Not worth the money career too long and tedious the car his on to 300 MPH and is stupid to control was hoping for a good story and a replacement for NFSU2 but it is a massive disappointment plus some of the tracks are not properly aligned to the way points of the map ignore and avoid.
It seems this is a final product. So what we have here is a the final, permanent version of the game. Because of this the reviews getting in recently are important.
This game isn't worth the price tag at any level. I got it for seven bucks, on sale, and it feels like I overpaid. Lets go through its aspects by categories.
-Graphics and looks: Ugly, boring, and dreadful are the way to describe them. The game looks, and feels like an indie from 2012. Even for the year it was released this comes up as ugly.
-Control: Extremely bad, even with an upgraded car you will struggle here.
-Gameplay: Oh, gee... where to begin here? The game has an identity crisis in that it doesn't know what it is or what it is trying to be. At some point in feels like a racing game, at some other it feels like a "Demolition Derby" game, and at some point it feels like a "Midnight Club clone." Yet, the game fails to provide ANY of the things that make those type of games cool, and without providing anything special in return.
The career mode is the bread and butter of the game, and in it you get these championships comprised of several types of races.
You will have a circuit race, which would be very annoying because the overall control of these cars is atrocious. The AI is programmed to just crash into you at all costs. You are racing against a bunch of Kamikazes whose objective is not to win, but to just end your run. So it will feel like you are playing a racing game, but they are playing a Derby game with you. All it takes is one small hit and your car loses control and crash. The AI cars, however, are like battle tanks, capable to taking almost anything you can do to them. Very frustrating experience...
You will also have a "Time Trial" race with no competitors other than time. I found this to be most tolerable of the bunch.
Then there will be a "Joy Ride" race, in which you go on crashing into things for points. Sounds fun in theory, but in practice is actually very annoying, especially when you are stuck on a championship after spending hours mastering the racetracks because of this particular event. Even purposely crashing into things is annoying because you are driving cars that are very hard to control.
Then there will be a reach-the-flag type of race, ala Midnight Club style, in which you drive around the place trying to figure out the fastest way to reach those flags. It's essentially a restart orgy till you figure it out.
Bugs: In the time I put into this my game crashed about three times with an error window stating there was an "Unreal Engine" fail. I have never seen this type of errors before. I didn't even know the engine itself could cause a crash. But other than that, the game felt smooth, and I didn't encounter any other bugs.
-Perks: The only thing I could put here is the customization options which are very good. You customize your car fully, from the seats to the rims, to the body, every part of it! However, you do have only a handful of cars, so it's essentially lots of customization for just a few cars... I think most of us would prefer more cars, but it is what it is.
I spent about ten hours into this and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Certainly the worse game I played recently. Even at discount, I'm sure there are better games you can get.

I really tried to like this game but the cars handle like trash.
Non-licensed cars, but licensed parts.
Whores dancing around in your garage the whole time.
Stupid AI.
Boring races.
Grinding achievements.
Avoid like the black death.
Don't expect more from this.
To be honest, there's not much to talk about here, because what you see in the preview is the whole game.
For a long time, Super Street stayed out of my sight, until I finally decided to put aside doubts about the quality and necessity of playing this and try it myself. After all, it's even there on consoles and often shows up at sales, so why not to give it a try.
And in these cases, it's worth saying that I got exactly what they are selling to me, I guess.
+Customization
What surprised me is that the game features a large number of tuning and various modifications, many of which have real-world brands. And in many ways it makes you want to believe that it's gonna be good, because modern races do not give the same choices, and last time I personally saw that was in NFSU.
+Car choice
Small, but it is quite tolerable recognizable real cars list for the preferences of the majority - okay.
+Damage system
Not perfect, but definitely satisfying to see the car parts flying off, the wheels, the bumper crumpling, the whole body warping, and so on.
Unfortunately, the advantages end there and the obvious and expected problems of the game begin.
-Physics and control
I'm not even gonna touch the wacky part of it. It just feels mid, and truly bad for a racing type of game. But understeer is just on another level. There are plenty of sharp turns here, but you can't even go through a smooth 90-degree turn with the brake and handbrake (at the same time) without crashing into a wall. It's not fun.
-AI
It's ridiculous. They don't care about you driving in front and they will ram you as if you don't exist, as they are strictly following their trajectory on the road. And sometimes they get exceptionally reckless, crashing into the walls, traffic and other rivals. Moreover, applying certain game settings, traffic on the road can behave inappropriately and turn in chaotic directions as you getting closer, as if you are driving with a siren in a police car.
-Maps
Even though they give somewhat pleasant vibes (like tall tree forest) - they are still very raw, like if you just place plenty of trees in a creator mode and don't even try to make it even slightly versatile.
-Lack of plot
One of the many things that could encourage in playing it more. Sorry, but you are far from FlatOut to try and satisfy players with only plates of "fests".
-Music
It's super generic. Like, really annoying after 20 minutes. At the very least, it would be nice to be able to upload your own tracklist.
-Raw product
And this is by far my biggest problem with this game.
You can see the "Early Access" tag. Yes, and that's exactly how it feels. All the time you spend in SS, you just can't help but think that the game has potential, however it is still an extremely unfinished project that the developers have abandoned. Because of that I made a refund, since the last time the game was updated was in November 2019 and most likely this will not change. I understand that maybe playing it a little longer can give you some pleasure at higher speeds and other maps, but to be frank, I highly doubt that it will be able entertain you for a long time. I mean, it's one of those types where you go through a campaign, finish it and you're not interested in it anymore - done and delete.
It's not a bad game, but as I said earlier - raw, cheap and empty. Just meh. I have a feeling that it took a lot more money to make the main preview image than it was spent on the development itself. It's like playing alpha.
Which is why this product seems rather a quick cash grab, than a proper racing game.
Not recommended.
First off, I understand this is an early access game....
but
the game is very dark, difficult to see what's going on.
The visuals are akin to need for speed underground 2
The modifying is there, but all parts have the same specs. Better than stock, but not worth spending more than the cheapest part.
Difficulty settings dont appear to do anything.
Physics are Arcade style, with an unpredictable space program feature.
Looks like the focus so far in development has been visuals. Hopefully the gameplay will be fixed by release.
