It's a nice game, not that expensive and you can have fun for a couple of hours. The only problem is that it gets really stressfull and repetitive, altough you can get some mods from the Workshop to introduce plenty of new calls.
Also, earning money is not that fast (only when you get promoted you get to have 100k+).
It's only singleplayer but to be honest, an online functionality would be fire. More mechanics would be great, but overall, give it a try, you will definitely like it!
I had never played the, 911 game ie. the prequel.
But I really liked this one, the cases are interesting and it also has a option to add calla from the previous game.

This game is really fun to play. You have to make desicions in real time and if you're too slow a person could die or something. I would recommend the game to anyone who likes fast paced games. Also if one incident goes wrong like you dont manage a gas leak quick enough, you could get another call saying a sschool is on fire! (because of the gas leak). Overall i give it a 9/10.
Intro: If I could describe this game in a single quote. It would be “At least I finished it once.” Now, truth be told the games not all bad, In fact. It’s alright. But because of its repetitive slog and because of its biggest missed lay-up….the game somewhat is a let down.
How the game works: But just so that everyone’s on the same page, let me explain how the game works. So at the start. You load in to your match to play as an emergency operator; however as you load in, you get to see these “tips” on your screen, which pretty much are detailed procedures for each scenario just in case you need it. Such as procedures for: snake bites, hypothermia, choking, fire, heavy bleeding, CPR and such. Once the game loads in however, you finally get to play as an operator, which now you are responsible of allocating and managing your units. Whether that be firefighters, paramedics, cops, plus with an extra task of also responding to emergency calls. Now thankfully when you start, the first area you manage is like a small neighborhood, but as you progress. The area you manage gets bigger and bigger until you reach the entire city.
My Experience: Now when I first played, everything was fine...I was learning how to manage my units, Sending paramedics to people who had strokes, sending fire fighters to gas explosions, sending cops towards people who had committed theft. And sometimes sending a mix of two units or even all three. And so far the game was fun…. I even took some emergency calls and learned how to do basic CPR. Plus I will like to add, that I even admired the certain aspect of the game and how it puts things into perspective. Like for example how important it is to have someone at least responding to the scene or having lots of units. Politics aside however , this game is a great representation of why we shouldn’t “dEfUnD tHe PoLiCe”for all those people with brain dead takes, but going back to the game. With each passing level that I completed. Thus far nothing changed, and here’s where the problem lies….
The Problem: Now I’ll admit….I did play on normal because I was clueless. But only because I didn’t know what the hell I was doing, but later on like in mid-way I decided to start a new run! And this time I switched difficulty from normal to hard in hopes of getting something different. Or idk. At least more detailed calls where I had to memorize what I saw in the loading screen. Or at least make very tough calls…..nope. Every time you progress. The situations you respond to. Get this. Don’t change. The calls you respond to, are all. the exact. same. way. and as long as you memorize what to do! (which isn’t hard) then the call that you are responding to is always going to be cleared. Shoot. You don’t even have to even try to respond in a certain way. Because most of the calls can either be solved in the first instance using basic f***king common sense or through asking them 1. “Where are you?” and 2. “I’m sending units over.”…….That’s it! Forget “the 4 W’s” And for a game that prides itself and tries to be an operator simulator, it really is a major disappointment. Especially since more than half of the “tips” in the loading screen. Aren’t even used or applied or questioned. So like?!?? Why even have it there in the first place? I don’t get it. And this entire game in its entirety can be summed up as a rinse and repeat of the same missions. Except. Each time it’s bigger and you got to do it. Hear me out. For 32 Missions….each one lasting 12-15 minutes each. That’s boring. That’s stupid. That’s mind numbing.
The End: Overall. I don’t expect every game to be warping my reality or flipping my worldview upside down….but if you have one of the biggest lay-ups ever by having an idea such as this. Then at least, at the very least….do a good job doing it….This game is super mid, and it honestly wouldn’t have made a difference if I didn’t play it. However if you decide to do play it. Get the game when it’s discounted, and when you got nothing to play.

Game Overall: 5/10
It has all the features of 911 Operator (including all of its DLCs) packaged into the base game, plus new features. Map size is considerably bigger. Free Play has a lot of replay value.
Using Proton on Linux - Game doesn't get pas starting loading screen, can hear sound effects but the menu never loads, worse still this appears to be a memory leak, resulting in my 32GB being taken up and causing a system to crash, all without getting as far as a menu. proton works fine with other games on steam so appears to be an issue with this one. SHOULD NOT BE MARKED AS PLAYABLE.
I really like this game but I wish they had more scenarios in the mix. This is a good SIM game and the campaign is well put together, I think more data is needed to make it more dynamic but overall enjoyed the game alot.

An improvement over the original 911 Operator, with a more realistic and fluid gameplay but still beset by some annoyingly glaring flaws and content reuse. Price is high with DLCs and its issues.
The original 911 Operator was good at what it set out to do, no question there. Dispatch resources to deal with problems as quickly and efficiently as you can. It did that job well, but it had some painfully glaring shortcomings that kept it from being as good as it might have been.
112 Operator managed to fix nearly all of them. This is the game 911 Operator tried to be. But while it may be an improvement in most ways over its predecessor, it still has problems - some painful, some just annoying.
Lots of flashing lights...
In many ways, this is such an improvement over 911.
When you set up your unit deployments before each duty, they remember it now. When they're done responding to a call, they go back to their assigned places. It's hard to overstate how nice that is.
Equipment is no longer the half-baked system of 911. You can design your own equipment loadouts to balance your units as you see fit. Police that have one guy with a medic kit in the car? Yes! Paramedics with tools? Yes! Police with tasers AND guns? YES! With multiple people in each unit and the ability to mix and match their gear, you can make your units flexible and capable... if you can afford it, that is!
The district system is... okay. Instead of just being given a whole city to start with, you progressively unlock districts as you go through more days (unless you go to high level difficulty). It's a nice change of pace, and you can disable mandatory expansion if you want to keep things compact and lower-stress.
This one fixes so much that's still broken in 911 Operator.
...and a fair few warning lights.
Unfortunately, it has a lot of glaring flaws that only become more obvious the longer you play.
The worst is that for a game reliant upon written information, the quality of what I assume to be an English translation is plain awful, much like the original. Inappropriate words, words that aren't words, clunky dialogue - a lot of the time the voiced lines sound like a Martian trying to impersonate a human rather than someone you might actually talk to - it's a game whose localization desperately needs a major brush up. Considering that easily 75% of this game's content is recycled directly from 911, that's a problem. It also raises the question of why there isn't a localization option for 911/112. It's literally one voice line. It would've been nothing to add an option switch, but they chose not to. (But there is a metric/imperial option switch. Go figure.)
The game is highly inefficient and you must have an internet connection for it to download resources. At least the original had some maps built in with the option to get more locations. What this tells me is the day that map data service dies for whatever reason, the game dies too. Not something I approve of at all.
Controls are sketchy, and with the minimalist UI style, it's sometimes difficult to tell when you have a unit selected or which one. A simple panel at the bottom with the selected unit's info would've solved that, but it's not there. So you will find yourself mis-directing units from time to time because you thought your selection was different.
Although the weather system adds some interesting complexity, it's psychotic. Started a game in January. Had a snowstorm. Good! However, the very next duty day, I had a scorching heat wave with high fire danger. Right after a blizzard. Call me crazy, but the Dublin I know doesn't do that. (Chicago, maybe.)
The Bottom Line
This game gets a lot of things right that 911 Operator got wrong, and it deserves a lot of credit for it. But it's not a perfect game, and a lot of the imperfections are by choice. They're unforced errors. With its flaws and performance issues, it's difficult to justify a $25 price tag, plus another $30 for DLC. But it's very well worth it on a sale.
Played the heck out of this as a kid on an ipad, great game.
Excelent Sequel to 911 with better features
If you want to practice working on a computer under pressure and love to operate in a familiar city environment, I recommend this game, which can also be customized to meet your pace and difficulty level.
The coolest part is the perfect in-game reproduction of a map the city where you are located, if GPS is activated in your PC or Mac. In my case, it is Rome, accurate to the district (Municipio) level. You start small, with a district of your choice, and you may expand as the game progresses and you feel more confident.
You may be faced with sudden emergencies or totally dull days, but always be on the lookout and keep your units prepared and equipped.
I use it to keep my mind working, because I am over 60 and I think my brain needs to be kept in good shape in the fast world we live in.
Technical advice for Mac users with Apple Silicon desktop computers: select Metal graphics before you start the game, or you won't be able to see any text.

If you are looking for a dispatch simulator, this is probably the best one out there. Seems that the devs took into their hearts to make the best and most creative game possible. The fact it allows you to take place wherever you want in freemode leads to enormous replayability. The scenarios are also fun and authentic.

Cool and good. I do have to admit that I was surprised by the amount of gang activities and major train accidents in Yakutsk. I sure as shit wouldn't be having drive-by fun in negative ten billion degrees that is considered average winter day there.

Your game is the most stressful game I have played in months. Not because it's hard(It is without the pause button) nor because it is a bad game but because it us a good emergency operator game. I am always stressed about every desciscion to save lives. Reload to see if I can save them. Well done, please keep doing more you are amazing developers

I don't play games like this, but for whatever reason it caught my eye and I've now bought the DLC and an micromanaging my teams, dispatching transport helicopters and lamenting the sluggish pace of my river police. So far, so good.
Very good sequel to 911 Operator (which I used to play on my iPad)
Fluid and smooth gameplay, still feel the crunch in certain situations - and the new email does help feel the impact of my decisions and the storyline more effectively.
Should probably improve city detection though! I don't live in America...

This game isn't to bad, but if you can get it for at lest around 60-80% off it is wroth getting.
Love this game. Just pure having fun.
It's mid, like really mid. I can't really recommend it for myself, I just don't find it very fun. All you do is the exact same thing. In free play there are like barely 20 diffrent calls and the general gameplay loop gets boring quickly. The missions are ok I guess just that some are a bit lacking. 3/10 would not recommend go buy something else.

A pure gem. The game's realism when it comes to calls and situations, with the loading tips being real world tips you can use (and will have to use in game). Calls are tense and you have to be quick and smart. It can induce some stress to the player though, which is to be expected, so dive in knowingly.
