The start button doesn't even work

Cool little game, simple, and fun! the flaming hog things make me want to nuke Delum. I think its more fun with friends, and I do have some friends, but they dont play heroes of delum :(
Really fun little game. Based on Kodo tag from wc3.
pretty basic, but it looks to be developed by just 2 people, and for 7 dollars, why not support some good content creators and have an hour of 2 of fun before probably not playing the game again.
More features, more towers, more stuff = will likely revisit.
Heroes of Delum is a game I want to like. The problem is, there is no substance to the game. Really, that's all there is to be said. If there was an actual campaign and not just randomly generated maps, it could have potential. As things stand, there's not enough to do to bother playing it. It feels like an alpha.

Heroes of Delum is exactly the game many of us have been dreaming of for ages - a MOBA that brings a lot of the RTS elements into it, such as construction, research, upgrades, etc. Once the game is done, it will be amazing but currently it's so early in development that it's not even worth wasting your time trying it out. I'll keep an eye on development and will be very excited on the day I can turn this into a positive review!

EDIT not even a minor update in over 4 months and from the little I've gathered from the devs I'm dropping any faith I've had in this eventually fulfilling its promise. Don't waste time with this unless it's a free weekend or you've played it beforehand and know what you're getting into.
Fun tower defence/survival game. Reminds me a bit of some of the warcraft 3 and sc2 arcade and fun maps like mineral Z
got it on sale and is definitely fun. Dont expect too much multiplayer though since the playerbase is rather smal.
Interesting game which reminds me a lot of an old warcraft 3 mod called Kodo Tag where you have to build towers and mazes to survive on a randomly generated map with your friends
Overall a very enjoyable game to play with friends and familly! Genuinely combining difficulty and fun with a nostalgic Indie flair, Heroes of Delum achieves to provide a really satisfying experience.
Un jeu qui rappelle très vite des souvenirs. En effet les créateurs se sont inspirés du mod warcraft "kodo map" pour nous pondre un jeu assez coloré et correct niveau graphisme.
Le gameplay est simple et reviens à un tower defense mixé avec le controle direct d'un héros qui pourra donc construire des labyrinthes et des tours (afin de tuer les ennemis qui apparaissent en nombre croissant), exploiter des ressources (bois et or) et participer lui-même à la baston (un petit côté RPG avec quelques skills actifs et passifs à apprendre en augmentant de niveau).
I love it! It would be great to get a map editor and built in modding.
Absolutely fantastic game. Played in a group of 3 for several rounds and then in a group of 4 and it was highly enjoyable and hectic. Most games are about 10 minutes, but when you get going they can take about an hour. Normal / Hard difficulties are extremely easy, but the game seems well balanced at the Hell difficulty (there is another harder difficulty).
Would recommend if you have a group of friends to play with! Not many servers open, so probably not worth it if you don't have a group. At this price tag you can just buy a copy for your friends if they won't buy it themself and you get get lots of enjoyment out of it. I'd recommend the devs add a 4pack option at a small discount (down to $19.99 or something) to encourage this style of purchasing.
Overall has varied units, smooth gameplay, a fast paced startup, and enough options and strategy that you can really tell that you're improving and you never feel like you have tried everything. There's a lot of randomness between rounds so using the same strategy will not always work, yet enough consistency that you can understand the pros and cons of each approach.
SPOILER::
The level one walls are free and very strong for the first few minutes, then typically you want to kite enemies through an empty space where both sides are towers. This is verry strong!
I alreaddy got a chill when i saw "made in unity" but it really is a pretty bad game, Ive played .io games that are better than this.
You get dropped on a map next to a building that later turns out to be the enemy spawn point with no tutorial whatsoever. I ran away as my weapon is wildly slow at killing the enemies and i did not think they would only chase after me. Turns out the only thing you are defending is yourself so i chopped a few trees and setup a mine and just surrounded myself with towers of various types which mostly look the same but have diffrently collored projectiles. I eventually died because even if you upgrade your towers which does not change anything visually the enemy gets stronger much faster than you can upgrade your towers and in some case even outranges them so you get hit right next to a tower. I got some XP which i doubt does anything at the end and got booted back to the main menu.
So in the end the game is a sort of poorly made build a fortress to keep yourself allive with some random unimportant events like an extra enemy spawn portal to close or a chest with some resources to get.
In my personal opinion this is maybe a 2 or 3 euro game not the 7 euro i paid for it so i will refund. Its a nice attempt but then again what did i expect from a unity made game?
Fairly short game but there are a few build paths that give it some replay value.
Some things aren't full explained in game, such as the purpose of closing the rift. Also I think there might be some balance issues between gold and wood since getting 2 of the 10? mines will last you the game yet trees are less than convenient to farm and don't respawn which requires you to farm outside your base away from any of your buildings.
Overall, I enjoyed it and will likely play it every once in awhile.

The update says 1.01 but after attempting to play 5 or so times it feels more like version .01. When the game didn't disconnect immediately after my friends game's starting, it failed everytime the first enemies spawned or about 1 minute into the game.
On the plus side, it did kill some time.
Nice little game, it's like the kodo tag in war III mod, with some "quest" that make you move out of your fortress. Be carefull on how you make it though, you'll have to experiment ^^.
Fun is solo, really fun in coop.
Graphic style is totally correct (you can see your arrow on ennemies ! <3), I recommend.
Heroes Of Delum is a short, super replayable & fun strategic tower defence type game, but fast-paced with plenty of action going on. It reminds me of Runescape cross age of empires style wise the tower defence aspect mixed with running around collecting resources and having combat is pretty fun. The first match I had was about 30 minutes long and it was pretty fun. Lots of creativity into the monsters too!
For the price, it's a fun game to pick up and especially fun to play with friends! Would recommend!
