About the Game

Clam Man is a game built around jokes and a strange, absurd narrative! It has weird characters, tons of puns, and a handful of puzzles; but the focus of the game is definitely dialogue! Examining the world, talking to characters and taking it easy: If that sounds like your thing, this might just be the game for you!
STORY
Clam Man is the story of the Clam Man. Intriguing, isn't it? Yes, it's true - he is a clam and yet also a man. This is not a topic of debate, it is fact. We've confirmed it while working on this game. Using science.

Thank You, Playtester - we couldn't agree more.
But to be more specific: This is the story of a man, recently promoted to junior sales representative, enjoying the comforts and leisure of lower-mid-level office work. However, things suddenly take a turn for the worse, and the Clam Man is cast into an adventure full of danger, suspicion, and mystery. Join him, as he unravels the conspiracy behind the tragic event that befalls him, and fight to restore CLAMMY JUSTICE to the world of Snacky Bay.

WHOAH WHOAH WHOAH ENOUGH WITH THE JOKES What is all this about even
Clam Man is a point'n'click adventure game, with an emphasis on story rather than puzzles! We wanted to create a game focused on the parts we loved about old school adventure games - the story and the jokes. It's a simple, entertaining game where you explore the world and interact with it's inhabitants. Oh, and we did throw a few puzzles in here and there, too.

I don't know you, but I'm sure you're a pretty cool person. I'll just ask a couple questions to figure that out:
Do you enjoy story-driven games?
Do you enjoy absurd and strange comedy?
Do you want to relax and play a game where the primary objective is to make you laugh at said strange comedy?
Have you got a thing for ridiculous underwater settings and weird, nonsensical stories?

- Graphics: Most integrated graphics chips work fine (as long as you dont dip them in ranch haha get it because chip)
- DirectX: Version 10
- Storage: 1500 MB available space
- Sound Card: One that can make underwater sounds, or not. You don't really need one. It's cool.
- Additional Notes: If you regularly play games on your PC, Clam Man should run just fine

- Graphics: The ones you have in your mac
- Storage: 1500 MB available space
- Sound Card: The classic mac sound card
- Additional Notes: Most macs and macbooks from 2014 and up will run Clam Man perfectly well!
- OS: The fastest MacOS (EL BURRITO)
- Processor: The really fast one
- Memory: 69 GB RAM
- Graphics: Mac Graphics 2001 (you've probably never heard of it)
- Storage: 1500 MB available space
- Sound Card: The fast mac sound board
- Additional Notes: We don't know if Clam Man runs on macs from the future
Linux
- OS: Ubuntu 12.04+, Mint 14+ (kernel version 3.2, both 32- and 64-bit)
- Processor: 1,8 ghz (Requires SSE2 instruction set support, i.e. most modern processors)

Not too challenging, but a good amount of laughs
Short, Sweet, and Packed with Laughs
I went into Clam Man not knowing what to expect, but I was hooked immediately. The humor is clever and silly without being over-the-top, and the characters are all so well written that you feel invested in this absurd little world. The game doesn’t take itself seriously, and that’s what makes it so refreshing. It's a quick experience, but every moment is filled with charm and creativity. If you’re a fan of funny, narrative-driven games, this one’s a hidden gem that deserves more attention!
the one who controls the mayonaise controls the people
They explain the entire conspiracy at the end of the game and I still don't really understand their plan
