For me, a good level in a logic game can be done in your head. You learn rules given to you and then you trace your steps forward to victory. Yes, the counter is that you can look up a 100% guide and finish the game in 15 minutes, but at the end of the day it's your choice with how you can play a game.
This game has no snapping. There's another review praising it for it; for being nothing like the usual "laser" game. While it's true, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a good thing.
Instead of thinking "well, this goes there, and if I put it there it will go there" you'll find yourself rotating one area left and right, because the laser will barely fit through. After you find the angle you'll find that the another area, with a receiver is rotated so that the laser barely misses the receiver. So you find yourself going back and forth finding the golden angle combination, assuming this is possible, of course.
But in the moments like this I'm not using my brain to solve a problem. I got a rough idea on how the level should be solved and then try to bruteforce it. That's not how a logic game should be played.
I'm not saying this game is bad on a technical level - the idea is clever, everything looks nice and works as expected. But because of wrong (at least in my opinion) game design directions I can't find myself enjoying this game.

It's the year 2002. Your friend Jason has invited you to his birthday party. "Well, I don't really care for social--" "It's at a laser tag arena." "Now wait a minute."
While you're lurching around the arena, ordained with clunky plastic, someone quietly calls out to you. "Psst! Hey! Come 'ere!" "Huh?!" "Come look at what Gus figured out."
You stealth your way over to an obscure part of the arena where your friends are waiting. One of them hands you a postage stamp. "Eat this first." You put the stump in your mouth and wait. "Now what?" "Hit it, Gus." What does Gus do? He does something really weird with a mirror, a lightbulb, and his laser rifle. The result: BLASK.
The Good:
- The game tricks you into thinking it will be easy. It's not.
- The ability to control lights with geometry.
- Doesn't introduce new gameplay elements too quickly.
- Worth the $3 price tag.
The Neutral:
- Most people give up between levels 40 and 45.
- As new elements are introduced, you have to experiment since they are not explained.
- 65 total levels.
The Bad:
- Not much of a soundtrack.
- The visuals are at the bare minimum of what they need to be for this.
Pro Tips:
- Don't fear experimentation.

Ever played billiards? Ever had to hit every ball in pockets at the same time to win? That's sort of what this is like--except not really.
Nice little puzzler, a good way to spend a little time relaxing.
Blask is a refreshingly unique puzzle game with over 60 levels that get more challenging after all the mechanics have been introduced. The combination of objects and their placement in the level means there are many solutions to the one puzzle. I found myself slowly tweaking the rotation or position of an object, just to find the sweet spot that would make all the lasers fall into place.
Fun but all the lasers can get really messy at times
I don't play puzzle games that often so maybe it's been done before. But personally I've never seen this sort of "loose" laser puzzle gaming. Laser puzzles to me have always seemed to have really concrete cardinal directions for the lasers and laser bounces. In this game you can rotate all pieces 360 degrees a few degrees or so at a time. This leads to a pretty interesting and different experience. It's as much hands on tweaking things back and forth trying to get the exact angles as it is trying to figure out the puzzle in your brain.
Level progression is good. Most of it stems from adding new concepts and restrictions. New concepts are introduced in a really nice way. First you get an easy level explaining the concept then a harder one where you have to actually use it.
Visuals are quite good. Nice and minimalist, but high quality. Music is good and fits the mood very well.
Difficulty wise it was quite easy in the beginning, but keeps ramping up. With the later levels there are so many different moving pieces with their own restrictions it becomes quite a challenge.
This might be a personal thing, but I apreciate the appropriately tiny download and install size (Something like 40-50mb) and low spec requirements. This should be a good puzzler you can play on any old machine you have lying around and I have quite a few.
Overall a very solid small puzzle game with to me novel mechanics. Can definitely recommend. You should support indie devs and buy more indie games! This can be one.
Basically, a good laser puzzle.
