Sanguine Sanctum is an atmospheric horror-exploration game with a low-poly, PS1 aesthetic. It is a short experience meant to be completed in one sitting, taking about 45 minutes to complete.

You are responsible for It. Delve into multiple worlds in search of Offerings. Return with an Offering and witness It flourish.
It desires more. Nourish it.
There is more to the Sanguine Sanctum than meets the eye. Only the truly worthy can unlock the mysteries of the Sanctum and discover the secrets held deep within. As It grows, so does It's hunger. Feed It more.
It is all.
It always was. It always will be. It is now under your care. Do not fail It, the consequences will be dire.

One of the longer games from prolific low-poly horror from Modus Interactive. A surreal game that resembles the wonderful aesthetics of early PS1 games, it is viscerally enjoyable and shows Modus' level of experience in creating atmospheric environments that call out to be explored.
This unique title offers an unconventional gaming experience that may not appeal to all players. The game features an impressively crafted, unsettling atmosphere enhanced by dynamic visual effects, including shifting textures and fluid movements throughout the environment. The distinct art direction is particularly captivating, with certain levels evoking memories of the surreal installations at Swarovski Kristallwelten, reminiscent of my childhood visits to the crystal museum.

Fun little game! The ambience and sound design are fantastic.
Would recommend to anyone remotely interested in PS1-style walking sims.
