Endless Games
Tabletop Simulator has it all. The base game includes 15 classics like Chess, Poker, Jigsaw Puzzles, Dominoes, and Mahjong. Additionally, there are thousands of community created content on the Workshop. If you’re the tabletop gaming type, we include an RPG Kit which has tilesets & furniture, as well as animated figurines that you can set up and battle with your friends, with even more options in the Chest. There’s even an option for Game Masters so they can control the table!
Create Games
If you’re into creativity and prototyping, you can easily create your own games by importing images onto custom boards & tables, create custom decks, import 3D models, create scripts, and much more. You can choose to upload your creations on the Steam Workshop or share them privately with your friends.

I would like to add computer AI as players, when I play Monopoly Mega and Monopoly Ultimate. I am not sure if creating Compute AI Players is even possible. But if it is possible, then I am willing to create them with differently playing styles and/or at least levels of difficulty. You can go on and have and add the game source code to the games, in order to make to option to play with them as a permanent option for everyone. If you have any information that can help, I would be greatly appreciative if you can point me in the right direction.
This is quite possibly one of the most incredible additions to my steam library ever. I got it for playing commander with my friends but now I play all sorts of table top games on it.

I've always loved board games, and this is a beautiful way to play games with friends from across the country! So many choices and options all in one place.

It can be a bit clunky, obtuse and at times downright annoying but I still think its amazing at giving indie board game publishers a shot to make it big. Tabletop simulator lets me try out someones prototype and see what their vision of something is without the expensive prototype or meeting them in person and for that I highly endorse it.
I think its a good game to have if you like the idea of being able to play with your friends and family with some good old fashion board games and card games online with your pc or vr. And best part is, you can make your own custom games too.
The best option to play board games, even if very janky, it's still the best option. Please make a Tabletop Simulator 2.

The handful of really basic board games I tried playing were really broken, and the POV of the game is annoying and inconvenient if you're not playing it in a VR. I couldn't even play a simple game of Othello without it running out of correctly made tiles to be able to finish.
Great game. I can now play Chess with my friends 4 timezones away. I can play go fund me board games with my friends 2 hours away. This has allowed me to be social while being at my own house, with my friends at theirs. 9/10. My only gripe is that I am not quite sure if there are bots that you can play with. this only exists because I am technologicaly illiterate.
This game of games is the best thing you can actually buy on Steam.

amazing game to get the boys together to scream at each other at the top of your lungs and screw each other over XD. the DLC games are great and the workshop has some fantastic projects as well 10/10
One of the best games out there, the modularity, scriptability and possibility to create your own game or incorporate any kind of board game is unprecedented.
Also the mount of games is staggering, rarely will you ever not find exactly what you are looking for - and more!

I really like how the workshop has over tons and tons of board game’s I can download for free. When it comes to the controls on PC and Steam deck they can be a little tough but they’re easy to get the hang of. Whenever I make my own custom game I like that there are many settings you can do to your custom server. This game was really worth my money :)

Tabletop Simulator has a vast quantity of games available in the Steam Workshop. No matter what type of game you enjoy—strategy, role-playing, card games, or classic board games—you'll find an abundance of options, many of which player-created.
Games of all variety are in the workshop from Chess to some of the top games.
With the right guys it is fun.
It's not so good with dice-centered games. I like it more with card-centered games.
You can download many modules to virtually play tangible tabletop games with you friends over the internet.
You can also just flip the table.
I love rolling big fat dice on a table to do the board game objective. It is very fun when someone flips the table and calls me a slur for winning.
has some very useful tools and options available, i mainly use it for MTG and D&D and it does both well, my only issue is, it can get laggy sometimes.
Excellent game and workshop support for mods. Not recommending until they remove the VR Supported tag. The VR is completely broken.
This game has allowed me to try out models or units from games I enjoy, before I buy the physical ones to take to games in person with old-heads who don't like the idea of playing those games on pc. And i can get games in with my friends easily. the setup takes some time getting used to depending on the game you're playing, getting good with the available tools helps. I play mostly WH 401k and AoS and this has helped me get better without having to take the models i own out of the case and drive a half hour to the nearest gaming friend.

tabletop simulator is a good game with steam workshop support so there is a HUGE amount of variety, you'll be sure to find something that interests you.
fun to play with friends if you enjoy tabletop games, you'll easily be able to get your money's worth for sure!
achievements
achievements wise you need to idle 1k hours and do a few grinds. the most challenging one would be to get 8 players together for the "Laser Light Show" achievement. otherwise totally doable, just requires some time.
I play Global War 1936 v4.2 on here. It is really fun to play on here. 9.5/10 stars.
The best way to play warhammer, hands down. This game has really opened doors for global gaming with friends that can no longer sit around a table to play games.
Super fun! The best feature of the game is "workshop" games, the ones designed by other tabletop sim users.
Get 4 copies and give 3 to your best friends or gaming group. Stop scrolling through the reviews. It works, it's fun, and the workshop never ends. Discord communities abound. Board gaming has never been so accessible.
I was introduced to this game by a friend who I used to play board games with, and I was surprised by how much you can do in a digital setting. The game itself is highly customizable due to the rich amount of assets and mods you could find in the workshop, and the in-game tools are also fairly easy to use. so if you wanna have some fun with long distance friends, here's a table for ya.
Do not get this game if you plan on using it in VR. Controls are absolutely horrible. No way to turn the screen and you have to hold a button to move. There are joysticks for a reason. Holy s*** this was trash. You cant even change the movement. I went into the setting to change movement to the joy-cons. System registered it, but wouldn't comply with the changes.
Incredible way to play board games with friends which you can not see in person regularly. All of the tools in this game are super intuitive and make the physical to virtual switch seamless. If you are an avid board game player, this is a must have tool!
A really nice way to play boards games online with your friends that live forever away. Has some nice touches to make certain actions easier in a digital setting. All in all, a very good tool
Great way to have game night over discord with long distance friends, during bad weather, lock down, martial law if that's your thing. So much potential for this system to play so many games. Card games, board games, TTRPGS, miniature battles, etc. A little scuffed with minimal automation for tracking turns and such for most of the fan content but quick to get the hang of. Be warned, expect trolling in the form of being able to free draw or type on the board and manipulate each others cards, dice, or game pieces.

Great with friends, lots of board games to play. It had its highest value during lockdown but is also nice if you've some good friends you can't always see in person. Obviously there's clunkiness and if you have a favourite game you're better off playing a digital version of that game, but there's a lot of fun. It's also really good for if you're interested in a board game you might want to buy a physical version, but you want to give it a play first.
great simulator, allows you to play a bunch of community made games and stuff, i prefer to play INSANE MONOPOLY
My friend told me to buy this and at first I wasn't sure if I'd like it because it wouldn't give you the same feeling as normal boardgames do but damn was I wrong.
This is by far one of the most fun, hilarious and enjoyable games I've ever gotten and I can only recommend it to anybody who loves to have a chill evening with friends from all over the globe. There are thousands of free games available for download in the workshop. I do recommend having one active person in your friendgroup installing all of the games, it will make it a lot easier to swap inbetween them.
All in all, 100% RECOMMEND! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
This game allowed my family to keep up with our game nights while living long distance. While the base game has some quality games and DLC, the Steam Workshop content really adds a ton of value and options to this one.
P.S. Flipping the table is worth the price alone
