boy.

Strange how fun and relaxing it is to clean up blood, guts, dead bodies and the misc bag of trash! Enjoyed this A LOT and need at least 50 more cases to deal with. I need this to unwind - don't look at me like that.
And we need a happy reunion at the end!!!

For those who scared to play horror game, maybe can play this game. No jump-scare and relax. Just complete your task given.

Absolutely brilliant game, thoroughly addicting. Somehow they've managed to get the level of grind just right to where it's a really rewarding game. Nothing beats the satisfaction of walking through a sparkling room that was caked in bodily fluids and trash just a few minutes before.

Great little 10-12 hour game. Closest comparison is Power Wash Sim but its got a bit more going on than that game. I'd love to see the end of Kowalsky's story. eff Big Jim, all my homies hate Big Jim

You know a game is good when upon completion, you immediately check if more content is in the works, and the devs are cooking! This has more depth than you might expect compared to your typical cleanup simulator game you find on Steam, and an interesting narrative to help back it up. The cherry on top is the phenomenal soundtrack. If I must be critical of anything, it's the slightly awkward physics that comes with a Unity Engine game, which is to be expected. Despite that, the developers did such a great job, you hardly ever notice.

I pretty much didn't stop until I beat the game. Very well designed game, hard at times or challenging. Very impressed with this game. Well worth the money. You will get about 20 hours for a full play through.

ive been playing this game nonstop. i bought it on a whim thinking it wouldnt be anything too interesting, but i was wrong. i love that its something different every time, the murders are so intricate and well designed. every new setting is something new to explore. the music in the game is good and its fun to have it playing while you clean. its a good way to zone out and as funny as it is, this game is a bit of a de-stresser. its nice to see an area go from filthy to spotless. get the game, its worth it.

It's a surprisingly fun game, majority of the levels are fun, and usually have nice hidden secrets, puzzles, and other hidden stuff around. The music is really nice too.

This game is fantastic, and so addictive. I've completed the story, but find myself coming back to replay quite often, as despite the obvious gore, it's extremely relaxing! I love to put my headphones on, catch up on some podcasts and 'clean' all my anxiety away haha.

It feels like hybrid between Viscera Cleanup Detail and Power Washing Simulator but with the added benefit of a story with very simple problem solving.

As a veteran of other cleaning simulator games such as Viscera Cleanup Detail and Power Wash Simulator, the idea of a cleaner game with a plot intrigued me. After putting about fifteen hours into the game to complete its story, I'd say that it was certainly worth the twenty bucks.

Pros:

• The gameplay loop is pretty fun - survey a scene, pick up trash, haul bodies for disposal and wipe up blood. Relaxing and low stress, with the exception of one semi-spooky level (nothing too cruel as far as jumpscares) and a couple other slightly unexpected happenings.
  
  
• Each level is unique and visually pleasing, and each adds some manner of new mechanic: anything from needing to drain, clean and refill a pool to sorting art exhibit pieces in a ransacked museum.
  
  
• The skill tree is a nice addition, allowing you to customize your cleaning style. I raced toward not leaving bloody footprints, the bane of my hours in Viscera Cleanup Detail.
  
  
• The unlockables are a nice touch, and I had no qualms with listening to peaceful classical and ambient music as I mopped up yet another bloodstain.
  

• While the addition of a story is neat, it isn't terribly deep. I was hoping that it'd travel in some directions that it didn't end up going, and when the game was over I wanted more. Perhaps the developers will expand on some concepts in a later game, but for now the story is just "okay".
  
  
• I also found the blood clean-up a tiny bit lenient. Perhaps my hours of running around Viscera with the sniffer trying to find that stupid wayward pixel of blood has jaded me, but this game will award you full marks for getting to about 98% blood clean-up in any given area and simply wipe the rest away for you. A tiny bit of leniency is alright, but with the plethora of tools at our disposal (blacklight, "janitor sense", etc.) achieving a perfect 100% clean-up without the gimmie would have been fine.
  
  
[*]Lastly, I was easily able to 100% all primary objectives, but missed some secrets and don't feel terribly compelled to go back and look for them. Some were intuitive, requiring keys or a keen eye to locate, but others were incredibly obtuse.

this game is the best game i have ever played. i go to class and yearn to clean a crime scene. i go to work and i yearn to clean a crime scene. i go to events or boyfriend house and i yearn to clean a crime scene. i tip my bucket of blood over every single game i play but that just means more crime to clean so i do not mind. crime scene cleaner is the cleaner for me.

Despite its morbid setting, this game is extremely relaxing and satisfying. I couldn't lay it down and finished it in 3 days because it was that good. Definitely reccomended! I'd also love for the devs to add more content, or maybe a dlc of sorts. The only remark I have to make, is that the ending feels really underwhelming. I was really looking forward to some sort of interaction with Kowalskys daughter, or at least to know if she's finally healthy. That casual ending was kinda disappointing. I'd suggest you try it for yourself if you're in the mood for an relaxing evening, its time well spent.

Amazing cleaning simulator for those who love cleaning or FBI stories. The story was short but good, the gameplay was immersive and fun.

Chill casual gameplay, perfect for passively watching YouTube on the second screen (I found police interrogation videos to be fitting content). The price is very fair for the amount of content in the game (currently $30 NZD/ aprox $18 USD). The only negatives are 1) a lot of assets repeated across missions and 2) short fps drops every few minutes. After completing the game I am very satisfied and will probably go back to find the secrets I missed for achievements.

I like cozy games, I like morbid stories. This here is a morbid cozy game. It scratches an itch I didn't know I had. Keep the updates coming!

This game is very entertaining, I love the mechanics as well as the way the story progresses. This is a very thought out game which initially surprised me. you will not be disappointed with this game!

If you love simulators, this is a good one to get. Good story, Easter eggs, wacky stuff, and strangely calming. Depending the person, there may be some touchy subjects in it..but it is such a good game. Can't wait for more updates :D

I just thought that it going to be normal game and that it but no it surprised me with the story line which make it more fun and interesting to play so I fall in love with the game so I really want more of it

game is a bit buggy on some levels but it's great overall.

Alright, I'm just gonna be real, this game is absolutely amazing for the genre that it's in. Most of these simulator games, you kinda put off the whole idea of playing for the story. Usually the story just doesn't exist, or it's so mundane due to the fact that they were most likely focusing on features of the game and such, but this game is genuinely fantastic.

The story is genuinely fantastic, and when you play it at night just letting yourself drift into the story, you really start to feel the gravity of your constant situation looming over your head. The fact that you have no other way to financially stabilize yourself than to wipe blood out of a carpet for a few thousand bucks. The writing is great, the voice acting is fantastic and creative enough that you stay invested, and the gameplay is just mindless enough that it's perfect.

Brother, I spent so much time in this game, I watched like an entire season of Dexter while playing it, and it was just the ultimate time waster to turn your head off and chill out. I would recommend this to anyone who likes these sorts of simulation games from now until the end of time.

I desperately beg for a sequel. This game deserves it. It would be remiss to deny the fans of something like this.

SUCH an addicting game. I have to admit, I don't really care that much about the story. I'm glad Elena is getting the help she needs, but I'm mostly in this for the cleaning. The mechanics are so satisfying. The different skill tree options are fun. Everything is just perfect. Can't wait for the next update.

A low income janitor that, because of the crappy healthcare system in America, can't afford his daughters hospital bills and has to take a side gig as a crime scene cleaner for a mob boss. The setting might seem intense but it's a chill game. There's no time limit, no enemies, just you and your cleaning supplies. It's a game where you can relax, put on some music while cleaning the crime scenes spotless, all while you IRL room gets messier and messier because no one likes to clean their room.

Essentially PowerWash Simulator, crime scene edition.

Immersive environment and plot.
You get progression and the cases increase in complexity as you advance in the game.

Great game overall.

A really fun cleaning game! The story helps keep you engaged so it doesn't feel so monotonous and the levels and pretty short and intricate with fun little secrets scattered everywhere, I really enjoyed playing this and I hope more levels/a sequel is made :)

A good game for when you're in the mood to clean, but not in the real world.

this was probably the funnest game i had played in a long while once i started i couldn't stop. i had beat the whole game in two sittings. it mixes the peacefulness of power wash simulator and the intrigue of a mobster drama. the only downside is that there is only 10 maps. this game NEEDS an expansion ASAP and a lot more maps like possibly him being pressured by another crime family to clean for them.

nothing like satisfying cleaning with a spice of horror and an actual good plot/stories throughout the game :) so worth it and theyre even updating more acts into the game with no extra charges

the most fun chore simulator ive ever encountered. excellent level design, just enough physics to be interesting without making it annoying, very satisfying gameplay, fun voice over... what more can you ask for. well, other than dlc. please. i would gladly pay five bucks per level as its just THAT good and replayable.

I loved this game. I basically played it straight through, without playing anything else--which is a feat for me. I then replayed some levels to get all of the achievements. I highly recommend this game and sincerely hope there will be more levels added or another game made. Definitely worth the money.

Messy, but fun. Literally what it says on the tin - you are a man with a load of debt and worries, and somehow fall into cleaning up crime scenes for a local criminal mastermind. Lots of tools and options to make your cleaning a breeze, mysteries to solve, hidden items to find, and modest replay value for the "100% Completion" person (like me). Worth the purchase, especially if you like mopping up buckets and buckets *AND BUCKETS* of blood. :D Recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I was expecting a typical simulator where you go into the job, complete the tasks, and move on to the next one. Instead, this game has an interesting back story to go along with the jobs. I liked the progression of your apartment and the increasing difficulty of the jobs. I'd love to play more in the future if more content or a sequel comes out.

A really fun twist on the "Clean up" genre of games, blending the relaxing, OCD satisfying gameplay of titles like House Flipper or Powerwash Simulator with the gore and gritty story of a game like GTA. This game is absolutely not for everyone, but if the trailers don't make you squeemish, I think you'll enjoy this game well enough. The game is by no means perfect, with some relatively hokey voice acting and some occasional bugs, but if anything that adds to the charm of the game more than it detracts. Highly recommend for sure.

As others have said, this game has no business being this good. Not sure what this says about me, but I genuinely play this game to relax -- and it is very relaxing, in spite of the subject matter. The soundtrack, from the music cassettes to the more ambient tracks, are calming and atmospheric. The graphics are surprisingly very nice. There is a bit of a story, and it's actually quite compelling. I'm especially fond of the character of Kovalsky (his voice actor did an amazing job; reminds me of Steven Russell of Thief/Garrett fame a bit) and his funny quips and moral quandaries. Also, there's a dog, and you can pet it.

My favorite part of this game is its environmental storytelling, though. I love games where you can walk into a room and go "what happened here?" and that room tells you its story itself, from the knocked over furniture, to a bloody handprint on a wall, to where a body ended up. You also get a pretty good sense of what types of people you're dealing with (or cleaning up) just by the details of the space. Valuables hidden in drawers or squirreled behind bookcases... It's very "show", with only enough "tell" to give you your context, and it's exceptionally well done. The first mission absolutely blew me away with its execution in environmental storytelling and all the rest were phenomenal as well.

My only complaint? The game is short! I will pay whatever you want for some DLC, devs. Make it happen.

A great and intuitive cleaning simulator game with well designed levels with lots of secrets to find, also comes with a great story that is full of humour.
I had experienced a couple of bugs like bodies T-posing after you pick them up but they're only visual and don't affect the enjoyment of the game in slightest.

If you like Viscera Cleanup Detail then this is a must-have.

It's a good game. The wheel for choosing your cleaning equipment is smooth and easy to use. The ability tree could've been clearer but it was ok. Sometimes the main character's voice was way too monotone for the dialoge. But overall I recomend this game to everyone who likes games like House Flipper and some gore.
Also you can pet the dog so that's great. :)

I like that you can just open it up and spend 2 hours just cleaning. It is very relaxing.

Game was fun until necessary items just disappear, requiring a stage reset. Cushions for instance, are very bugged, and if you're unlucky, it'll happen over and over. Incredibly infuriating when this happens, and it ruined the game for me.

I can't pick up the key in the swimming pool. I already drained the water, but pressing E to take the key still doesn't work.
Please fix the bug.

Pretty good and relaxing. I found it a lot more realistic and in-depth than Viscera Cleanup Detail. It's also got an actual story with added comical dialogue. While the missions get increasingly complex/larger as you progress, there's only 10 in total, so hopefully the game will receive some DLC in the future.

Love this game but I feel like there needs to be more content. The ending came very abruptly, and it feels unfinished. Hopefully there will be some DLC coming to the story, but the game left me very unsatisfied. Overall the game was awesome, but it felt like it ended in the middle of the story.

My only complaint would be that this game is too short! The gameplay was great, the story was fun and the cleaning was methodical and relaxing. Great in-game music, a skill tree to use wisely, getting 100% was a slightly challenging but achievable. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who’d like to zone out and relax for a few hours.

This game caught and held me for 6 hours straight, so addictive and fun to play! Fully like all the mechanics. The locations and stories are also very diverse, unique and immersive, each having its own challenges and secrets. Strongly recommend!
