I would recommend this game mainly because of how well developed and how well made the game actually is. I've faced no bugs or issues like that at all either. It would be nice if the game had features which would make it run better on devices with integrated cpus and gpus.
It's better than 911 Operator. More interaction. On sale too!
Oyun ilk zamanlarda kolay geliyor ancak ilerledikçe ünitelerin fazla olması hızlı müdahale yapmak biraz daha zorlanıyorsunuz.
Not worth it. There isn't enough special events available, and it turns out very boring once you've experienced every possible event (normally in six game hours). The worst thing is, after six hours you'll realize you can't get a refund from steam anymore because it's beyond the two hour limit.
It is realistic and can (apart from fun of course) teach you many things about first aid and behaviour in difficult situations. Playing as a rescue dispatcher, and answering (very authentic) calls from disturbed and desperate people gives you enjoyable time but also perspective and experience.
Well for someone who likes emergency serveces this is just perfect game, I would recomended it!!!
When the world is stressing you out, why not stress some more!
I originally fell in love with this game on my Switch- but unfortunately there's a bug on the console that prevents you from getting past a certain point in the story. When I got my laptop this was one of the first games I knew I had to buy.
The base game by itself has a wide range of different emergencies and, despite the repetition of some lines, does stand up to a certain standard of realism.
With the DLCs added it is a challenge, your attention is split seven different ways and the chances to go wrong multiply- if you're anything like me then this is a good thing. Actively stressing over a game I'm playing is what brings me the most joy, and even with a good number of strategy games under my belt this game has me wondering if I'll make it to the end of my shift.
Negative points:
It's called 112 Operator, yet we have "SWAT" units in the game? No country that utilizes 112 as an emergency number (namely all of the EU) have units called 'SWAT'.
Further on, all the emergency calls and the background noise? Not localized.
Then all the police units are working just like patrol cars. Including the water cannon truck and the armored vehicle for special police units.
For all units it, to me, makes little sense that the gear is allocated to the people. Gear in most is assigned to the vehicle. Think of all the stuff in a firefighter vehicle for example. The only thing that is assigned to the firefighter themselve is their PPE, the rest is 'shared'. This is even more true for ambulances and similiar vehicles.
The only exception would be police units that have more extensive gear assigned to them, but even there, there is stuff that is assigned to the vehicle.
Instead the game might want to change this into 'specialization'. So that you pay for them to get certified or trained in specific things or be allowed to use specific equipment.

This aside, the game is fun to play and has some good advice on how to behave in emergency situations.
It's exactly as I was afraid it would be: no local languages at all. Just that cement-thick American, slurred, rhotic R dialect. They haven't even bothered to use proper King's English ... in Europe! Naaaah... why would ye?! That's immersion breaking af! Dispatchers who want to play the game in their language, who were gullible enough to assume this was 112 in Europe, which it isn't, and who even needed a customer's mod to get the correct vehicle liveries for the European polices and emergency services 🤦🏼♂️ , and who thought it was recorded in their respective European languages, are totally boned.
They can READ their own languages, that's all, because that's what dispatchers do: they read the calls, they don't listen to them, huh? And if they were listening, the callers in Berlin would be speaking Mickey Mouse Lingo from the States, worst Backwater Yokel accents and whatnot, but certainly not German. Sure thing. 🤡 And the dispatchers in Europe also wear these buttugly blue overalls and the like, eh? They might do that in the US too, so for 911 it was okay.... ish, although I still wouldn't see why a call receiver would have to wear a certain uniform or even blue work clothes, as if they themselves were the paramedics or what, in order to attend calls? But that's a minor. Here are two majors:
For me, the game demanded admin privileges for its 112.exe to run, without it it crashed immediately for me. It didn't even load into the game ("... yaddah-yaddah.exe has stopped working"), no matter what "fixes" I tried, it didn't 'fix' anything, it just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. Giving it admin privileges however, et voilà "problem solved". Pfffft! Games that demand admin privileges for them to run, which none of my other games require, just this one, is utter tosh, is sloppily programmed trash already, and will be removed from my system for that reason alone. I am the admin, the only one, no one else, and certainly not a video game.
And then to market a supposed European emergency call centre game with our emergency call 112 (which in that game is in fact just 911 with the wrong map for 911, so I guess they renamed it 112, and that was apparently it), but then shovel a game onto yer machine that has as much to do with 112 as the lightning bug has to do with a lightning, for it's 112 americanised in and out and backwards, is an audacity in its own. A scam, even. I can't play this immersion broken pulp for a sec and take it seriously. That's not entertaining, it's exasperating. It plays like Trump had invaded Europe but kept the emergency number.
Unfortunately, I now also can't return this tripe anymore because I've owned it for too long, I suppose. But in return, I can still put the developer on my ignore list so that I never even accidentally spend as little as one quid on them again. Uninstalled for good, plus hidden in my library to not have to look at it ever again, plus put dev company on the ignore list. Done and done. And life can go on sif nothing had happened, and hopefully it will remain that way, Jutsu Games! I can jūjutsu. Maybe that's what ye meant to do?
popici
Resource and time management game where you are in control of a 112 operator center. As you get more and more resources you have to cover more and more ground. I like having to navigate the calls that come in and try to help with the emergency just like an actual operator would. Was pleasantly surprised to find there is even story put into the campaign. Well done.
love this game
this game makes me feel like the main character controlling the police but the best part is the zombie dlc where i can be rick grimes' guy in the chair
Keeps your mind very busy as you progress!
extremely laggy. Despite trying to be a non-US version of the original game, all of the accents are still heavily American, taking away from the immersion entirely.
really fun management game, definitely stressful and i wish the units stayed where they were originally assigned so there aren't areas left unprepared by accident. still worth the buy though! it's cool how the campaign mode has multiple ongoing problems and tells a story that you have to resolve.
its very addicting
I was a hesitant to purchase this game because I own 911 Operator, I decided to give this game a go since it's on sale and honestly I have enjoyed it so far. I haven't done much in the game yet but I am enjoying the new features like writing call reports and solving the new calls. I intent on playing this game more.
Game is pretty stressful in my opinion. Dont buy the dlcs, they make the game harder and more confusing depending on the dlc.
Fun
U like being a call operator?
Well then install it/buy it.
But well i just decline every call like deal with ur problems urself...
ส่งรถ ACLS ไปเคสแมวติดบนต้นไม้ สพฉ ต้องการตัวผม
Honestly a good game, I do feel like something is missing though.
🎵"I just called, to say, I LOVE YOU~"🎵
My dream of sending Swat teams armed to the teeth to defend against the dangers of grafiti.
the problem with small games like this is that it costs too much and they will get abandoned (no more actual updates since 2022)
i would not recommend buying this in 2025
good game a bit short tho
Another Hilarious steam game that crashes during the entire play.. simple click game that doesnt work is hilarous
I enjoyed 911 Operator; was a little hesitant to get 112 Operator. 10/10 would buy again
Hallå 112 vad vill du beställa?
Hej... en chese burger
ok
fun

relieve stress
Honestly, this game is amazing. It throws you into the deep end of emergency management, and the higher duties can get ridiculously stressful. There’s a huge variety of calls and scenarios, some of which really stick with you. Managing resources, prioritising emergencies, and dealing with unexpected disasters makes for an intense but rewarding experience. If you enjoy strategy games that test your decision-making under pressure, this is a must-play.
I just finished the main campaign on Normal difficulty. There's a lot to like about this game. The interface is an improvement over 911 Operator and simple simulations are shown when units arrive at the site of an incident. My main criticism is the required mechanic of hiring additional dispatchers as they have a bad habit of getting your units unnecessarily killed. For example, they might send a lowly patrol officer to take on a drug lord and his six heavily armed henchman. You can theoretically avoid this by making weaker units manual control only, but it would have been better to lower the incident count and retain the incident load from 911 Operator.
I can speak English very well but this game deserves Turkish language support. If that day ever comes, I'll update the comment as "recommended". Other than that, it's a good game.
operator we're stuck in snooooow:(((
love it
amazing zinner
fucking incredible
iTS A FUN GAME AND A DEFINITE UPGRADE TO ITS PRESISESER
A female firefighter emailed me about sending her to a cat in a tree incident so from that point on i got her a heli and made her go to every cat in the tree incident i got
Simple, addictive. Not the best UI design (can't sort units properly, which is half the game) and more than a little rough with the instructions, but more than serviceable. Seven hours later, I'm thinking about dispatcher assignments before bed. Worth checking out!
Cool game, exactly like the trailer so I was not disappointed
This is a good well made game, but has little staying power due to lack of depth from the source material.
visu meu de mic copil era sa fiu smecher si acum trimit fraierii unde vreau eu hahaha
It's a nice game, not that expensive and you can have fun for a couple of hours. The only problem is that it gets really stressfull and repetitive, altough you can get some mods from the Workshop to introduce plenty of new calls.
Also, earning money is not that fast (only when you get promoted you get to have 100k+).
It's only singleplayer but to be honest, an online functionality would be fire. More mechanics would be great, but overall, give it a try, you will definitely like it!
I had never played the, 911 game ie. the prequel.
But I really liked this one, the cases are interesting and it also has a option to add calla from the previous game.
Bought it in sale, enjoying it thus far.
great game for gamers
This game is really fun to play. You have to make desicions in real time and if you're too slow a person could die or something. I would recommend the game to anyone who likes fast paced games. Also if one incident goes wrong like you dont manage a gas leak quick enough, you could get another call saying a sschool is on fire! (because of the gas leak). Overall i give it a 9/10.
Intro: If I could describe this game in a single quote. It would be “At least I finished it once.” Now, truth be told the games not all bad, In fact. It’s alright. But because of its repetitive slog and because of its biggest missed lay-up….the game somewhat is a let down.
How the game works: But just so that everyone’s on the same page, let me explain how the game works. So at the start. You load in to your match to play as an emergency operator; however as you load in, you get to see these “tips” on your screen, which pretty much are detailed procedures for each scenario just in case you need it. Such as procedures for: snake bites, hypothermia, choking, fire, heavy bleeding, CPR and such. Once the game loads in however, you finally get to play as an operator, which now you are responsible of allocating and managing your units. Whether that be firefighters, paramedics, cops, plus with an extra task of also responding to emergency calls. Now thankfully when you start, the first area you manage is like a small neighborhood, but as you progress. The area you manage gets bigger and bigger until you reach the entire city.
My Experience: Now when I first played, everything was fine...I was learning how to manage my units, Sending paramedics to people who had strokes, sending fire fighters to gas explosions, sending cops towards people who had committed theft. And sometimes sending a mix of two units or even all three. And so far the game was fun…. I even took some emergency calls and learned how to do basic CPR. Plus I will like to add, that I even admired the certain aspect of the game and how it puts things into perspective. Like for example how important it is to have someone at least responding to the scene or having lots of units. Politics aside however , this game is a great representation of why we shouldn’t “dEfUnD tHe PoLiCe”for all those people with brain dead takes, but going back to the game. With each passing level that I completed. Thus far nothing changed, and here’s where the problem lies….
The Problem: Now I’ll admit….I did play on normal because I was clueless. But only because I didn’t know what the hell I was doing, but later on like in mid-way I decided to start a new run! And this time I switched difficulty from normal to hard in hopes of getting something different. Or idk. At least more detailed calls where I had to memorize what I saw in the loading screen. Or at least make very tough calls…..nope. Every time you progress. The situations you respond to. Get this. Don’t change. The calls you respond to, are all. the exact. same. way. and as long as you memorize what to do! (which isn’t hard) then the call that you are responding to is always going to be cleared. Shoot. You don’t even have to even try to respond in a certain way. Because most of the calls can either be solved in the first instance using basic f***king common sense or through asking them 1. “Where are you?” and 2. “I’m sending units over.”…….That’s it! Forget “the 4 W’s” And for a game that prides itself and tries to be an operator simulator, it really is a major disappointment. Especially since more than half of the “tips” in the loading screen. Aren’t even used or applied or questioned. So like?!?? Why even have it there in the first place? I don’t get it. And this entire game in its entirety can be summed up as a rinse and repeat of the same missions. Except. Each time it’s bigger and you got to do it. Hear me out. For 32 Missions….each one lasting 12-15 minutes each. That’s boring. That’s stupid. That’s mind numbing.
The End: Overall. I don’t expect every game to be warping my reality or flipping my worldview upside down….but if you have one of the biggest lay-ups ever by having an idea such as this. Then at least, at the very least….do a good job doing it….This game is super mid, and it honestly wouldn’t have made a difference if I didn’t play it. However if you decide to do play it. Get the game when it’s discounted, and when you got nothing to play.
