Each player wields dual blasters and shoots a variety of mischievous Mega Bots, each with unique attacks, defenses, and flight patterns, in their quest to the top of the leaderboard. Throughout the course of the game, players can choose a safe and steady playstyle or aggressively spend lives to upgrade their weapons for a bot blasting bonanza.
Mega Overload also features an online co-op mode, doubling the guns and doubling the fun. Players stand side by side and take out the troublemaking robots together. Each player still retains an individual score, so bragging rights will remain intact.

It would be much better if the price was lower. Even $11 sale price is too pricey. It's just a basic wave shooter, but since this game goes back to 2017, I guess they may not reduce the price further any time soon.
Underrated! This is one of the most replayable VR games I have tried. The game is very simple but very well done.
Easily one of the best VR games!!! Classic Atari shooter in Vr, way fun with a friend! Has a problem in coop, Incoming projectile sometimes dont show up till its too late. I have a new rig, plenty of power so its not me. should easily be able to pass level 4 in coop but you cant duck if you cant see the incoming shot. Random ducking helps but invisable shots kill you and thats totally not cool..... Still love it but I only play coop and multiplayer games, I can waste time on my own with out games :) Please look into and fix, I Really love these classic arcade shooters in coop or multiplayer. Its a showcase game and It even has a whole body! Great work on making the arms and legs move as they should, other developers should take the que! Tired of armless bodyless single player games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! simple arms legs and torso do not break the immersion, other developers need to stop being lazy!!!!!
Totally amazing. As a child of the 80's who went to old school arcades this is complete nostalgia! This is a combination of Galaga and Space Invaders in a virtual world that is amazing. I can't give this a high enough rating and just hope this amazing development team makes VR versions of other classic arcade games.
The devs will be paying for the surgery I'll be needing to repair the muscles in my fingers. SUCH INTENSE GAMEPLAY! And this really is a VR video game. It's Space Invaders in first-person and, man, it's good. Very simple. Shoot the killer robots while they fly in their swirling patterns and if you miss them, shoot them before they get into formation and start flying at you.
There's power-ups and the inverse kinematics on your avatar is very good. Definitely recommended.
Nice game especially for children. I also like to play it sometimes and wait patiently for my turn.

대신 너무 마구 쏘면 팔이 아프니 어느정도는 조준해서 쏘셔야 합니다
처음에는 어려웠는데 재밋네요
처음에는 피하는지 몰라 엄청 죽다가 지금은 10판은 기본으로 갑니다.
피하는것도 요령이 있더라구요 (힌트: 머리를 잘 사용하세요 ㅋㅋㅋ)
그리고 노란애들은 맞으면 공격을 하니 조심하시고, 빨간애들은 돌진해 오네요
팁을 드리자면 폭탄이랑 총알 쏘는애들 먼저 죽이시고 방어막있는애들은 맨 마지막에 죽입니다

It's a very simple game. But if you love Galaga, then you'll REALLY LOVE this.
Playing CO-OP with a friend is where this game really shines. I think I'll play this exclusively in CO-OP.

I like Mega Overload but at full price I consider very poor value. Pick up on sale like I did and it's worthy distraction. The dev has performed a very nice job creating a Galaxians inspired (a souped up space invaders) shooter-em-up in VR. It's a very charming game with colourful and bold detailed graphics, and varied attack patterns keep each wave fresh.
This is definately a kid friendly shooter, but I'm enjoying this as an adult too. The difficulty is set just about right to be challenging but not brutal where it becomes frustrating.
There's nothing in Mega Overload that will blow your socks off, it's just another wave shooter and a simple one at that, with it's own particular take on the genre and made well.

This has quickly become one of the favorite games in our arcade. It's fun and allows for some great movement as you try to duck from stuff coming at you. It's also a favorite for our staff since it's quick and easy to learn, meaning that customers dont need someone walking them through every step. We all love it!
Single, or Online Co-op Multiplayer! Try a random match if there are other players online.
It's a simple and fun title, especially in 2P. There is some strategy with the choice of power ups, and you should be ready to dodge a bit in your VR area! Graphics are cartoony, and more "kid friendly" than many of these VR battle games.
