I bought this video editor back around 2021 - 2023 (but I'm not sure what date I've stopped), but I have to admit. As a content creator like myself, I wouldn't recommended or buying this video editor at all, because it's probably the worst one I used since I used this for the total of 81 hours. For a cheap price, meaning that you know that it may not be good, which I was right. The editing process was completely fine, trimming videos was good. The audio was a pain because when adding music or sound effects, you don't see the audio waves which is the most important part when editing videos, even animations. Instead, just a box. It was a pain to position the audio to the right place that I want. The translations, it's ok but if you want to do it, you have to do it on the specific video track. Lastly, the export took so long to do, the translations are effecting it, which it takes super, SUPER long to export, but the quality looked good and HD. The only thing I like is that you can set your own FPS since I have a monitor that supports 144FPS.
Overall, I really don't recommend buying or using this video editor. But I would buy Movavi Video Suite 2025 (or Video Editor between 2022 - 2025 versions if you prefer, but latest/current year I would definitely recommend). It's the best video editor in Steam for sure, which is the top best video editors.
Mmmmiiiddd use da Vinci resolve instead
I bought this on sale for a good price and I've been satisfied with it. It's easy to use, good for begineers like me. I recommend it.
Last time I tried to use it, it could only bring my mp4 file in as audio. Crashes, when making certain types of changes. Buggy at times. For a cheap video editor it got me through what I needed. But not good for advanced video editing.
Works well, when I couldn't figure something out with the software and emailed the support they got back to me within a day, sending a YouTube link on how to do it, step by step, only issue was it was in Chinese which I don't speak but that's not to hard to fix with google translate, for a 1 time payment of $14.99 this is a really good editing software
i had no idea what a mmk file was but it's not an mp4 file. not to mention what's advertised is NOT what you get DO NOT BUY.

It's a simple and useful video editing program and I'm very pleased with it.
it fucking sucks but i love it
This video editor is decent if you want to create short clips quickly and you catch it during a sale. But if the kind of content you're wanting to produce is a few steps further than that then you should probably look elsewhere because it's only slightly more advanced than Windows Movie Maker. Buy it if you're on a tight budget, just be prepared for jank.
Great for people new to editing its good for newbie begginers for video editing
i bought this several years ago (more like begged my mom) PLEASE dont buy it PLEASE
i used it a few time ago , but yeah it's a simple video editing software , easy to use, after as always you'll need some other applications like files converter or synchronising ... depends of what you are making , but i did a quick stuff once with , it did the job .
after using it for a while im sad to say it. but this program is bad....very......VERY.....BAD
i dont recommend this software
sometimes it will crash, but it auto saves pretty frequently, so in the rare occasion it does crash, not much work was lost. worth the money. if you're looking for a pretty decent program, i say buy it.
What a f*cking disaster. The only reason I've used this app for so many hours is because how user unfriendly it is.
The tutorial is for macs and its not the same for PC, so its useless.
Don't buy.

Despite being called movie mater it can only barely handle 2 hour long clips
It gets the job done, but there are probably free movie makers that do it better and without bugs.
