WOW! This was absolutely delightful ! its legend of Zelda on a time limit and just frustrating enough to be an absolute blast. there are secrets even if you think your clever, I highly recommend not looking up a guide.
i know my review is at 4 hours, however i have played this on another platform and i purchased this a second time to just get the feel again. Perfect bite size Rouglite.

Very fun goofy game.
I heard about Minit from an enthusiastic friend, a game where you have a 60 second time loop to explore the world and figure out what is happening to you, sounds intriguing.
The art-style is simple and effective, creating a big variety of characters and areas with limited pixels and black/white colouring. The music is catchy, and it matches the game perfectly, with the high tempo, and simple, yet effective melodies. The writing is very surface level, creating funny moments, while characters that give hints never feel out of place.
I do like the time-loop mechanic in Minit, it forces the player to plan out what to do next, and where to use your time. It shifted my mind into high gear, and I sped through the game like a speedrunner. Getting collectible after collectible, talking to people and determining whether they are worth my very limited supply of time or not.
I like the puzzles and cryptic hints that Minit has scattered around the map, but I do think that making the puzzles difficult, while giving the player a time limit is a bit contradictory. As I said, my brain was set in high gear, speeding through the game, but some of the puzzles needed me to slow down and study my environment, instead of searching for a collectable/ability to solve the problem for me. This didn’t really become an issue before the endgame, but I want to highlight the fact that I got stuck on some of these puzzles due to my mindset around the timer.
Other than that I would say I’m very satisfied with my overall experience of the game, I had some funny moments, some ah-ha moments and some moments where everything just clicked. I would recommend playing Minit, but do take your time if you feel stuck, rushing doesn’t always help.

Good but not great. Minit is a good but flawed game what I would recommend to someone if they want to play a cute little puzzle game what they can beat in one day. But it has a lot of frustrating moments if you want to stay in the game for longer. Combat is extremely simplistic and puzzles are varied from way too simple so you can solve them by accident to frustratingly vague and not fun. The puzzle in the dessert temple's top room is probably the worst offender. In-game hint is not helpful to solving a puzzle and after looking up a solution I have no idea how someone can come up to the solution in a natural way, without looking up hints online. After you beat the game you can continue playing to 100% your save but you will probably hit the wall with the feeling what you already have checked every part of the map and haven't seen any unsolved puzzles and you don't know where to look. You can beat the game and only find 9 out of 19 coins and wonder where the other half can possibly be and a 60 seconds death timer doesn't make things any better. Won't even start on NG+ because it's even worse with that.
Steam page says what this games supports Steam Cloud saves which is not true.
Also apparently game's speed is directly tied to frame rate so if you have more than 60 fps this game will run much faster. It wasn't an issue for me because I had locked 60 fps on Steam Deck but for some people it was an issue.

What a nice and smart little game. I love the original conception, great funny plot, nice puzzles, got a real pleasure to play it. Strongly recommend it. Support so creative teams and publishers like these two... Thank you a lot for this game, I love it.

Well you can finish this game is like 200+ times 1 minute and that's great fun.

perfect execution of a really simple concept, surprising amount of depth
id put it as mid, the game is fun, and tbh it makes a minute feels like a long time. but some parts of the game are so hidden that coming across them normally would be pretty difficult, and one upgrade in particular makes the game feel a lot better that i had to search it up.
idk my thoughts on this game, its cool but frustrating at the same time. i dont regret buying it though as they got the 1 minute reset dying mechanic and ran with it which was fun

Nice story and puzzles, perfect if you're looking for a fun game to enjoy a couple hours
Bought the game because of the graphics. The fun gameplay was a very nice and surprising bonus. Spent a little bit of time trying to full achievement the game. Hope there will be similar games from the dev in the future.

Beautiful retro art, amazing music, great sense of humor and a unique mechanic that is hella fun. What more can we ask for? This game was such a pleasant surprise for me because I went in blind and it basically blew me away. 10/10 would die in a Minit again!
BTW achievement hunting in this game is top notch.
The unique simplicity of this game is a refreshing experience. Depth in exploration if you look, but also silly quick fun too. Devolver doesn't miss. 8/10

This had never happened to me before, but I cant open the game, it crashes on startup and says "fatal error", searched for solutions and nothing has fixed it.
A very fun adventure reminiscing of The Legend of Zelda : Link's Awakening, with a design twist executed to perfection. Minit's world is a pleasure to explore, and while the game is a bit short to complete, it will stay in your mind for a long time.
A real indie gem.
