Одинокая придорожная закусочная в центре пустыне. Местные говорят, что она потеряла все свои цвета. Вы были отправлены для расследования.Discolored - это странный и сюрреалистичный пазл-приключение, место разворачивается в одной изолированной локации. Ваша задача: вернуть цвета в этот когда-то трепещущий цветами мир. Что заставило цвета пропасть? Как их вернуть? По мере исследования, вы разгадаете множество изобретательских паззлов и разгадаете возможные улики, которые покажут вам самые глубокие секреты этого странного места в конце заброшенного шоссе.

I really enjoyed this game and games like this. However this game is SUPER short. There is only like one level.
I’m not sure whether I’d say it’s worth the price, as I got the game in a Humble Bundle, so my experience might differ from someone who paid full price. The game features a very interesting and fairly unique mechanic, though it feels a bit basic.
With any luck, the second game might improve on this foundation. Don’t expect a super long experience, though—I finished it in around 40 minutes on my blind playthrough.

Discolored is a very good puzzle game, not too difficult with a cozy ambiant and some nice graphics. I recommend it!!! 🖤🩶🤍

The game was very interesting puzzle game! Not too hard, quite short. Still trying to figure out the secret achievements xD

The game is basically 30 minutes long (if you take your time). Should be the demo for the sequel but instead you pay for it.
I wish I could give a thumbs sideways for this game.
The idea is pretty cool, you need to restore colour to the levels by investigating the environments. The lack of / restoration of certain colours make for some cool puzzles, and the overall vibe of the game is enjoyable; mysterious but relaxing.
The game falls short on being too obtuse. I won't spoil it but there is no logic to 50% of the progression, it devolves into clicking around every single location you've been to after every in game event to see if something has changed. If the movement speed was increased, and the animations for climbing ladders was reduced to like a half this wouldn't be too bad, but the movement speed is slow and the animations are even slower.
I'm not going to continue after level 1 as I imagine the obtuseness is only going to become more garish from here on out, but I really enjoyed the other aspects of the game.
The game is OK, but pretty illogical at times and you end up wondering around just looking for things that may be out of place so it becomes little more than electronic hide and seek. Became frustrating to play,
I'm torn between liking or hating the length of the game. The good thing about it is that its short, so its easy for me to complete all of the achievements and finish the game in within a short due time. Bad thing I guess is that I see potential, and its short as heck. A genius idea to put in the game though is the tease of the sequel in the ending. That must mean we're jumping straight to it. A bonus plus side is the creepy soundtrack. I thought this was just gonna be a regular puzzle game. What's with the creepy music? I thought something bad was gonna happen, y'all got me locked in for no reason. I was preparing for a boss battle or something lol. But whatever, I didn't know what to rate it. I'll give it a thumbs up cus I think I enjoyed the puzzles, the short time I was here.
the game concept is very nice... the game is very short though....
Tidy elegant visuals, gentle sonic atmosphere, for me it worked as a short mood piece, which is what I was after so, good sale purchase. Puzzles are so-so, some "...okay then" moments. Hints of a bigger story.
A brief exercise in unconventional puzzle design, and pretty much nothing else. There is no story, only a premise, and no narrative crumbs to spur your imagination apart from a general air of mystery. The Search felt like it managed to say something in its short running time, but Discolored seems purely gameplay or exploration-oriented – except that neither is strong enough to carry it all by themselves.
The puzzles are quaint, which can be considered a plus, but only once you’re already done and looking back at them, not when you’re still solving. In fact, the word "solving" itself feels inappropriate, since there is no specific logic to figure out; on the contrary, bending the logic is the whole point here. The game’s still perfectly beatable without guides or hints, but that’s purely thanks to a convenient UI and a very limited area of operation. Most of the time, you just try everything on everything, then watch with "huh" or "wat" as unpredictable weirdness happens.
Perhaps, with Discolored 2 coming, this can eventually stack up to something convincing and conclusive, but for now it is not.
