Simplicity to perfection.
To be played in bursts.
By design, there is no story.
Only crazy kung-fu.

You're surrounded, outnumbered and have to use any weapon you can get your hands on to dismantle your opponents in a flurry of kung fu. That's the essence of OFDP2, the world's fastest brawler. It features the original OFDP's unique two-button mechanics which we've spent the last five years perfecting. Speed and precision are key in this whirlwind fighting frenzy, as players maintain control over the 26 different unlockable skills, frenetic gameplay, and classic kung fu-inspired animations.
ATTACK LEFT or ATTACK RIGHT

We want to show that a fighting game can be complex without cumbersome button combinations. Once players complete the tutorial levels and learn the basics, they'll see that this is the most intense two-button game ever made.
With 1000 different animations available, literally, anything is possible—particularly when players unlock each of the 26 available skills. Having these skills available simultaneously is a major design challenge that encompasses the core of what OFDP2 is trying to achieve. Seeing the game with all 26 skills is a spectacle unique to OFDP2.
We built this game as a palette cleanser between other games in your library. It was designed to deliver a quick hit of adrenalin as fast as possible.
You can't get a feel for the gameplay from watching videos. The flow of combat is something we spent years tweaking. It's what makes OFDP2 unique. Only by playing it will this become clear. That's why it's important to us that you TRY THE DEMO out before you consider purchasing this game.
*You can turn the announcer on or off in the options.
*64 bit operating systems only.
*Windows 7 might have issues playing the few video files in the game.

Wish there was a Mixed review for this one, but what can you do. My feelings are more negative than positive unfortunately.
tl;dr: At the end of the day its still cheap, but I would recommend the first game over it instead as they're in the same price bracket and the first is simply more polished in comparison.
Game is mostly solid, the main issue as a standalone title is in how it constantly breaks its combat flow - the "special moves" happen with little to no warning and massively change the speed of the game while killing targets you were potentially going to use next leading to misses if you don't realise and adapt during the animation length which can vary wildly.
Additionally power weapons now have "clashes" which don't feel good to execute and happen more often than they should.
Comparing it to the first game;
- The "special move" speed whiplash is significantly worse as a flaw compared to what I mentioned above
- The passive skills are less easy to read activation counts for - the original game gives you an actual number count, this one doesn't it just has it as the skill image slowly gaining colour until its full
- The power weapon clashes are far FAR too frequent as they were just used as boss stage finishers in the original and are now every other miniboss instead it seems
- Ball o' Death now has durability - this isn't fun for anyone who learned how to get a rhythm going to chain as much usage out of the ball as possible and actively punishes players who were used to or good at chaining it for as long as possible
- Left/Right hits and enemy colours for swapping or multi-hit enemies are less clear to read - the settings menu wasn't that great to navigate and seemed somewhat buggy so this may be fixed in an accessibility section I missed to give benefit of the doubt
100 %
Is it an extraordinary game?
No.
Is it better than Assassin's Creeds and the Far Cries and Call of duties of the games?
Yes
How much did I pay for this?
Just 2 buck.
How much do you pay for games?
$60. Losers!
very cheap, very simple game that is just more of the first game to be honest. despite this, i still highly recommend as this is a solid quick game that should absolutely be picked up on a discount. not much more to say regarding this one.
Core mechanics are the same as the first game, so its pretty freaking awesome
the gameplay is a *little* bit harder to follow, but in exchange there are new enemy interactions, a big skill rework, and cool new artwork and animations that make you feel like a kung-fu god!
Hehe stickman kung fu go brrrrr
Absolutely addicting and so well done for what it is. There are so many different animations of different attacks to keep it visually fresh, and when you get in the groove, it's incredibly satisfying to play. One of the best "turn off your brain and just have fun" games I've played in a long time. If you're looking for something that's easy to play, yet challenging, I'd highly recommend this.
The gameplay fills your brain with dopamine and is a great time. I love how openly stupid the game is with it's voice over and animations. I love the stinky kung-fu movie flash game vibe it has and I'm just a sucker for stick figures fighting in general.
I do think the campaign drags on for a bit too long since the last 4 worlds have pretty much the same level of difficulty. I would've liked the difficulty to increase more towards the end but it still didn't end up being too repetitive.
Very fun to play. It's more polished and more chaotic than the first game.
The trailer says 1000+ animations, I don't doubt it. Clicking left and right has never been such a diverse experience.
Fair warning: the first game looks like a love letter to old fighting movies, this game has a more gentrified look.
Pure, unfiltered kung-fu chaos—One Finger Death Punch 2 takes the simple two-button combat of its predecessor and dials it up to 11. It’s fast, fluid, and absurdly satisfying, making every fight feel like you’re starring in your own martial arts movie. The game throws endless waves of stick-figure enemies at you, and with perfectly timed strikes, dodges, and weapon pickups, you become an unstoppable force of destruction.
The animations are ridiculously smooth, the soundtrack is pure adrenaline, and the game constantly introduces new mechanics to keep things fresh. Whether you’re slicing through foes with a sword, launching them into the sky with a well-placed kick, or deflecting bullets mid-air like a true kung-fu master, OFDP2 never stops being fun.
It’s simple to learn but hard to master, and once you hit that flow state, you’ll feel like a god. A must-play for anyone who loves fast-paced action—just try not to break your mouse from clicking too hard.
The best cozy yet exciting game ever, with a sleek and simple controls. Totally recommend it
pretty fun sauce
epic game
It's slightly janky, but also way more fun than it has any right to be!
Absolutely underrated gem of a game. Had it for years, and it's still worth coming back to. A worthy improvement on the first game. You don't need to have played the first one at all to fully enjoy this one. I've still never seen a game quite like it. Worth it even at full price. On sale, an absolute steal. Do yourself a favor and pick this up.
As someone who's a big fan of the original, I have to agree with other comments regarding how this just feels like a downgrade.
I find that the menus feel more like a cheap mobile game despite it being exclusively on steam, the bars under the enemies are harder to read with no way to change their appearance, everything feels unnecessarily larger and zoomed in (as if it was a mobile game, and I find that it overstays its welcome as the story mode seems to be much longer than the originals.
My advice is to simply stick to the original and give this one a pass. There's no reason to buy this version
my head legit hurts playing this but i love it
heck yeah
Very fun game. Intense and good action!
Mindless fun
Good solid fun throughout the experience. It requires a lot of hand-eye coordination and precision timing. If you're good at that sort of thing, you'll like it. If not, it probably isn't the game for you.
Standard playtime is 8-10 hours with other additional modes being available.
This is the peak of game design, only two simple inputs (Left and Right). and yet, it makes every press feel like an intricate martial arts combo. Best played in short bursts. This isn't a live service that drip feeds content every 3 months.
If you've played the first one... well, it's pretty much just that, but more of it.
Super fun instant feedback gameplay.
this might possibly be the dumbest most over the top kung fu game that exists but that's why it's great
Amazing combat mechanic
Nice
Second most fun thing you can do with one hand
- The core gameplay is decent but it doesn't ever evolve into anything more complex even though the game pretends to. There are a ton of weapons but none of them change the way you approach the game. There are many "biomes" but none of them affect the levels in any way (even visually)
- As time goes on the game becomes more tedious instead of getting more difficult. Levels start having more enemies, more bosses and "harder" variants of enemies but again none of the enemies change the way you approach the game. Harder enemies just mean you have to strain your wrist more to click a few more times. As you unlock more skills the game also slows down more as every skill in the game wants to apply slow motion effects for some reason completely shattering the flow of the game.
- Poor presentation. Clashing artstyles, poor (in places even blurry) graphics, bad voiceover (I don't know why they even had to add it to the game in the first place). It feels like the game has no visual identity of its own
Fantastic fun game. Well worth the price.
Love this game!!!!!!!!!!
turn my brain off and let the fingers do the work
1 2 11 2 1 222 11 2 :-)
Secret Booger minigame genuinely made me feel queasy... but other than that pretty good game!
DO NOT BUTTON MASH....PART 2
Silly, over the top, kinda pointless, and I love it.
There's really not much to say that will convince you. It's a 2 button "brawler", for left side and right side. Most enemies die in one hit, some have more HP, some are "bosses", some juke you, some shoot you from afar. No matter what it is, you will only ever be pressing those 2 buttons, as you fight your way from node to node, unlocking skill points along the way that automatically trigger special abilities, etc.
The final 2 maps of the "campaign" are brutally hard, though, so beware. Other than that you have a survival mode, coop, and an endless campaign it seems.
WELL worth the asking price. Plus, I actually watched the credits for once, because they were heart-felt. Good job, you two.
This game reminds me of how absurd the act of playing a computer game really is.
As someone that used to be into the anime badassery of stick figure animations, this game is awesome. Don't bother if you've not got fast reflexes, though.
After playing the first game to completion, I was disappointed that this game didn't offer anything really new. Same weapons, same mechanics, same visuals. I didn't see the point to invest twenty more hours into the same thing.
I still can't believe that this got a collab on Hyun's Dojo. Really nice.
It's great
One of the greatest indie games of all time.
perfect, the onlything that can be improved is the visuals
some upgrades, some downsides to OFDP 1, but maybe better launcher and handling of the game window. more UI garbage, also how the main controls can't be used on the level selection between levels. some extra bloat with visuals, but its mostly fine for some levels.
Levels like the other game, increasingly drags out with more enemies, like 200-500 enemies + extra button mashing events.
they did give a bit better visual feedback to some of the gameplay, but in some areas it can get it's weak spots.
but there is more "skills" or abilities that gets used to kill more enemies, which can cut down on the "grind". some old gamemode gimmicks that work, not too many new ones from what I have played.
I think there's something wrong with my mouse,
or maybe it's my eyes or fingers.
I HAVE NEVER HATED A CAT SO MUCH IN MY LIFE
