Worms W.M.D is classic Worms chaos turned up to 11—with tanks, helicopters, crafting, and still plenty of friendly fire. It looks great, plays fast, and delivers those glorious “I can’t believe that worked” moments... and even better “I can’t believe I did that to myself” moments.

The physics are tighter than older games, the 2D art style is a return to form, and the new vehicles add a fun twist—though they can also feel a bit overpowered if one worm hogs a mech for 6 turns straight.

AI can be psychic or braindead, there’s no real campaign to speak of, and online play lives or dies by whether people rage-quit after blowing up their own team.

Still, for couch multiplayer and screaming at friends over a missed grenade—W.M.D delivers exactly what you want. Worms. Weapons. Mayhem. Done.

This game is so dog, when people say this game was a downgrade from the other games in the worm series, they are so wrong cause it is so much worse.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

There´s something still missing that it doesn´t make it as great as Worms Armageddon/WWP (maybe the lack of world variety or the aesthetics, I am not sure) but it´s still a very great Worms title

Fantastic update to a timeless classic retains all the aspects from back in the day whilst keeping it with the times. Comedic elements are unmatched, endless laughs playing with mates. Highly recommended.

Full of glitches, its infuriating at times. Platforming is a heavy component of this game and yet there will be invisible components of land that will either block you or blow you up if you shoot a bazooka at it. Just finishing up achievements and then I'm never playing this trash again.

Made the most elite Gestapo of Worms the world has ever seen. Unfortunately, what followed was 45 minutes of terrible driving, accidental self-detonations, and everyone swearing they were the true "leader." A military regime? More like a circus. And -Most Importantly- remember which button is to jump.

This party game is a MUST-PLAY WITH FRIENDS kind of game. Sure, playing against bots in missions or against strangers in online modes is entertaining, but the real fun kicks in when its with the people that you know. If you don't play this with any friends before you die, then you'll have never truly lived. ANYTHING can decide the victor in this game, and that makes it all the more fun. (I had more hours on Xbox.)

It takes A MILLION YEARS for the enemy worms to make a move, I could take a nap before they're done deciding.
Also, have fun constantly blowing yourself up 'cause there's a pixel-sized bit of terrain left that's literally impossible to see.

I keep forcing myself to play for the remaining achievements but it's mostly torture. Which is a shame, because I liked Reloaded.

Worms WMD, as nostalgic as it is, is still the game to do its for,mula the best in my opinion

For me, Worms W.M.D is the easiest game of the series to get into. I tried a bunch of the other ones both on Steam and on my Xbox 360 and this is the best option if you don't want any trouble and just want a Worms game to play. The others can be fun too, but they all feel dated either because of their graphics or their clunky interfaces and that keeps me from going back to them like I do this one. Of course, I would never recommend any of these games to someone who doesn't have at least one friend to enjoy them with.

W.M.D has a lot of customizability meaning if you find a feature you don't like in your game, you can just turn it off. It took me a while to figure out how I like the game but now that I've got it in a good place I don't mess with the rules much anymore. That customizability extends to the map generator which is quick and makes it very easy to find a map fitting your exact desires.

There's a certain layer of unpredictability to the series, no matter how good you get there will always be moments that you mess up and absolute mayhem ensues; these are, of course, the best moments. Watching my worm jump straight off a cliff to its death when I meant to throw a grenade is just about one of the funniest things to ever happen to me. Even something as simple as being able to name each of your worms allowed my friend and I to get so many laughs out of each other. You will be surprised how low your standards for comedy are while playing Worms.

I never thought I'd play this game as long as I have, but it frequently makes me laugh and scream and that's really the most important part of a game that pits you against your friends in a battle of some of the most clumsy insects this side of A Bug's Life.

no bots for multiplayer, chat full of toxic racists, and the online lobbies have no players spent my whole time waiting for people to join or launch games even had people constantly afk in ranked 1v1 queues, all that time wasted cant even refund it now. - go play armageddon instead

Worms W.M.D. Is an amazing game and definitely worth full price in my opinion.

Best worms game

Old worms 2d , i use to play in childhood worms Armageddon worms 3 and worms other game its quite good and interesting.
Now you can play even online ranked games to fight for loot and lvl exp and other shit, but i believe this game was playing even my brother he liked it. 10/10 its like heroes 3 game , duke nukem 3d , doom 2 and quake 2. Old classic game.
