I love the game and story but please fix it there are crashes constantly and it freezes.
Lot of replay value for the price! The story is interesting, there's many different paths to take... Overall, just a very cool experience!
I was gonna wait till I beat it fully before I reviewed it but I can safely say this games fantastic and well worth the money. There's a lot more going on in this one than the first game. Hell a lot more going on than most games of its kind. Its in the visual novel category but it plays so much differently than other VN's. Its more like a hybrid of different games. It has rpg elements, turn based battling, multiple story outcomes, currency, equipment, and many more little aspects that make this more than the usual choose as you go adventure. In fact the games very complex. Unlike the first Disturbed which I loved you don't simply get 1 achievement for winning and a bunch more for dying. You still get the fun death achievements in this one of course.. But you also get achievements for quests, goals, wins, and much more. The game completely outdoes the first one and that's saying a lot considering the first disturbed was my fav game of this kind on steam.
This game is well worth the money and at 5$ if you loved the first one there is no reason not to support this dev. Cards, achievements, multiple languages, this game has a lot of the usual support steam games get. Its not some bare boned cheap crap like most of the ports on steam its a game that had a lot of time, effort, and production put into it, and they are still uploading new languages into the game years after it came out. The game is heavily supported and not just abandoned like so much on steam.
I've sunk some hours on and offline into this game and still nowhere near even half the achievements done. I coulda looked up walkthroughs but this isn't that kinda game. Its one of those games thats fun to figure out for yourself through trial and error. I actually got one of the good endings, beat the skeleton king, and became an adventurer with a hopeful future all on my own. Even if you do want to complete it fully and follow a walkthrough there are very nice ones on steam complete with maps, created by the creator himself.
This game is hugely supported and is not just some abandoned product. Even years after making it the game still gets updates and creator feedback. It was crafted with love of the product someone who had a vision and wanted to put out something truly macabre and.... disturbing. Buy it if you are even slightly into horror for its genre its one of the best of its kind, and imo the best.
I would highly recommend this stellar point-and-click adventure game due to how nuanced the game is. For starters, the game harbors A LOT of endings that you can achieve through out multiple replays, and whilst some of them aren't the most taxing (one of them is as simple as entering a portal) some of them have you do a lot of legwork to reach secluded locations and join more secretive factions. There are also multiple methods of starting out which can determine the type of ending you can receive (or the type of unlikely death you may run into.) This helps set apart this game from its predecessor by making the game far more open ended with greater amounts of replayability. On top of the open ended nature of the game, combat is further expanded from its predecessor; instead of having to seek out a specific object in order to neutralize a specific enemy, you instead find many different weapons in order to have a more robust pool of options to see which option works best in subduing your foes. Whilst there isn't a cut and clear health bar to know how much damage you have done/received, there will always appear a yellow highlight showing you an indication of your/their conditions as well as the amount of enemies you have to deal with. To counteract large encounters, seeking allies will help even the numbers; however, they too can succumb to death as well, and you cannot control that aspect of combat. You do have the ability to save-scum (with the more than generous save slots available) both in terms of combat and in general exploration, and this is highly recommended not simply to get better outcomes. I recommend save-scumming because there are certain portions of the game that will just crash, and having a bunch of save files will help minimize the amount of backtracking required if it happens to you. Whilst the art can be a bit amateurish, it is genuine and even works to its advantage creating eeriness in every corner of the world you visit; hell, even friendly faces have something a bit off about them making you second guess if they are ally or foe. Overall, this is a massive improvement over the original, and I would highly recommend trying this game out.

This dark point and click adventure retains the chose your own adventure style of the previous instalment Disturbed. Set 10 years since the plague was banished from the land by a farmer, who we know is called Von, you follow a man called Gabriel who has been exiled to Greyrock with no memories about his past. The premise of this game is to discover your past and uncover the mysteries surrounding Aramour.
The lore and world building is much better, the map of the previous game has been used as a starting point and more locations to explore have been added. There are a few spelling and grammar mistakes, which gives the impression the game might have been rushed out a little too early, but I do like how a lot more has been added to this world.
Combat has been added and I do like the mechanics behind how it works; the more items you have, the more combat options you have. This adds variety to combat and stops it being too repetitive. I do like how you can gain companions and they help you in combat.
The puzzles are still logical and fairly straight forward, does require a bit of back and forth movements to complete the tasks. The creativity and variety of deaths still exists, something I certainly appreciate, I do like how the multiple deaths merge with the story and help you progress through the story.
The art style is incredibly similar to Disturbed; it uses the same stylistic, black and grey artwork, and certainly highlights the depression and isolation Gabriel is feeling. I personally prefer the art of the previous game as more of the darker greys were used to great a spooky and chilling atmosphere, mostly lighter greys are used and it takes a little bit of the horror edge from the game.
The soft background music is not intrusive, though does much to build a creepy ambience - especially with the the ever present chilling wind. Much of the sound comes from interacting with the world; discovering items, using items, encounters, etc.
Overall it is great buy for the price, there is a lot to explore and a lot of options you can select in your journey around the world. I do think there is not as much horror as the previous game, but there is sill enough horror elements for me to enjoy.
Exactly what it says on the tin. Dark and disturbing, stylish and spooky.
The first game was cool but this one is on another level. A lot of endings, a lot of things to try. I personally enjoy discovering all its secrets and delving deeper into its history. Not only does it connect very well with its predecessor, but it also improves in various aspects such as drawing, animations, battles and multiple paths to finish it. I must thank its developer for helping us solve the game's problems and for writing the guides.
I really liked the first game and IMMEDIATELY picked this up when I saw it. All I can say is, my head is SPINNING from all the options.
This is a true Choose Your Own Adventure, through and through. Man, oh, man, there are hours worth of discoveries and horrible deaths and good writing!
One thing I also like is the atmosphere and the unique hand-drawn aesthetics. Like the previous game before, this one OOZEZ atmosphere!
I use touchscreen a lot, so I was recommended to play VNs. Was told to give this series a try. I've seen a playthrough of the first game, so I figured why not try the latest title. I really love this game. It is a little overwhelming to just explore and figure things out, but there is a guide. I guess that adds to the atmosphere of the game though, which I definitely enjoy.
Get the game. Its cheap and fun and very frustrating. Took me about 14 hours to figure out how to pull off a decent ending (good guy/ alliance). Dont bother looking for help online because you wont find any resources. And once you figure out how not to fuck up the world you feel like a goddamned king killing that piece of trash. Youll know what im talking about when you play it. And play the first one too, its free and good.
This game is very interesting, emersive, and easy to get lost in. The story is compelling and makes a lot of references to the game's prequal, Disturbed, as well as to some classic literature. I've only played for four hours and have yet to reach one of the 11 endings. There are so many places to explore, lots of random encounters, and many, many ways to die. A lot of the beginning is trial and error. Once you learn what not to do, it's much easier to continue through the game. A guide would be very useful in a game like this, especially for those who get impatient and die all the time (like me haha).
The art style is very unique and adds to the cryptic feel of the game, on top of the spookey sound effects. It does take a little while to get used to the feel of clicking your way around, especially when there's so many paths connect to eachother. The game is pretty new so don't expect it to be perfect, despite that though, it's very well done for being made by just one person.
Overall, it's a well-made game, fun and challenging, not to mention scary and depressing. It's not for everyone, but it's not a bad price for the amount of gameplay it offers.
If you liked the first game, then you will love and enjoy this game too. :)

Would be good to have the option to activate an interface where you can choose between which directions to go just like the first game. Or at least put on some tooltip and room names. Also, a list which items you have in your possession.
Disturbed: Beyond Aramor is a very unique game. It is similar to its prequel, being a point and click game and including a lot of fun ways to get killed (such as by fishing, drinking, or literally walking in circles). This game improves upon the origional Disturbed by adding a neat combat system and greatly increasing the scale of the map. Learning all of the possible outcomes of the numerous choices you make in this game, and finding every way you can die, gives this game good replay value.

This game has its own very unique style and is much different than anything else I have played. The story follows a man named Gabriel who returns to his hometown seeking redemption and a knowledge of his past- something he has repressed from his memory.
The style and format of the game takes a little while to adjust to. Navigating from screen to screen can be tricky at first but does not take long to figure out. The visuals are very unique and contribute so much to create a really cool, creepy feel to the whole game. Paired with the eery sound effects, I found myself deeply immersed in the dark land of Aramor. This style isn't for everyone though. This game is filled with dark themes, focusing heavily on depression and isolation through the art style itself and the dialogue throughout the game. If you played the first game, it is very similar to that.
One current drawback is that there are some spelling and grammatical issues but these are a work in progress and as far as I understand, should be corrected in time.
During my playthrough, I feel like I have barely put a dent in the game. Still just exploring and figuring out what I'm doing. I've died at least five times and I am certain it will continue to happen haha. It's a pretty difficult game but there is a lot to look at, interact with and discover. The story is mysterious and interesting so far too. I'll update as I progress. Anyone that reads this, I suggest you give the game a shot!
