История
Игра Past Cure — это мрачный психологический триллер, в котором грань между снами и реальностью размыта. Игроков ждет напряженный, лихо закрученный сюжет, в ходе которого им предстоит использовать невероятные ментальные способности Иэна и его навыки рукопашного боя, а также совершать бесшумные убийства, чтобы остаться в живых и найти истину. После многих лет истязаний бывший военнослужащий элитных войск Иэн живет в безопасности в доме своего брата, страдая от последствий пережитых им военных экспериментов. Мучители Иэна исковеркали его сознание, наделив его сверхъестественными способностями, такими как управление временем и телекинез. Под воздействием галлюцинаций и из жажды мести Иэн, заручившись поддержкой брата, отправляется в будоражащее приключение с целью найти руководителей группы заговорщиков, сотворивших с ним те зверства, и в надежде раскрыть правду, стоящую за его истязаниями. Однако после нескольких экспериментов со своими новыми способностями Иэн осознает, какую опасность они таят: с каждым разом его рассудок становится все слабее и слабее, и в него начинает проникать нечто ужасающее и не поддающееся человеческому пониманию.

- Бой против хитрости
Прояви свою храбрость и срази своих противников с помощью манипуляций со временем в огнестрельном бою или брутальном рукопашном сражении, в котором слышен хруст костей. Или используй бесшумный режим, где с помощью незаметного подкрадывания и проявления хитрости, ты можешь вырубать противников сзади. Выбери правильный подход в зависимости от ситуации, так как у каждого из подхода есть свои плюсы и минусы.
- Способности разума
Освободите умственные силы Иана и примените их против его мучителей. Для того чторбы играть мастерски в Past Cure игроку необходимо использовать такие навыки как искажение временем и астральную проекцию, для того чтобы преодолеть соперников и различные препятствия.
- Сны против реальности
Разум Иана, разрывается между мрачными реалиями окружающего мира и ужасающих кошмаров в его снах.
В Past Cure сталкиваются контрасты между холодными, жесткими боевыми уровнями реального мира и абстрактными реальностями с различными головоломками в мире снов.

There are games that are openly bad, i.e. you can see the quality right away. But games like Past Cure are the worst in that they look interesting at the first glance, but turn out to be bad.
"Bad" is not even beginning to describe it. It is abysmal, horrendous. This game is a crime against gaming itself. And I'm not even joking. I had to restart several chapters just to get past random game breaking bugs. Suffered through 99% of the game just to find out the last stage is unbeatable due to another game breaking bug, and restarting didn't help it this case.
List of some of the bugs I encountered:
- Enemies stuck in the wall
- Items necessary to progress doesn't appear where they should appear, forcing you to restart the chapter
- Scripts necessary to progress the game not triggered when they should. At least one of such scripts made the game completely unbeatable for me.
If I were a monster, I would recommend you to buy it just so you could suffer the same torture as me, so I won't feel like such a loser for giving the developers a benefit of the doubt and completely wasting my time with this trash.
Game is dead
i couldn't stand the story or the strength of the enemies i need like 10 bullets for one enemy and with the bad aiming system i have to use all my ammo on like 4 enemies
I installed this game to play this thriller again, i just notice that is not possible to reach the end of this game due to a last patch, since the developer have broken their game and forgot it I don't recommend to buy it
I dont care about the negative reviews. I am enjoying it and i think its a decent game.
The only thing i want to mention that bothered me is the price, its a bit too high in my opinion.
Nope. Not a 30$ game. It's a Max Payne 2 wannabe. Terrible...absolutely terrible!
OK, it´s far from flawless and has some issues that definately need to be fixed. But it´s better than some reviews would make you think. I realy like the atmosphere and the way they tell their story...
I really wanted to love this. I was so excited, talking to the devs prior to the release. The concept seemed interesting, the graphics looked stunning. I loved that this game was about stealth and puzzle solving. I didn't look at any of the demos before it came out because I wanted to play it with fresh eyes.
To its credit, the game starts off strong. There's a lot of intrigue, the graphics are captivating. You expect a bit of tutorial in the beginning. But after an hour and a half of playing this game live on stream I had to agree with some of the negative reviews:
- The voice acting is flat, wrecking any kind of drama and suspense
- The game spends waaaaayyyy too long on the tutorial and the levels, leaving huge gaps of time between plot advancement
- The stealth mechanic is a bit wonky. I'm not taking too much off for this one since you do have the ability to fight/shoot but clearly that's not what the intention of the game is.
What really turned me off of this game was the response from the developers on Twitter. They're proud of their development, which they should be -- a nice effort from a small dev team. But they have been blasting negative reviewers, saying that they're not interested in bad reviews. Even going so far as to retweet a negative review and calling to the community to "review the reviewer". Once this started to get some views, they deleted the post. They have made it very clear that all they want to hear is the good feedback and yet still asking for people to give them feedback.
There's nothing wrong with being proud of your work, and yes there are people in the play community who will rant about any flaw. All that said, there are some significant gaps in this game. Even if the developer didn't agree, blasting less-than-positive reviews in a public forum is such bad form.
A Cross of Evil Within and Matrix try it if like those two
I really wanted to like this game, from all the animations and mocap to the dev's themselves but I just cant recommend it. the whole first hour is one long tutorial and its just not fun. People can learn the controls themselves, we arent 5 anymore, regardless I thought the stealth was going to save this game and it failed to do that. Sorry Phantom 8 but its gonna be a no from me
The Cinematics are nice... Sadly that's it where the positives of this game ends.

I know that tastes are different for each of u s, but this game simply did not cut it for me here.
I stopped playing 1 hour 20 minutes into the game and reached out to valve for a refund.
So sad, cause the trailers look awesome
