This game offers a compelling narrative experience where you play as a newspaper editor making choices that influence the news and society. Nice game, short, but fun.
The only thing is that I've been playing several Indie games in a row and it really makes you wonder what writers will do after universal healthcare and free education establishment. It's shown as the main source of drama.
I thought it was a pretty good game. Check yes or no to cause stuff to happen.
I really like games like Headliner. You have to spin the news by selecting from the available articles to produce the slant you want. Are you going to be pro-genetic modification or anti? Are you going to be sympathetic to refugees or hostile? When you leave the office at the end of the day and walk home through the city, you see the effects of your decisions on your city. It's a fun little political sim.
I do appreciate a game where you bankrupt your family, ruin your spouse's health, and get killed with your job.
