Trendpoker 3D: Texas Hold'em Poker

There aren't any players, but it does let you play online against up to 8 bots which theoretically allows you to get all the achievements. In practice though the play money sometimes updates with your winnings, but for whatever reason you can win, but it still updates as losing money. This makes reaching the achievements for "x money" quite difficult, if not impossible.

Other than that it's your standard poker, no limit, limit, single player tournaments (online can only go up to 8 players), heads up etc. I recorded 1000 winning hands (in heads up) because it felt like better hands were more likely and I found that pairs were below what you'd statistically expect by 2 standard deviations which does result in better hands being more likely. Three of a kind and full houses (50% higher than expected) sticking out the most. 1000 hands is obviously not definitive, but it is a strong indicator that something is wrong intentionally or accidentally with the algorithm. It's not a huge deal, just something to note.

Let's be honest, there has never been a single player poker game with great AI. It's just too complicated to program. Does this game have great AI? No, but you can still have plenty of casual fun here. The overall presentation is very well done.

This is a great singleplayer poker game with decent 3D graphics that can run well low spec systems.

Relaxing, and fast load. would like to see more online players.

I'm going to give this a positive review for a few key reasons. This game is not without it's faults but it's a decent enough simulation for practice and idle play.

First thing I want to address are the reviews that say the math is rigged. It is not rigged. At about 3 hours of played game time right now, I'd say I have about 3-4k hands dealt with nothing out of the ordinary. I will keep this updated as I play more.

Things that could use improvement are the AI. So far it has three difficulties ranging from rookie to pro, and I can consistently make it to the final table in almost every tournament I play on pro difficulty. I'd say 2/3 I make it. Either I'm a god of poker or the AI is a little soft.

Some of the good things about this are the ability to customize tournaments or jump into a cash game for practice and simulation. Let's say you wanna get a quick tournament in, you just go pick how many players you want, what difficulty you want them at and then boom, you're in a MTT and ready to rock. Hand dealings go quick and AI plays fast so they all go fairly quickly. Game flow is nice.

Great Poker sim. Great graphics. Great Ai. This this game is absolutely worth the purchase. The Professional difficulty level is my favorite mode to play in. The Ai can be sneaky with their bluffs, love it.

Very decent PC version. I googled pc Texas Holdem, and there is not much out there.
