I cannot figure out why games have horrible camera angles and controls. It really breaks the game.
If you follow the story of God Eater and like the "OG" God Eater, I'm not recommend this game.
1. The story change a lot
2. The story is to short (compare with the GE and GE2)
3. Gun mode is not very effective anymore since they remove blast gun
4. No more Alisa (it's personal btw). But they really remove almost the God Eater "OG" character
As a player who play the game for its story, This game is lack of story. Seriously ngl.

I wish there was a neutral option. I won't say this game was bad, I did enjoy parts of my time thru it so far. But after 10 hours I started thinking about how much more fun I'd have if I was playing monster hunter instead of this.

Expecting wagyu beef steak would be a bar too high, but this is really a good steak. With the recipe that consistent, a formulated sauce that mesmerize to the prequel. Delightful time with delightful dinner, and the side dish is God. (referring to caesar salad)

The best "hunting" game. It's stylish, straightforward, emotional, addictive, with lots of hype moments, the aerial skill ceiling got raised by the new "dive" skill that every weapon got, and it doesn't waste your time with unnecessarily large hp pools on enemy monsters. The 8-players assault mode is revolutionary and underrated.
ive always want to play this game since it was release beside mid story i enjoy the binding burst mechanic not like the second game i feel like this one was more fluid in combo and continous attack which is why i love this game

Phym is best girl. I have tried so many times to get into Monster hunter and I just don't find myself getting pulled in due to the lack of a good story and compelling characters put me. This has put me off on a franchise I've known id should like in theory for years. In comes God Eater 3, It has everything I found appealing about the monster hunter formulae and combat but with a story that is actually really really good. I'm not done yet but I love all the supporting and main cast it is super compelling and I cant wait to get to endgame :-)

If you played the other previous entries in god eater you know what to expect but i really love this one for the new crescent moon weapon and the fact the monsters can now also devour you for bonuses. I dont really remember the story since i havent played it since release but i remember doing just about every single mission before postgame patch. If your curious about tackling it I highly suggest it with friends, its just a beautiful game with pretty characters

First 2 hours i almost gave up to this game. The control mechanism, the name of skill, name of aragami item is making me dizzy. But the gameplay it self is the best.

Love this game. Gameplay-wise it's definitely the best in the series, i love the characters and the story is great. One criticism however is that there aren't as many clothing customizations compared to the previous games, and some pieces of clothing are really annoying to find (Looking at you, Hope).

GOAT EATER
I can understand why people might not like this game. But I enjoyed it quite a lot.
It's a faster paced God Eater game where the player is faster, the Aragami are faster, and even the story moves way faster. The story was a blend of GE1 and 2, and can pretty easily be summed up as the power of family. Very anime.
I would have liked to see more returning Aragami, but the selection available isn't horrible by any means.
The new weapons and Burst Arts are great. There's good music. There's boobs.
I can only hope another God Eater game can come about to perfect what's already there.
