Who Turned the Lights out!
Cargo Breach is an arcade like shooter where you enter a room with a number of alien enemies, clear the room and move onto the next.
There are 3 different types of guns and the unique thing about these guns is they are all customized by how you adjust your hand positions. By default you have two pistols but can turn them into a mini gun or plasma launcher both of which also have alternate firing modes.
Each weapon works better against different types of enemies so quickly knowing which to switch it at any moment is key to doing well in this game.
There’s no movement or teleporting in this, you just move to the next area and land in a preset location where you need to look all around to find the enemies.
This game is endless and the only way to regain health is finding it randomly in an area which can be rare.
The game is VERY dark and you need to rely on sound, your flashlight or the red eyes of the enemies to locate them
There is an online leaderboard, strangely it seems either the minimum to get on it is 100,000 points or only the top 5 scores are recorded despite it clearing saying "Top 10" since I got #4 spot but I think there was already 5 spots before and that didn't change. They work, just weirdly.
The replay value here is really just grinding out the Steam Achievements which atleast gives you some challenge like surviving 20 rooms, getting 100 kills with each weapon, shoot things in the rooms etc.
Seems like they ran a Halloween event which is connected to one of the achievements. In the current build you cannot complete this one making this game (unless they still do the Halloween event) not possible to 100%

Very great game, you go fast in the action, it's intuitive it's good looking and fun, u used this game to show my friends what my first oculus could do at the time
3/10, concept is alright, but I need to get my vision checked and receive hearing aids ASAP.
good game and cool guns and visuals. it could get repetitive but its an arcade game so thats what happens.
Great game, cool weapon mechanics! Not too long and tedious, just as VR games should be, Definitely a bang for your buck!
If this game were any more than $1.50 I would have said you should take a hard pass. Small environment, few enemy types and absolutely no settings/config at all.
But at such a low price, with actual decent graphics, textures, sound design and quite an interesting gun game play mechanic, I have to say I recommend it. Even the starting lobby has some very nice touches. You might not play it long, but if you want to expand your VR library then you could (and I have) do a lot worse with a buck-fiddy than this. If they released this with a proper campaign, actual movement and customizable settings (ala Dead Effect 2) then I'd definitely consider buying it for real money.
Purchased at $0.99, I Shouldn't Complain, But Will Anyways
For 99 cents, it is a fun little pick-me-up. It looks like a rogue-like shooter that unfortunately has only teleport and snap turning. The cooridors are fairly generic, but get the job done nicely; the same can be said about the enemies.
The variability you can get in weapons just by how the controllers are held is a neat idea, and effectively implemented. Also, having my 'VR Legs' makes me wish for smooth locomotion/turning, although having a 3-sensor set-up for the Rift allows me to by-pass the snap turning.
The overall atmosphere not only reminds me of Doom, but of Dead Effect 2 VR as well, and the weapons you can use cover such films as Aliens (2-handed pulse rifle), and Ghostbusters (well, I think so).
Again, for 99 cents, you can't go wrong, but I wish for better movement controls. I wouldn't have bought it for $9.99

THis game was fun enough (though a little repetitive) until you are forced to play with a huge green prompt in front of your face (that won't go away) to hold both grip buttons to die. It becomes the only thing you can do. What a stupid f£%&ng way to end the game.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
This is a hidden gem. I got this for $2.49 USD during the Steam Summer sale and feel it was one of my best purchases. However, you have to realize what you're getting. This is a no-holds barred standing 360 arcade challenge shooter. There's no story. The only point is to sruvive as long as possible and climb the leaderboards.
However, this game does it extremely well. The graphics look really good even though they slightly vary from corridor to corridor. You're basically looking at very dark corridors of an unknown spaceship. Your guns automatically light the direction they are pointing. You quickly change guns by gesture. For example, you hold one hand gun in front of the other to make a shotgun. You hold them side by side to make a teleporter, etc. The whole process is quick & seamless. There are no reloads. You will use the different guns strategically, although to start you'll probably hold on to the default handguns until you get used to changing out for maximizing damage.
You can snap turn, but I recommend real life turning as snap turns will probably get you killed. You want to quickly turn where you hear the sounds. This game does a *GREAT* job of spatial audio. So you'll need to listen carefully and turn quickly and start shooting. There are no reloads. Once you clear the room, you get out your teleporter and teleport to the next node. There aren't many enemy types, but there's enough to keep it interesting.
That's basically the whole game. It's quick, mindless, violent fun. This game is perfect for showcasing to friends or famly because it's easy enough to pick up and play.

Ok so this game is interesting. It's a Shooter game in a space ship environment. You move from room to room and kill all aliens there. The rooms and enemis found there are randomized. It's a simple enough concept. The most fascinating thing about this game is the way you use your weapons and how you change them in into different forms. It's easy to pull off and it's alot faster than navigation through weapon menues with your track pad.
The gunplay is fine and all weapons have advantages and disadvantages so you have to change it up depending on the enemies you face.
The atmosphere is cool, not too scary (as you are heavily armed) but still it works.
What i would love to see from this game: More different kind of enemies, more weapons (Maybe a meele weapon too?) and some sort of boss battles (for example every 10-15 rooms)
All in all i think this is a fun little shooter with some replay value and a very cool weapon concept.
