I really like this game, I have been wanting it all year and I finally bought it. It's a really nice game and the graphics are really good, so good that it lagged really hard that I had to turn them down. Though, of course, it is early access so there are bugs, just be aware of that, some of the bugs I came across were if you die with a fracture the fracture will not go away even if you sleep, and not being able to mate even if you have an empty pack slot, but the dev made some mobile animal simulators, I have the fox one and in there were bugs like being able to mate with dead foxes and being able to fly SORRY IM GETTING REALLY SIDETRACKED I JUST LOVE THE BUGS THAT WERE IN ANOTHER ONE OF THE DEV'S GAMES LOL. But yeah, it is really good so if you like animal simulators check it out. And saying for some of you who may not know this game is being worked on by just one person. Well, I'm going to end my review here, it was fun writing it! Stay safe, stay human, goodbye... INTO THE UNKNOWN!
its still in progress, but taken from how the mobile apps are amazing, this will be too! and so far its very fun

I do think this game has such good potential, if only the developers worked on it more. The AI for all the animals in the game need to be improved upon and definitely recognize when they're running into a wall T-T

It's a fun game, however, it does play like a demo! I'm hoping quite a few updates come through, because this has a lot of potential. For what it is, and compared to some other games, the price is good!

Really like this game. Yes it needs polishing because its a work in progress of course but its enjoyable as it is as long as youre not expecting it to be polished. Its relaxing with just enough excitement. Customization features on animal body shape, face, etc are nice - similar to The Sims but for animal features. If all the features were complete, I could see really sinking a lot of time into this game long term - theres a lot of teasers for some really cool stuff. Still like it the way it is too though.
Amazing game i have a great game play every time i play this game all the bots are very much realistic. I have heard a lot of people ask for multi player and i strongly agree they should add it, hopefully if you do add it the right players will join and be realistic. Having to chat with other players would make the game play 10x times better, making packs or herd with them to would be very fun. It would be easier to talk to the people as if i try and get the bots to do somthing (not saying there bad there amazing, best bots ive seen in animal games) it takes a bit of time or there just very slow.
I would recommend this game as it's quality and gameplay loop fits the price.

It is a great survival game if you like to survive with a mate and make your own family as any animal it is also very challenging and perfect if you like that kind of stuff!! Theres also soo much more fun things to discover and do! I so far love this game and i hope you will too! :D <3

Clearly early access with its bugs and such, but its still somewhat fun- if it costed anything more than $5 USD then I probably wouldn't recommend just due to the current state of the game. FYI, currently development has been put on hold due to the creator trying to figure out another information. People have complained in other reviews about it being boring with few real goals/storyline and it not working well on lower end devices, so if that is something you prefer in a game and a type if device you have I probably wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, this game is very silly/pos!

I love this game me and my boyfriend play it together but I wish I could play with him in game. I hope that in time it would be PvE and PvP. For what it is now is amazing between this and Draconia are really good games. If you are looking for a fun game that you don't have to worry about jerks on some mmos like the Isle, this game you can play by yourself but if you want a single player and a mmo Draconia is it. The Wilds is a single player game that is a survivor game that lets you explore the would around you and make a life with any animal that you pick and you can change it up without losing your progress just in case you want to be the hungry wolf one day and want to be Bambi the next
I think a unique story for each animal will elevate the game a little or at least have objectives so there's a reason to play as all animals. Co-op or multiplayer would be fun because I know a lot of creators on YouTube or TikTok would cover it. I think the game is good. Just a little empty but I think if you start with objectives and online content, that could elevate the game.
It's okay. Glitchy though, and after playing as a few different species for 4 hours, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was kinda pointless. There's no real storyline, there's no quests apart from finding food for another pack mate, and finding another animal to kill. There's no motive to it really to make you want to keep playing. I was hoping for more like territory dynamics for example.
It has the bones of a good game, but you can tell that it's in early access - the controls are a bit wonky and quests/etc aren't explained well. But I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops over time
Game is literally a demo, you are paying for a demo. Concept is cool though, but the devs seem to have abandoned this one.

Its a bit buggy since it's in early development, but its exactly what I've been looking for since I was just 10! I love these animal based realistic survivals, but almost every single one I have ever played have either been about wolves (which I am getting tired of) or have these elaborate quests which take you of the 'I am just a wild cat trying to survive another day' mindset which I love to embody. Plus, getting to play as an eagle and a crow is pretty neat, though finding a mate is impossible. With a little more work, this will definitely become my favourite game of all times!
If you're looking for sweet and simple, this is it. I'm surprised at how much I enjoy it. It's pretty easy to figure out, especially if you've played games like The Isle, Beasts of Bermuda, Artemishea, Animalia Survival, etc...so this game "is what it is".
Be warned though, the developer won't be updating this game anymore (check their comments on the Store page). They did make their other game, Infinite Blue, free to play. Ocean world, so that's pretty cool.

Even though it's not finished, it's extremely fun! The graphics are very beautiful, and I'm loving all the mechanics it currently has. I can't wait till it's complete, and to see if more animals will be added.
Even though it's early access, it's an awesome game. I can already tell it's going to be great! But you should add:
1 Pups grow up
2 More species of animal plus more animals, such as an owl
3 Multiple storyline modes
The game is good and nice for a younger person to play as well. I understand it is in development so things will change but I can see the game has lots of promise. Be nice for a co-op feature!!
OMGGG IT'S THE BEST
The game is beautiful and everything but there are some things I wish was present that I didnt see .I wish it was more populated. Like finding other animals (outside of rats) is rare for me. Playing as a deer I could hardly find another deer and when I did the bonding function wouldn't work well. Minor bugs in the interaction system are present as well. I also wish there was more in terms of caring for a family and raising young and a larger family size, imagine a whole herd of Deer and you as a predator need to find the sick/old/injured to pick off. It would add to the realism. And the ability to choose at what stage of life I want to play at. Predators feel a bit lazy, I feel like when playing as prey I should be alert to some degree in case I'm being stalked but I dont need to be because predators move like generic NPCs. My final gripe is that I wish I could customize the controls. Having to press CTRL to descend and steer with a mouse and press the W/Up key is a lot and I only have two hands. Overall for an early access game 7.5/10.

This game has alot of potention, beatiful graphics , fun gameplay, and small quest! A few bugs but nothing too crazy. Has alot of potential to be one of the top games out there for Animal Playing games!!!!!
The graphics are very high quality, but here are some things you should add to the game in the future.
1. Accuracy. For animals like wolves, cougars, etc., do some research. Research about animal gestation times for a future pregnancy update, start with the animal of the player's choice as, IRL, sexually mature (e.g, wolves reach maturity at two) You should also add buffs related to the animal you're playing as. like a pack buff for social animals, a hibernation debuff for bears, etc.
2. Actually make the season you choose at the start that season. Like when I choose fall, it sends me to summer. Are you, in fact, aware of this? If so, are you able to fix it?
3. Make the fauna in the current biome more accurate, like since that map looks like it could be in the Northern Hemisphere, South American cougars definitely do not belong there, as an example.
4. Add a flee system. If you harass or injure an enemy long enough, they'll run away. And, deer are a lot more dangerous than they look. When protecting their calves or fawns from predators, doe or cow elk can break bones with their hooves.

THE best multi animal game AND the most cheapest its absolutely perfect although some more features would make it the GOAT of all animal games like how about cut scenes? or story mode!! glorious graphics and awesome attack features i can kill anything!! I love pretending I'm in a natural geographic but radio collars an accessories that animals could have in irl!! I play this game every day im home!! although something i really want is more members in the family! the average members in a wolf pack is 8-9 please add that and more than 10 members in a deer family but everything in this beautiful game is perfect beside the limited numbers of family members!! And a 1 man team!?!?! You're doing great.
