Not sure why this gets so much hate! Yeah it's super short, but its actually really cool? I love hidden object games and this is hidden object in VR!
I wish it was longer I had such a good time doing all the stuff. There's huge potential for other games, it looks so good in vr!

Did you watch the video preview/trailer? Ten times the length of the trailer, and that's the game. I'll update if I get the VR item. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
This game is very short, and very easy.
I got it for 80 Cents, so it's not that big of a deal, but since there's an item for Steam VR Home and you need to play the game for 2 hours to get it, it feels kinda... I don't know.
I mean, it's one way to say "people like our game so much, they played it for at least 2 hours", but you're done with the game in what, 10 minutes or something? So idling it is.
This feels more like a tech demo with some gameplay.
That was probably the shittest VR title I've tried to date. It's just a boring point and click hidden object game set in blurry 2D environments with some of the most embarrassing animation I've seen in a 2D game let alone a VR one. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this game. It isn't worth it at any price.
Requires you to turn 360 degrees irl, and the SteamVR collectible is bugged.
I have spent €2.99 on worst things I was told there was a VR item in the game that's why I got it but didn't receive any VR item but am happily spending the money on the game if it helps do better next time it's not a bad game, but you don't even get to told Mjölnir which was disappointing the game doesn't give off a VR game you would play at home feel more one you would play at arcade feel, the artwork was brilliant to look at but looked like it was taken from a 2D game I would recommend it if you get Mjölnir as a VR Item, but sadly I think that was a lie.
I can't leave a negative review when it was so cheap. But it does look like it should have been a mobile vr game instead of pc.
If you are just starting VR, and its on sale, its worth a try. But it is a VERY quick game and not a challenge at all. Main reason its worth a recommendation though is it does have a very cool VR prop unlock after 2 hours of play. That being said, you probably need to leave the game on in the background as it is difficult to get 2 hours of actual playtime. I think i played 15 minutes total and most was spent figuring out what to do.
This game is an actual joke. Do not buy this game.
I bought this game for the item because it was cheaper than trying to buy it on the market. Figured I'd give it a fair shot. I fully completed this "game" including all of the achievements in under 10 minutes.
No I am not exaggerating.
This is not a real game. The devs should not be charging for this.
I was expecting more after reading the description. It was too short and repetitive. In VR, the 2D backdrops lack perspective, and make you feel like you are either a giant, or an ant, depending on the scene. Music is kind of cool I guess.

This is the most awful game ive likely ever paid money for. But I didn't buy it for gameplay. It has the best unlockable vr model of Mjölnir ever which now sits on my vr home table and in that sense it was worth every penny.
Srsly horrendous game though which makes you play for 3 hours to get that reward.

Well, I certainly wasn't paying much attention when I bought this, as I didn't expect a point-and-click adventure. In VR. But hey, surprisingly it worked. And let me outright say that in general I don't like point-and-click games. Now of course, the theme of nordic mythology and the vr technology that is awesome on it's own helped, but the result is what matters. And the result is that I enjoyed playing this game.
The graphics are drawn well and surprisingly 2D objects and environment do work in virtual reality. Maybe good looking 2D works better than cheap 3D that we can see in some other VR games. The achievements aren't free, but also aren't unreasonably hard, so Wrath of Loki is a nice way to get another 100% completed game.
The game even adds some inovation to the point-and-click on top of the vr implementation - leaderboards. And as the biggest drawback of this game is the short lengh, this adds the much needed replay value. Another drawback is the price - personally I don't think this is worth 3€ and it would probably sell better with a lower price. But if you see this with a 50% or more discount, get it.
Also, it has a cool item for Steam VR Home, so if you see this review having multiple hours played, that would probably be just me trying to get it to drop. 6/10.

Welp, řeknemě, že jsem se pořádně nepodíval co kupuju a jaksi jsem nečekal point-and-click adventure. Ve VR. Ale hej, ono to překvapivě fungovalo. A to rovnou na začátek řekněme, že point-and-click and click hry nemám. Samozřejmě pomohlo téma norské mytologie i samotná VR technologie která je sama o sobě užasná, ale hlavní je výsledek, a výsledek byl, že hra byla fajn.
Nakreslené je to hezky a překvapivě 2D objekty a prostředí namixované do virtuální reality fungují. A možná hezky vypadající 2D funguje lépe než by fungovalo špatné 3D, jaké můžeme vidět u některých jiných VR her. Achievementy nejsou zadarmo, ale zase nejsou nepřiměřeně těžké, takže Wrath of Loki je taky fajn způsob jak nabrat další 100% splněnou hru.
Hra dokonce přidává i nějakou tu inovaci do point-and-click i nad rámec zvirtualitorealizování toho žánru - žebříček hráčů. A to je podle mě velmi dobrý nápad, protože největším záporem téhle hry je její krátké trvání a tohle přidává hodnotu hraní hry znovu. Druhým záporem je cena, podle mě to hodnotu 3 euro opravu nemá a za menší cenu by se to pravděpodobně prodávalo lépe. Pokud to ale uvidíte s 50% nebo větší slevou tak to berte.
Jo, a taky to má cool Steam VR Home sběratelskou položku, takže až tu uvidíte nahráno pár hodin, tak to se snažím až mi to padne. 6/10.
15 minutes and you’re done, the game is alright but I wouldn’t recommend unless you just wanted Thor’s Hammer for your VR Home like I did.
It's 15 minutes long and what content there is isn't particularly good. The game consists of just a few hidden object scenes where you have to find many multiples of the same object. That's it.
Even for the low price I can't recommend this at all.
20 Minutes of Sub Standard Hidden Object Glory!!
Took about 20mins to Finish....Its a hidden object game that a 7 year old could prob complete no problem. I figured for 2.99 was worth giving it a shot...and looks like it comes with a hammer you can earn for your VR home. Would I recommend it...If you really need every object for your SteamVR. As a game. ...well 20mins...2.99...no replayability. No I think not.
PS- My hours played is from leaving it running...trying to get that hammer...
I love the drawings and the sound. I'd like it to last longer - it's too short for me. I hope there will be an update with the second chapter. I like VR games which don't make dizzy.
Even though I got if for just 1€ I can't really recommend it, especially not for 3€!
Pretty much all the assets are 2D sprites which sucks for VR, interaction is just you having a finger with a laser-pointer and the whole gameplay is just searching for hidden objects (clicking them with your laser).
Thats it.
I played in through in just 10 minutes.
Sometimes the floor is too high and the virtual hand doesn't even match the orientation of my Vive wand (roll off by 90°).
The game seems to be done by someone with no VR experience and could be way more interesting if I could actually move/teleport around and pick up some objects by myself.
Right now, there is NO point in having VR in this game.
It's an incredibly short (I 100%'ed the game in 15 mins) "find the object" game. There are only 5 environments to search around in which only consist of 360 degree photos. There is only one room which makes any use of 3D. There are literally no animations in the game, everything just pops into a change. It would be more worth it to buy a Where's Waldo book and then at least I wouldn't want to gouge my eyes out after 10 minutes.
The game’s a little bit too short, but the price is fair imo. It’s really interesting to play a Hidden Object game in VR, especially the artwork is really nice! Looking forward to free DLCs!
I love Nordic mythology so muuuuch that I couldn’t just NOT buy this one! Even though I’m not a fan of those hidden items games I enjoyed this one and would like to play more. I feel like now it’s lacking more content and I hope the developers will continue this story! The price was adequate. 3/5
I liked the game, however it is a short one! I wouldn’t agree that the price is too much for its length tho! There’s not many VR games yet and being new to it, it’s a good game to start playing VRs. I recommend it! 5/5
Chilling and casual hidden object game, zero motion sickness (you're stationary for the entire time) and nice art. Short but for this price it's ok.
This is the literal "mobile game moneygrab-VR-Port" : It is one of those "find the item" casual games that can work quite well on a phone, and could, in theory work in an okay way in VR.
First, what was modified for VR : the controls in Wrath of Loki have been adapted for tracked controllers, and the probably nice handdrawn images have been mapped as 360 panoramas.
I say "probably" as the developer didn't use high res pictures and *everything* is pixely and completely fugly. It looks a mess. This is also the only art you will see. There is no use of 3D at all, except for the fact that you are standing in a textured dome. Everything is scaled badly (standard problem with flat panoramas in VR) and more reminiscent of a bad Jackson Pollock painting than modern graphics.
if at least the picture were not a blurry mess of pixels and colour banding, but instead of pristine quality, I wouldn't complain too much. Would still be a low effort product, but at least it would be pleasing to the eye.
Even better if, instead of just reusing the assets the developer had recreated the scenes in 3D.
But the way this was thrown together quickly without , all I can say is that it is REALLY not worth the price and disk space.
