Naklua VR is an abandoned Early Access tech demo, basically some primitive puzzles you might have been able to do in VR if the developer bothered to finish it, but they didn't.
The game was abandoned roughly three months after launch and hasn't been updated in 7 years. It blew past the developers commitment to complete the game without any notification or admission of failure from the developer. The game will never be completed.
On the upside, the game does feature customisable controls and resolution, so at least some of the basic, minimum requirements have been met. Unfortunately there's a number of other technical defects and shortcomings which contribute to the game being difficult to recommend to gamers.
The game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality, in some places they appear mismatched... Ultimately the quality of these assets, and thus the overall visual quality is lower than average, and low quality always makes for a less than optimal gaming experience. Remember, we're looking for the best of the best of 110,000+ games on Steam.
The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with.
This seems to have been made a VR exclusive to prevent any comparison with non-VR 3D games, a comparison that this game would fail very badly at. Developers must learn that while VR is great, if the only thing that makes the game great is the VR, then the game isn't great at all.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 110,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Unethically, knowing full well that this game is abandoned and they will never complete it, they are deliberately trying to scam gamers into buying it by offering it on discount and selling keys to the game from third party key resellers. It's impossible to "accidentally" discount a game. The developer looked at their abandoned game, and instead of doing the right thing and removing it from Steam, they instead doubled-down and tried to scam even more people into paying for it. Greedy, and completely unethical. Doing the wrong thing, on purpose, for money. This is not okay.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 110,000+ games on Steam?
Naklua VR is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 14,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.

Game description key-points: 3D puzzles
Overview: game is a puzzles, no training, no explanation what author want`s or designed for the Player to complete.
graphics isn`t remarkable, but hard to imagine what can be made better in provided environment.
It is primarily focused on Vive, so other devices seems to miss some default controls.
3+ years in "Early Access Game" says it all.
If you have Oculus Rift don't even buy this game... When you start level 1 you see a bunch of "how to" things with only Vive controllers visible and nothing to tell you what to do, Oculus support is clearly not even in this game, I couldn't even figure out how to start the actual game.

I'm in love with this game!
At it's core it's a simple jump and run game, but in VR. There is also a little bit of strategy game play involved since you can add blocks to the level bevore you run them.
The movement system in the game is very solid. It's easy to move around, grab on to things, climb, jump etc. all these actions are spot on. In other games it's sometimes hard to grab onto things while in motion and here you jump from one swining ball to another with no problem. Also: no motion sickness!
The music (although a bit repetetive after a long play session) is amazing and get's you really pumped up and get's you moving.
At first i thought that 13 levels was not enough but i was wrong. The levels are very challenging and you'll have to try several times to master them. But i never felt like giving up. There are no checkpoints along the way in the levels but this adds the fun and the challenge. I think you'll have to put several hours into this game untill you complete it. And if you do..there is still replay value: Try alternative paths and try to beat your record.
One thing i would like to see: Leaderboards with times where you could see what your friends time was on a certain level.
This game is worth every cent you pay and if you're not sure if you like it, there is even a demo on steam to try it before you make your decision.
