Super fun and competitive platforming puzzler!
Smart, hectic and cute, an unexpected new entry into the match puzzle genre. Pretty original mechanics, and cute pixel graphics make it interesting to play and keep playing.
A note, it might be more intense than the average Tetris/Puyo game, my gf says it looks to hard to play together. And I can see that the jump grabs can be a bit hard sometimes. So this is more of an advanced puzzler like Critter Crunch or the awesome Might & Magic Clash of Heroes. Both very recommended.
So I bought this game on the day of release and in the last 48 hour period I spent a quarter of the time ranking up and playing. The game itself offers a unique puzzle experience compared to my other most played puzzle game (Puyo Puyo Tetris) and is fast paced ADDICTIVE fun.
Obviously there are a few small problems with it only just being released (longer queue times and some quality of life changes that aren't yet implemented) but the game as a whole is really fun and I look forward to learning the strategies and defining the meta. Highly recommend this game for puzzle and platformer enthusiasts unless you have useful things to do because it will EAT YOUR TIME (a classic "one more attempt" game). Can't wait to get better and keep on stacking!
Great game not a huge ladder pool so at non peek hours you wont be able to play online, but other wise you'll be fine
I'm usually not into this kind of game but after watching a stream of it, it looked like so much fun I decided to jump in. And sure enough, it's a blast.
The game has a solo mode, local party mode and online matches.
Solo is good practice and allows you to unlock pages of characters and grapple cosmetics, but I think where the game really shines is while playing online. Things get intense fast and you have crossplay, so you can fight against both PC and Switch players regardless of which version you got!
My only complain so far is that you cannot unlock stuff while playing online matches, which is a bit of a bummer especially after a big match.
I'm still just a newbie, but so far so good!

Treasure Stack and creative spin on the tried and true puzzle formula we've seen time and time again. Combining some platformer elements into the formula changes dramatically how pieces are moved around the board. It is fantastic in concept and overall pretty simple to understand. However getting used to the controls can take some practice and don't be surprised if your first few rounds feel clumsy. After a few goes though I noticed a dramatic improvement which was extremely rewarding.
While the basic concept of what they were going for is fantastic, its the versus multiplayer that really shines. The chaos and thrill of playing alongside friends is a blast as you send pieces to one another to mess with their carefully laid blocks.
If you like puzzle games, party games, and local/online multiplayer this is a great game for you. Or if you are simply looking for a game you can quick pick up for a few rounds when you have a free 20 minutes like many have done with classic Tetris.
The developer fixed the controller problem, now online multiplayer works GREAT with a controller.
This is a great little puzzle game that takes inspiration from multiple other puzzle games and combines them into a fun game.
Pros:
-Simple to understand. The concept is simple, yet very addicting. Grab chests, match them with keys, get points, WIN!
-Controls. Treasure Stack works best with a controller, and it works well. The buttons are simple, and there aren't a lot of complicated moves to remember.
-Local Multiplayer. The chaos of you and 3 friends running around trying to survive the longest is a lot of fun.
Cons:
-Simplicity. Some may find this a bad thing. There's not a lot more to this game than what I described, and while it's a blast, some may want more from their games.
Meh:
-Price. This is a fun game, but some may find it a little expensive for what you get. Definitely worth it if you like puzzle games.
