Nobody online, horrible matchmaking system
this game is loads of fun. the only problem is that you can't turn around.
Very fun, impossible to find people to play with though. Shame, great throwing mechanics. Hilarious ragdoll. Here's hoping the devs don't abandon it, hit us with good minigames and npcs to play against while we cue ala Seven Table Tennis.

this game is alot of fun if you have a buddy to play with because the servers are usuallly dead, but if you do have a friend this will be alot of fun but it wouldnt be worth the 22 dollars CAD im pretty sure i got this on sale for like 5 dollars so i reccomend waiting it out and then buying it
Thought this game would have some novelty, but it's really just lame and boring. There's nothing about it that isn't already being done better in a myriad of other games, and there's nothing about it enticing enough to turn it on a 2nd time. Don't waste your $
I wish I could give this game a positive review. Mostly because I'm a VR enthusiasts and would love to see a game of this type succeed with. Woudln't it be great to have several multiplayer PvP options in Steam VR?
In fact, I can hardly review this game because I didn't play it. I waited 30 minutes in queue to start a game on a Sunday night. There were no players to play with. I tried 1 v 1 for about 25 of those minutes. I know some people may talk about getting on discord to find players. Sorry, most players will not do that and they can't play this game if there are no players. There are no bots and practice mode is just throwing knives at a stationary target. It's really just a waiting room for pvp. I practiced for those 20 minutes. That's not fun enough.
Rating 4/10 Just needs A LOT MORE PLAYERS or BOTS or SINGLE PLAYER MISSIONS or ALL THE ABOVE
NOTE: I will be happy to change my review to positive if devs update game with bots or single player as they have indicated are in the works
Is throwing knifes and axes fun in multiplayer VR? Hell yes it is! Once your barricades are down this game will get you panicking good.
The larger your tracking area is the better, you'll be jumping around quite a bit. The pulling style movement is a nice solution, haven't seen this in any other game before. (You can switch it to regular trackpad fluid motion if you like to)
Make sure to join the games discord group after you get it. And don't complain if your hmd breaks because of sweat ;)
Great game. The graphics are pretty decent, although do not look at the mirror in the main/starting room- it will kill your computer's performance. The physics are pretty great too, nothing acts like it should not. I throw an axe in that direction, it goes in that direction. Don't throw an axe too weak, and it will just flop onto the floor like a fish. Online games are a little hard to find any opponents due to not any players yet, and there is little to do in the single player side. The starting room, single player, has 3 practice areas to get used to the physics and better your accuracy; the first one also acts as the options for what game mode to play (1v1 or 2v2), with a third option to 'practice' (Brings out 2 random objects. They can be broke, and reset once broken by hitting the 'practice' board again). For being an early access game, it functions pretty darn great.
Just purchased this game. The throwing physics feel pretty great, even caught myself just throwing at the practice sign for awhile. Got beat up right away, but after just a few rounds I really got the hang of it! Liking the play style and skill level potentials. Games still getting update which is nice to see, so many games just drop development on launch. This one looks different so thats great! So far the multiplayer experince is spot on. Destroying everything is pretty cool to.

This game is wonderful. The gameplay is invoating with its throwing, I all though can't say ive thrown real knives. The devs actively play 1v1 and 2v2 in multiplayer and are awesome to talk to on discord. Discord channel for this game is great, aswell, its community is very wonderful and you can generally always find someone to play with. Buy this game, join the discord and I'll play with you. Great game, really gets the adrenaline going! A good work out too. Devs are very active so thats a bonus.
As a knife collector & VR enthusiast this game was an instant buy for me. I did not receive this game for free, & I have over 100 VR titles for HTC Vive with which I can compare this to. I can honestly say this game is a load of fun, specifically when you have a buddy or two to play with. The cover system is well thought out, as certain throwing weapons with more mass will break down the physics active cover much more quickly than a simple throwing knife. This adds elements of strategy when it comes to rushing around in frenzy trying to find a knife or axe to pickup while actively dodgeing equally sharp and fast moving objects being heaved at your dome. I must say, the Devs are also extrememly attentive & have so far listened (and even implemented) feedback given them directly through their discord channel. I make it a point to include this game in my stream regularly due to the social aspect, fast paced dodging and throwing mechanics, & the pure competitive nature that this game brings out in the players. I dig it! More please. Grab this game and head online and get this game going. Hopefully eventually organized tournaments will be a thing! - Papa Sloppa
Knife Club VR has Rocket League aspects combined with what feels like battlegrounds characteristics, mixed into a soup. If you can imagine that, then you will get that the game is very fun, but needs more content to up the total replayability. The Developers have been very active and talks to the community about those kinda content updates that are needed. I have a feeling my $20 bucks will go a long ways into a game that will grow and change over time, which is why I feel its worth the investment. That all aside the game is in a league of its own for maximum fun value.
I 100% recommend this to anyone with a VR headset. Ever since the Budget cuts demo I have been wanting a game to throw knives in, and this is that game. Very good physics, and there is no lag to be found.
Great Game!
I can't get enough of playing this game! There's a subtle enjoyment to throwing knifes at your friends and
random people on the internet. The levels were built well, and the knifes look great, plus the destructable enviroment is a bonus! Once you get the hang of throwing the knifes (which is super fast!) its a whole lot of fun. So far I give this game a 9.5/10!

movement took a little to get used too but thats minimal.
Thumbs Up!!! seriously awesome fun. In the few minutes ive played the game I cant say anything bad about this Indie developed game. These guys really hit the ground running and have set the bar high for the rest of the Indie VR community! The physics and the pleasure of landing the head shot stick is oddly satisfying time and time again. Cant wait to see what the next update brings!
