very addicting and enjoy playing
Great game from a indie studio. Still learning the most efficient ways to run my individual departments and how to react emergencies.
Bigger hospitals are not playable, the game is not optimized, but casualy playing and building smallerhospitals is quiet enyoable.
Oh and you can hospitalize patients for a twisted wrist 10/10
Oncologist would be cool
The game is very fun and I think there can be much more content to the game.
And very good medical game. My favorite things about the game is that it's accurate and realistic , I like that I could use my medical knowledge to make a successful hospital. of course it is not 100% like real life.
I'm looking forward for more content, I'm sure that I'll buy it.

mmmm Project Zom-hospital
Great game if you want to feel an emmersive hospital experience. Especially if you're the type who loves building and know medical terminology. It takes about 15-30 minutes or so to understand the basics of the game. The game is quite the realistic when it comes to medicine, but there are some errors, but I don't mind. The game can get boring if you want constant cases, in that case I suggest getting a mode. The DLC's aren't anything special but they bring a little more light to the game, you can decide that for yourself. Overall, 8/10, would recommend if you are part of the medical field or like building.
My favourite hospital management game of all times, super in-depth
I got a good run out of this. I enjoyed it more than two points hospital
Love the realism of the gameplay.
House Simulator
I love to play, it was really fun.
Project Hospital: A game that will be as close as we can possibly get to running our own hospital. Endless hours of fun. Although it’s challenging to learn it’s also fair enough to learn.
I only had to get used to seeing a different organization than my country’s NHS (which kind of set me off guard when I started my journey). This is because:
-Internal Medicine here IS the same as Emergency. So everyone goes through it after being triaged. And then assigned to the respective speciality if needed.
-Opthalmology is its own dedicated department (and so is Neurology). In the game they are treated as one.
This was a review of pure gameplay without mods, so the true quality of the game is still strong in vanilla. Has workshop support. Highly recommend grabbing the game if you’re a fan of management sim games. Building is also solid, performance too (as long as you tweak the game right).
Final score 8/10 (has a few minor bugs).
Gotta say this is an awesome game for people that like building and management simulators. Originally wasn't sure about it because some reviews were saying there is a huge learning curve after Tutorial 2, but that must have been fixed with the last few updates or something since I have been able to grasp the management aspect of the game fairly easily. Some parts were a little off-putting, like some departments having a clinic and hospitalization section in the UI with different doctor assignments, but I've come to understand it. Now I have only just finished Campaign 2, haven't touched the challenges yet, and haven't even started my own hospital, but I can see how specializing in different departments can add a lot of replayability when you decide to build out a hospital. The depth in this game is pretty awesome, with there being a lot of diseases and symptoms people can have. The building aspect is really unique too with how walls are placed, and being able to rotate the camera angle 90* (although I stick to one angle to avoid putting up decorative walls for sides that are not visible). Having up to a four story building is also pretty amazing, I took one look at one of the pre-made huge hospitals and can't wait to build my own like that. Definitely recommend to people who like grid-based building and management games like Prison Architect.
Theme hospital vibes.
Complex systems and treating MO pathways, otherwise let your staff work for you.
Space, numbers, flow and management tycoon with a reasonable campaign.

Great management game. Only downside I'd say is that it's a bit unbalanced, specially when your hospital grows bigger and bigger, and there're not many pretty decorations to put there, making everything look kinda dull. Besides that, definitely worth buying it on a sale. 8/10
One of the best hospital sim that I have ever played. Building an aesthetically pleasing hospital with good staff logistics and traffic makes it a rewarding experience
Cons:
I can't mute the ambulance sirens individually, build mode is still clunky but still pretty insane.
Great management game with lots of details, which also happens to runs great on steam deck.
The beginning was a bit hard because there was little guidance of how to get things done etc. But 60 hours later I'm still hook to this game and haven't finished all the parts!
As much as I want to like this game, it's just not quite _there_. The controls feel clunky than most similar games, for example having to switch between departments, or specifically hiring staff for an individual workstation rather than hiring from a global staff list. The way the game pauses when in "management" mode vs "doctor" mode is also a big negative for me - I want to play a management game not play doctor, which it feels like is really where this game is designed for but that's not what I want from a title like this. But as a management game, it just really doesn't go very deep.
On the plus side, if you like microing individual patients and trying to choose treatment options and diagnosing conditions yourself, this game feels good for that. It's fun to have it be more "realistic", with actual medical conditions to solve and treatments to use. The graphics are great, and being able to build across multiple floors is nice. The game has no bugs and seems to be well maintained by the devs with a nice community - but it's just not the management game it advertises as.
A good game to play if you need something to get your mind off of things after work. 10/10 actually fun :)
Such a fun game. Only wish they still made content for it. Maybe we'll get a 2nd game someday!
Definitely a great game for time management and strategy. Gets slow when too many people are in the screen, but that might just be my computer. Highly Recommend this game. It's hours of fun trying to diagnose and not kill patients. The building and organization of a large hospital takes time to get right, so be patient and read some walk-throughs. Like any other game, don't expand your staff too quickly. Would love for them to make a version 2 updated game on an updated engine. But I love building all my hospitals!
Project Hospital is a management simulation game that puts you in the shoes of a hospital administrator and allows you to oversee the complex workings of a medical facility. It offers a detailed and realistic experience, catering to fans of both strategy and healthcare sims. Here’s a breakdown of its pros and cons:
Pros:
Realistic Medical Simulation: The game's attention to detail is impressive. From diagnosing patients to complex surgeries, Project Hospital goes deep into the medical processes. You can hire doctors, nurses, and support staff, each with unique skill sets, and there's a wide variety of illnesses and injuries to treat. For those interested in medical procedures, this game is a treat.
Customization and Control: One of the standout features is the amount of control you have over building and managing your hospital. You can design the hospital layout, place departments, and even decorate it. This adds a layer of creativity to the game that makes each hospital feel personalized.
Challenging Management: The game isn’t just about healing patients; it's also a business. You have to balance patient care with finances, manage insurance contracts, and deal with staff management. This creates a dynamic experience where your decisions matter.
Modding Community: There’s a strong modding community for Project Hospital, which means you can expand the game with new content, buildings, and even diseases. This helps keep the game fresh and allows for further customization.
Cons:
Steep Learning Curve: The realism that makes Project Hospital appealing also contributes to its complexity. For beginners, the game can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to understanding medical diagnostics and managing multiple departments.
UI and Micromanagement: The user interface, while functional, can feel clunky and overcrowded at times. Managing multiple patients, departments, and staff becomes tedious, and without enough streamlining tools, you might find yourself lost in micromanagement.
Lacks Story-Driven Content: While the gameplay mechanics are solid, Project Hospital doesn't offer much in terms of story or narrative. There's little sense of progression beyond building a bigger, more efficient hospital, which can lead to the experience feeling repetitive after long sessions.
Limited Casual Appeal: If you're not into hardcore management sims, Project Hospital might not be for you. Its focus on realism means it doesn't cater to players looking for a more laid-back or simplified experience.
Verdict:
For fans of detailed management sims and anyone interested in the intricacies of running a hospital, Project Hospital is a fantastic experience. However, the steep learning curve and heavy micromanagement aspects might deter casual gamers. With its modding support and realistic simulation, it offers plenty of content to explore but may require patience to master.
Score: 8/10
The game is awesome, the UI (mostly the settings) is a 2003 style "I don't have to pay for a UI designer, I can do it myself" nightmare though, but I still recommend the game 10/10 for people who like management and or emergency services :)
Very fun and that is what counts
