This game is very very good, I would love to see mutliplayer teams as well as a robust online following but I probably never will :(

2 points of feedback: Wish you could review the board and units on opponents turn also wish there was a log on the side that highlighted previous actions for review.

It's really really good!

This game is ridiculously addictive. It is based on a well-designed desktop version and has tons of in depth game mechanisms. It almost feels like a round-based desktop Dota. The internal AI at this moment only provides three bots, but I enjoy a lot with different random combinations of my team. I would definitely want to see this game attract more attention and become more popular as it deserves so. Also kudos to dev's continuous hard work despite the current small community. To me this game is definitely worth the price.

Probably one of the best boardgames out there
Completely skill based, No RNG, requires match up knowledge and good in game decision making, mistakes are easily punished by an experienced player

The game itself is rather interesting, but no one seems to play it. so to find a game with real people almost imposible. There also only one variant of playing with computer and it is rather boring as you play with randomm heroes against fixed set of heroes.

It's a decent game, but with two major flaws at the moment.
1. Small community. You could be waiting an opponent for 10-15 minutes to no avail.
2. "Out of sync" bug in Custom mode. I tried to play with my friend two month ago. We managed to play one game out of three without the bug. Sure, there is some fun in playing two different games at once, but only the first time.

Though I doubt that anything can be done with the first problem in the near future, I hope the developers at least fix the second one. So the thumb up is not to the game at its current state, but to the game it might become if devs at least fix Custom mode and add AI mode.

P.S. IMHO, at its current state the game is worth bying only if you have someone to play hotseat with.

TL;DR It was sold to me as a turn-based MOBA and definitely feels like that, with a ton of strategy involved. Love it.

Leaving a review now. I am anticipating the AI Mode greatly and bought it on sale, though realistically with Hot Seat playing vs. my wife and even against myself it's been awesome. Full price would definitely be worth it. 8$ seems a bargain for what looks to be a very deep game. Lots of heroes make it so that I will likely spend at least an hour just looking at them and figuring out good combinations/strategies. Very intricate and specific hero design makes it look really awesome for replay.

I do really look forward to the AI Mode because A) with little kids around I just feel guilty about playing multiplayer with them around (also they interrupt games and I wouldn't want to make other player wait); B) I just like single player.

Seriously though, awesome game even without AI mode. Will try some multiplayer and likely get rocked. Get it!

I think this game would be great fun to play if it actually worked. I'd definitely play this as a board game, or if the developers fixed this computer version. I try to play vs my friend, and we connect to each other, but then at some point in the game, we end up playing different games? We will get to the point where she will have 1 point left, and I will have 2 points left, but she will tell me very different numbers, so we never finish a game with the same result. It's not our internet connection, because we don't have this issue with other multiplayer games.

This is a great game. Recommend to everyone who loves boardgame. I'm seeking this for a long time. The only problem here is not too many online players now. Please do more advertisement to avoid becoming another 'BannerSaga Faction'.

Nice game but no one plays it. There's around 4 players on the game on average and it's in dire need of a single player mode or something to let players enjoy the game since the online community is severely lacking. Played against myself and found the mechanics interesting and the characters to be neat. I'ts a great concept I just think it's a shame there's no one online to play it with. It's worth the price (under $10), just needs a larger community or will stagnate further to having maybe 1/2 players. I'm sad I missed the launch time when there were other players on the game.

Pretty solid game.

So far pretty fun! Trying to counter your apponent makes the game pretty interesting. However, when my brother and I play against eachother on seperate PCs we sometimes get this problem where we are playing different games kind of. It's like the game is not tracking our moves and displaying them correctly on the others PC. So, I will see my borthers moves one way that is contrary to how my brother actually moved his characters. Besides that great game!

The dynamics between players when banning and picking heroes, struggling to not allow opponent to get combos/counter opponent is super fun, but that also mean players have to be very familiar with the Bestiary. So you'll really have to read the Bestiary thoroughly and probably come up with some combinations before playing, unless with frds.
