In the town of new blossom you have the ability to buy homes, fix them up, and let people live comfortably in them. While also being able to be a franchisee for the local businesses who no longer have dedicated owners. Now you won’t be doing this alone you have a trusty handy-women to help you on your journey. There will be a lot of downtime if you do things right and there are things to do around town for extra money to fill it up.Never forget or become lazy
Always remember that buying homes is just one part of what it take to be a landlord you have to ensure that it always stays up to par. Your tenants can leave and a large bill of issues that must be fixed before the home can be rented again will follow. The lower the condition of the home the more issues rise and the more issues the unhappier the tenants will become. Less rent, more issues, and more money to spend are just a few of the things you'll have to come to terms with in new blossom.
Buy what you want, When you want
It's your choice what to buy and when rather it be small homes, large homes, just the businesses. It's all up to you and that's the fun of it, you can be your own landlord. Then in the end, own the whole town how you choose.Charge high, Charge low
The amount of rent can also be chosen rather you want to be a evil person and charge the highest you can or be a humble landlord and charge next to nothing. These are the choices that can be made but each comes with it's own drawbacks and benefits. If you do everything right and get everything taken care of you can enjoy the extra activities in town, which will in turn earn you some extra money to help own the town. You can play these mini games to waste time but don't waste too much time or a wave of problems might wash you away.

It's terrible. There isn't much more to say. Might as well put $5 on red because you'll have more excitement with that than this game.
Been looking for a landlord/property manager simulator for some time, and I get this tries to be that, but it's just horrible. Graphics aside, it's just a terribly boring game. Running around chasing nonsense is what it should be called.
This is weirdly enjoyable if you spend a few hours with it, but the negative reviews are fairly spot on in that there's not much of a game here. Were Valve ever to add a Neutral option to reviews Landlord Simulator would get one from me. LS really does feel like a spreadsheet in many ways, an asset flip in others...and yet I still sort of liked playing it.
Buying and renting out houses is viable if you don't mind constantly fast-forwarding time to barely earn your initial investment back over an extended period. Stores on the other hand are money pits, depending on item pricing and staff wages you can easily rake in $100k in less than twenty minutes with one store by abusing the game time speed option.
There are optional minigames aside from the necessary (or not if you hire a worker) ones of repairing broken objects in your owned homes, but these earn little and are somewhat tedious due to collision issues with AI characters. I can respect the developer for trying to flesh out his game but these never quite manage to ditch that tacked-on feeling to expand game time.
If you can pick this up for around $2.50 and have a soft spot for really offbeat titles, Landlord Simulator could be your jam. Depending on your own goals, completing this could take one or several hours.
I probably would not recommend this game. I was looking for a fun rental/landlord simulator game but this is not it. You start off with money and buy houses to rent and generate income. It's kind of weird that every house is for sale in town. The game moves too slowly even in 3x speed especially considering you can't save your progress. The mini games take forever and really aren't worth the income. Most of the game is spent waiting around to collect rent and waiting to get enough income to but a new house. That would be alright but you have to restart every time since you can't save. I would also like to see some more elements added in. May you have to negotiate with tenants or deal with the setting of neighborhood?
It is an alright game. could deffinetly be more exciting. Like if things broke on the game actually show them broken. maybe have a stove fire. a bed bug infestaion. instead of just somethings broken, and theres a red light over it. I would also like to be able to interact with characters around town, and in the houses I own. They could tell me what they need. like if rent is to high, or if it is a steal. The ability to add on things to the building to bring up rent. like a new room, a pool, a backyard. Pets. If someone wants a pet they have to pay a fee. Also my landlord is so boring. Not stlish at all. I want them to wear a fancy dress. lol! I hope you make this game better because it is really bare bones to me. My roommate told me I should get into game design. He himself has worked on video games. Thank you!

I have never played such a boring game. if i knew it was going to be this bad , i would not have paid for it.
It is a fun game with a lot of potential.
Very basic. Not what I was expecting.
The game is a very big dissappointment to me in terms of features the game has not met the expectations I was hoping for like you can't build your own real estate and this is far below expectations. This game could have been a very great game but fell well short. For those who thought that this game was going to be great don't bother buying It. All you do is buy homes and fix them up and collect rent and that's all you can do. is The game lacks in so many levels that It is beyond a disgrace. If you love owning real estate then the game is for you. For the price the game misses the complete package. There are still so many issues that need to be addressed It's not even funny. I have already uininstalled this game and have no reason to play It ever again what a waste of money to buy It.
