An interesting little indie title with a few unique enemy types, some of which seem inspired by games like Serious Sam, Half-Life, or Alien. The game is divided into five sections, each relatively short, where you’ll need to kill all the enemies, find keys, and eventually face off with a boss. The boss can be tough if you don’t know its mechanics, but once you figure it out, it becomes much easier. While the level design could use some improvement—especially since some sections repeat—it’s still decent for an indie game. Chapter 4 stands out with its trap challenges involving four buttons. Overall, it’s a fun experience, especially for achievement hunters looking for something to complete.
I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.
Thank you.
my first and only 15 min with this game sums it up nicely i think...
- i fire up the game and see the main menu. oh so there are no options or settings that you can modify in the game except graphics quality preset. no key rebind, mouse sensitivity, volume levels etc.. riiiiiight
- i start playing the game and this looks pretty cool. but why do i have to stand and wait over the bodies of the things i kill for like 5 seconds just so i can pick up my XP?! anyway, moving on...
- hmmm i ran out of gun ammo so now i have to whack the monsters with my stick. aaaaaannnnd now i'm stuck in a melee animation, unable to do anything else. restart game
- i find some chests but why do i have to run over them a second time in order to pick up what is in them instead of just picking it up when i run over the chest the first time??!!!
- i reach the turrets in the first level and it tells me to shoot the "glowing element". i assume the game means the glowing red eye of the turret or the white glowing thing in the ceiling. i try the eyes, the turrets shoot me through the wall, and i die.
- no checkpoints so far... cool i guess. restart level
- reach the turrets again, try to shoot all manner of glowing elements, run out of ammo, get killed by turrets through the wall again..
- uninstall
This is a game so fucking awful and broken that the fact that I spent under a dollar on this game makes me think that I overpaid. The guns are floaty and there's no hit detection, so you can't even tell if your hitting an enemy or not. To compliment this the game gives you some of the worst fucking guns that I have ever used in a video game. The weapons do hardly any damage to the enemies and the staring pistol you're given is shit. This is only made worse by the fact that your character moves like he's got a garden hose jammed up his ass. The AI is fucking AWFUL with their only mean of attack being to just rush you in droves in an attempt to kill you. At one point, so many enemies were swarming me that I had to jump over and on top of them to get out. The visuals are fucking disgusting with everything looking like its covered in Vaseline, but I guess there's really no point to talking about that because the game probably had the budget of 2 dollars. The fact that this game is even on the storepage for sale fucking angers me because this is clearly just a lazy attempt to grab some money from their piece of shit asset flip garbage game and Laush Studio is a company full of talent-less hacks.

At one point in time, I saw this game being offered for free at GameTop. Later on I saw it for sale on Steam (90% off I think), and I said, "Hmm... eh... why not? It looks like it could be a short, decent FPS. I'm gonna get it."
So I bought it, about a year later or so I decided to finally try it out... and boy, was I wrong:
- The game has grammatical mistakes. Red flag right there.
- No customization options besides Unity's default graphic settings.
- The first cutscene (and I assume all of them) is unskippable.
- The game doesn't tell you how to equip your weapons (press 1, 2, etc.)
- When you kill an enemy you have to wait a few seconds for an experience ball to pop up so you can pick it up, instead of the experience being added immediately to your experience bar.
- When I stand in front of a lever which basically says "press 'E' to activate", sometimes it doesn't register the keypress.
- There's a room with two robots shooting energy beams, and their weak point is supposedly their eye (or "glowing element" as they say in-game), but if you shoot at those glowing eyes from a distance, the shots are NOT registered. I think the shots are registered if you shoot at them up close, but try that and you are killed in a few seconds. I couldn't get past that point.
- Update: It seems the shots ARE registered - it just takes a lot of them to finally take down those robots/turrets.
In conclusion, I have zero patience to deal with this game's jankiness and complete lack of polish, and thus, I recommend that you do NOT get it - not even on sale, and not even for the trading cards.
I don't even recommend that you get it for free at GameTop - just watch a Let's Play of it on Youtube if you are really that curious.
Also, Fun Fact: According to this game's global achievements as of 2021, less than 6% of people who own this game have ever installed and opened it.
Simply too bad...
Game seems rushed, enemies spawn all over the place . There are some annoying bugs(not the enemies) still left in the game.
It all boils down to your standard low budget game. Fun for an hour or so until you die and have to restart a section all over.
Deep in the Twanzein Valley in Deepest Darkest China, a small village named Xiiahu rests on the banks of a deep winding river. In this village a young boy named Huan wakes up at 3am every day to join all the other young children on their journey by bike, like hundreds of thousands of other young children to the workshops in the nearest city of Xixxiun.
Once there they turn on their assigned computers and open Unity Personal edition and start importing free assests into the latest Steam greenlight game they are working on. They need to have 6 of these games completed before 11am and ready to be uploaded for Steam Greenlight. Story, gameplay, controls, graphics, optimisation none of this matters as long as they are able to run.
Then they move onto what will sell the games, the most important part of this whole enterprise. The cards, they design the cards, as they know most who buy this game from a 90% discount voucher will just idle for the cards. Once done they move onto another 5 games for the afternoon and finish up around 10pm for the long ride home.
In another dark and dingier corner of the sweat shop younger children spend their days logging into their multiple steam accounts voting on the Steam Greenlight games their co-workers have made so they get passed through green light and into your account.
The Guard of Dungeon is made from the sweat of little nine year old Huan.
Games shit.
the graphics of the game are nice and the style is ok. i wish the sound effects were better.
I GIVE IT A THUMBS UP ONLY WHEN ITS ON SALE

Interesting and thoroughly done first person shooter reminding good old times with old school games: portals reminded me of Quake series; monsters maybe inspired by Doom games and weapons - Unreal.
Game has funny intro movie, where it becomes obvious you are an ordinary museum watcher when something strange begins to happen - some alien creatures start to invade the Earth from your museum :)
Pros:
each powerup seems to be place where a player really might need it; at first it really seems the developer has just counted bullets you might have not to allow excessive consumption, though in just couple of minutes after you start you have real hardcore with lots and lots of some spider looking creatures and holes they are coming from.
enemies are not forgiving - they are not giving you time to took aim, or to think or to stop or to whatever - they attack you immediately, and they don't miss - after playing of fps games i feel they tend to be too forgiving too tender not to overfrighten the player or not to make him restart once more :) this one is quite ok - don't be a sissie - die hard!
upgrade system - definitely inspired by the latest Doom - as you kill the enemies, you get the experience that can be used for player updates.
Cons: maybe the fact you need to wait until the shot enemy turns to a light sphere to get exp for it - this way not every kill counts; this slows the game dynamics.
P.S. to all review haters: yes, for this price you should not expect to get a copy of Resident Evil VII or GTAV; but if you want to say something - buy a game and review it your own way, or, which is even better - create your own perfect one!
good game
Not even worth the discounted price!
No, just no.
