Yuyi Wu
"I've always hoped to be someone just like her. Someone as reliable and gentle as her..."
The introverted protagonist of the story, an excellent university student. She really admired the tutor she had in middle school.
After four years of hard work, no matter in coursework, cooking, or temperament, she did it impeccably.
Her only obvious weakness shows when she plays sports...
Dreaming of meeting someone just like in her otome comics, she's gradually realized just how different they are from reality.
Yile Lin
"When you're in a bad mood, you have to laugh more! Come on, it'll bring you good luck! Smile! Hehe~"
Yuyi's classmates with such an optimistic personality it can clear a cloudy sky.
As the public relations person of the faculty, she's organized many activities and is the rising star of the volleyball team.
Her direct and straightforward character can be somewhat offensive at times though.
But her upbeat and innocent nature is hard to stay angry at.
Sis Tutor
"I'm happy you've come to ask me. Hopefully we can chat a bit afterwards too."
Yuyi's middle school tutor, giving off a very gentle impression.
The two were very close, but because of some reasons...
After Yuyi graduated, they never met again. They only talk now through social media...

Lingua Fleur: Lily is a very good visual novel game with a beautiful story. The graphics are nice and the soundtrack is Chill and relaxing... I recommend it. 💗💗💗
A wonderful short story about accepting oneself and moving on from the past.
The protagonist's fear of coming out reminds me of my own experience, and for once it isn't brushed off or quickly moved past like in other stories.
This is the most vanilla yuri type story I've found so far. It is not a bad thing on its own (but somewhat insipid in its core), however there a lot of sensual and emotional moments, amazing visuals, well suited music and beautiful voice acting.
There is not much story outside of our heroine problems with studying and her love / sexuality concerns, even actions take place in the university (thanks goddess not in school at least), so do not expect any significant events. The novel is more about understanding and exploring yourself and your feelings in a very heartwarming and tender, feminine atmosphere, about deepening of friendship between women. This is story is all around yuri, but not precisely on it. I understand why developers needed to explain this, yet there is "lily" in the name of the game (and many mentions of this flower during plot).
Drawing is super cute, and I found old sprites even more cute, there is something special about this drawing; but new ones are also pleasant.
And this is first time I've heard such a cute Chinese voice acting, it really is greatly enjoyable and feelings.
Absolute garbage, no romance whatsoever, don't waste your time.
The story is literally that the protagonist (Yuyi) is hung up on her old tutor (Yian) and can't reconcile the fact that she's a lesbian, and starts getting feelings for the 'heroine' (Yile), but nothing ever comes about from it.
There was a little over three hours of a story. It was a fairly simple slice of life. I'm not sure if some stuff got lost in translation, but a few spots felt like they lacked a bit of necessary context. It was still completely readable though. I will say that the ending was very abrupt. It actually took me a second to realize that it had just dumped me back on to the main menu. Also, I still don't fully understand what the core issue of the story was. Was it the "Sis Tutor" thing or was it the relationship between the two main characters like I was kind of expecting? The resolution of the former seemed half baked, and the latter didn't really amount to anything special by the end. The only character that kind of felt like they had a full story was Yile, but even that didn't feel complete. After her goal had passed, it felt like the story just kind of dropped her as a main character.
I don't know. It still had it's moments and overall I enjoyed it. For $5, you can't expect much.
A great short visual novel about coming to terms with who you are and what people around you expect of you. It's got a great sense of when to get real and when to focus on the little things, which I think gives each major event some real weight. I also quite liked the OST, particularly the piano tracks, which do a good job setting tone.
The story did end up taking a slightly different direction than I thought it would, but this ended up being for the better. While the game initially looks more like a predictable yuri story, it ends up subverting expectations in a relatively mature way.
The main drawback of this VN is the translation. The writing here does all get the point across and is functional, but typos and poor grammar are both relatively common. You can tell they made the translation on a strict budget, unfortunately. I don't think it hampered my enjoyment too much, but there were times where I had to look at the log and reread a few messages to understand what was happening more clearly. A certain character called "Sis Tutor" in particular was confusing to me at first.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend it. It's definitely worth the low price and I'm glad I picked it up. I'm looking forward to trying to DLC.
This is a yuri kinetic novel (no choices). Not yuri in the way it usually is conferred, but more about the friendship between girls. And, well, maybe a hint of more in the future. Still, the main character is a college student struggling with coming to terms with her sexuality. While also not being completely sure about it. Charming read.
Mildly recommended. It's highly unpolished, but pretty cute and heartwarming, and very related to our current society. It's very short (<2hr).
It's a bittersweet tale about sexuality, personal growth, and trying to fit into the social norm. In some aspects it is kind of sad, but in some other aspects it's heartwarming. I don't like the voice acting though...
it made me cry a bit,,,,,the protagonist is a lot like me and the feelings she had i had too,,,,i never got my closure for my first love im glad she got hers
A very heartwarming VN overall. I'm glad I was able to read this hidden gem.
It's a very short kinetic visual novel, but for the story & art quality provided, it was totally worth the $5 for me.
Girls that have questioned their sexuality at some point in the life may find the characters relatable.
I notice some of the reviews say this is a 2 hour visual novel. It took me 5 hours to finish it. If you're a fan of yuri you'll enjoy it.
A short and sweet story. A simple visual novel that does not require much effort to get through. Dialogues and English translation is good. Voice overs are enjoyable too.
非常棒的全語音中文百合,期待後續的DLC
話說女主在敘述自己過去那裏,她和老師是不是...
Yuile And Yuyi Two VERY Great Friends Who Now do lots of stuff Together ^^ Yuyi Didnt really Like sports all that Much Esp Volleyball she was no good at it And she thought she sucked in her mind. Though Yuile helped and teached her the ways but one Little Accident Caused Yuyi Nose to bleed cause Yuile spiked the ball and she was really Sad that it happened. Down the road Her Sis Yuyi Was getting Married And was Gonna move away from town So she can live happy life With her Husband Thankfully Yuyi Arrived in time to see her off. Yuyi Helped Yuile About Makeup and Kanji so that she can get Better at it. But in all Very Good VN ^^ I loved it And Def would Recc this to people If you Like Heart to Heart Stories.
Lingua Fleur : lily was an huge surprise to me. Specially taking in mind it's an 2h long VN, it has a lot of content. Not only how the text looks like an Chinese poetry book. Or the music that despite be simple, it's really well placed, specially at the best moments this VN has to show. With that be said, there are VN and comic talking about the whole "open up" when it comes to sexuality. But I really like how Lingua Fleur : lily did. By telling an story without losing the main focus of it, while match pretty well with an text that makes everything they are been thought quite charming and frank. I think it really remembers me when I first read Seabed, it's not about the "what" but "how" you do it.
A very lovely little story, one that brings as many aches as it does smiles. I'm pleased to see that it ends in a satisfactory way for the most part.
Not much really needs to be said here that hasn't already been said in other reviews, just that this is a relatively short but utterly sweet (and slightly bitter) wholesome yuri visual novel- kinetic actually, there are no choices to be made. Yile had me grinning quite a few times with how friggen adorable she was. What a cutie. I do hope this story gets expanded on in the future.
A little side note, something that can be appreciated is that this is voiced in Chinese, which was kind of refreshing to be honest. At first I felt like the voice actresses of the two girls were a little stilted sounding, but as it continued on I felt they got better, more expressive. This could be because it took me a little while to get used to hearing Chinese.. or just that the two of them (the characters) were becoming more open/closer with each other.
Warm and touching. If you're looking for a Yuri story of growing up and self-discovery, this will be a must-have game for you.
What it all comes down to is character, a word with multiple meanings. Characters that one can see, feel, relate to, and cherish. Character as an attribute, that succeeds in instilling a specific mood or personality. What will ultimately be the factor in choosing to partake in this visual novel will depend on how much "character" means to you. Short, but sweet. Insufficient, but promising. Whatever drawbacks arise, the sweet sensation of bubbly optimism and the togetherness of human empathy lessens the pain of all that goes wrong. Lingua Fleur: Lily could be such an experience.
+ Great character-building/character chemistry
+ Soundtrack is phenomenal in its mood-setting
+ Art is impressive for the scale of the game
- Narrative themes feel too dispersed, not fully developed
- Clichés are plentiful within story, character types
- Few too many typos with English translation

Very cute and heartwarming game. The story is centered around understanding and accepting yourself rather than romance between 2 girls, but it was an enjoyable read nevertheless. Would recommend it to anyone who is into yuri. I hope developers will consider to continue the story, because both girls are adorable and I very much like them. Art and sound design are great too. There are some typos in the script, but nothing too major. All in all it was a great experience, we need more VNs like that.
